Forever...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I will share something with you.

What is it?

Music... that we can worship through... since today is our day of worship!

Here is a link for a hymn on YouTube that is entitled, Jesus, Keep Me Near the Cross:  .  If you click on the link, you can listen to and/or sing along!  The lyrics are below.

Jesus, Keep Me Near the Cross

Jesus, keep me near the cross,
There a precious fountain;
Free to all, a living stream,
Flows from Calvary's mountain.

In the cross, in the cross
Be my glory ever,
Till my ransomed soul shall find
Rest beyond the river.

Near the cross, a trembling soul,
Love and mercy found me;
There the Bright and Morning Star
Shed His beams around me.

In the cross, in the cross
Be my glory ever,
Till my ransomed soul shall find
Rest beyond the river.

Near the cross! O lamb of God,
Bring its scenes before me;
Help me walk from day to day
With its shadow o'er me.

In the cross, in the cross
Be my glory ever,
Till my ransomed soul shall find
Rest beyond the river.

Near the cross! I'll watch and wait,
Hoping, trusting ever;
Till I reach the golden strand,
Just beyond the river.

In the cross, in the cross
Be my glory ever,
Till my ransomed soul shall find
Rest beyond the river.

Amen!

The cross IS and has been...so very important!

However, at the end of this music video, a Bible verse was stated, so I will share it with you!

Colossians 1:20, "And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.".

Amen!  And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

Yes, I have received peace through the blood of Jesus' cross.

Why?

He gave His life on the cross... to pay the price for the sin of the world... for ALL who believe upon Him.

Yes, I am a born again Christian believer.

So, Jesus paid the price for my sin.

Everyone has had sin.  Even you... and not just me.

Hopefully, you have become a born again Christian believer.

If you have... then when our life ends here on earth, we will spend eternity with Him.

However, if you and/or anyone else... who has NOT yet become a believer who belongs to Him... then, if your life doesn't end, you will NOT have glory... and when your life ends here on earth... you and everyone else who are unbelievers... will spend eternity in Hell… separated from God... with NO chance of escape.

Hopefully, I will see you with Him... forever!

Until next time...
