Shocked! Loved!

There is something I thought I should let you know about here on Life with Lynnie (LwL)

In the past... if you read LwL… you may have read about how a man had sanitizer available... but didn't seem to sell it.  Hopefully, he did... for it should help people to prevent obtaining... Coronavirus.

However, there is something I need to let you know about... now.

A friend told me she makes sanitizer... and let me know how/why I should.

However, my daughter let me know that she makes sanitizer.

I was happy hearing that.

But, she mentioned that when she was young I used to make it... and use it for her and other family members.

I was shocked.

After all, I didn't recall doing that... and didn't recall what to do.

She messaged/texted me.  Here is what she stated:

Here’s what you need:
2/3 cup Isopropyl alcohol 91% (rubbing alcohol)
1/3 cup aloe vera gel
Essential oil in your choice of fragrance (optional)
A small or medium mixing bowl
A spoon
An empty container, such as a 3-ounce container from a travel toiletries kit
A small piece of masking tape for labeling
Here’s how to make it:
In a mixing bowl, stir Isopropyl alcohol and aloe vera gel together until well blended.
Add 8-10 drops of scented essential oil (optional, but nice!). Stir to incorporate.
Pour the homemade hand sanitizer into an empty container and seal. Write “hand sanitizer” on a piece of masking tape and affix to the bottle.
The CDC recommends using hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content. This recipe makes a sanitizer that slightly exceeds that alcohol content at 60.66%, so follow the proportions exactly. If you want a sanitizer with a higher alcohol percentage, decrease the amount of aloe vera to 1/4 cup.

My friend gave me some of that information, but my daughter gave it all to me!

Between the two of them, I felt loved.

Thinking about that, made me think about John 15:12, "This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.".

Amen!  This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

Even though I was loved... hopefully, you will also feel like you are being loved.

Because if you can't purchase any sanitizer that you may need... hopefully, you will be able to make it for you and your family!

Of course... I will pray that Coronavirus will disappear and not be availsble to hurt or end anyone's life.

Please... join me in prayer.

Thank you!

Until next time...
