The RCMP Heritage Centre (French: Le Centre du patrimoine de la GRC) is a museum located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is owned and operated by an independent nonprofit organization called the Mounted Police Heritage Centre and receives annual funding from all three levels of government. The Centre showcases a number of exhibits featuring the collection of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and these artifacts remain property of the RCMP.
The Government of Canada, the Government of Saskatchewan, the City of Regina and the RCMP announced the creation of the facility in early 2005. Construction began in October 2005. The first phase, a 70,000-square-foot (6,500 m2), $29-million building, designed by architect Arthur Erickson, is now open.[1] Phase two plans for an additional 8,000 square feet (740 m2) of exhibits within the Centre along with historical landscaping, educational programming, and travelling exhibits.

Hopefully, you clicked on that link and read and/or saw pics.  If you didn't yet, then I will share with you, a bit of what was stated on the main page (I copied/pasted):

A SERGE OF

PRIDE

RCMP Members are born all over the world, but they are made in Regina, Saskatchewan at the RCMP Academy “Depot” Division where they have been training the best and brightest since 1885. Located on the front lawn of this historic training facility, the RCMP Heritage Centre brings to life one of Canada’s oldest and most iconic stories, the story of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Visit our galleries to explore over a century of Royal Canadian Mounted Police history, from the formation of the North-west Mounted Police in 1873, to the modern day Mountie.

To me, it was wonderful being there!

Why?

Even though many cities in various areas in Canada, who have police... some areas don't.

RCMP does main police work in those areas where local police are not available.

But, RCMP is also located in cities where local police are there, just like the city where I live.

When I had a terrible situation, RCMP actually helped me, and guided me on what I should do.

I was truly thankful.

After all, at that time, I was suffering and being affected by experiencing trouble by those who were against me.

But, I was thankful they helped me... and guided me to help me be protected.

Thinking about that, made me think about Psalm 82:3-4, "Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.".
Amen!  Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.  Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
If ever you are traveling and are able to be in the area... Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada... where the RCMP Heritage Centre (Museum) is located, I hope you will go there to see it.
If you do, I am sure you will be happy!
Hallelujah!

Until next time...
