A while ago... I read an article and decided to share it with you.
Here is a link for an article that is entitled, edmontonjournal.com that is entitled, David Staples: WHO policy fueled Canada's failure to slow COVID-19 at borders: https://edmontonjournal.com/news/politics/david-staples-who-policy-fuelled-canadas-failure-to-slow-covid-19-at-borders/?fbclid=IwAR3RG6lL9b_M69jy3CpxlQ7lL31l2ibMCw5wRhrt6H1TqEdomzuHbSDsNVg.
Hopefully, you clicked on that link, and read that article. I will share a bit (I copied/pasted):
Two months ago Theresa Tam, Canada’s chief public health officer, reassured us about the COVID-19 outbreak.
“Canada’s risk is much, much lower than that of many countries,” Tam said. “It’s going to be rare, but we are expecting cases. It doesn’t matter how few those cases are. We are preparing the whole country in the event that you might pick up a rare case.”
It’s painful today to read that prediction.
Canada now has 2,792 confirmed cases and 27 deaths.
At the same time, Taiwan — an island nation of 23 million with close economic and cultural ties to China and a nation expected to have the second most lethal spread of COVID-19 in the world after China — has just 216 cases and two deaths, reports Worldometres.info.
Of course there are many differences between Canada and Taiwan that might account for this alarming discrepancy in expectation and outcome, but surely one of them is the polar opposite approaches the two countries took in terms of border controls.
As early as Dec. 31, 2019, Taiwanese officials boarded planes to check incoming passengers from Wuhan, the origin of the virus. In the next month, Taiwan brought in a series of strict travel bans and quarantines in regards to China, lead author Dr. Jason Wang reports in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
Why didn’t Canada also move fast on strong border controls, the kind that are finally now in place at our border crossings?
Just so you know, I read that article just after our Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau... had finally closed the borders.So... why didn't he do that earlier?
If you read that article, then you would probably understand why I believe he was actually... sinful... because I believe he has been hurting Canada… and Canadians.
Thinking about that, made me think about 1 John 1:8, "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.".
Amen! If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
Does Justin Trudeau believe he is a sinner?
I don't believe so.
Why?
He is NOT Christian.
If Justin Trudeau was Christian... he would have read God's Word, the Bible... and would have repented from his sin... so that God would forgive him... after all God has let us know that everyone has been a sinner... until they become a believer.
If he does not do that... and does NOT become Christian... then he will never spend eternity with our Lord.
Instead, when his life ends here on earth, he will spend eternity in Hell... separated from God... with NO chance of escape... just as what will happen to anyone who has not trusted in/believed upon our Lord Jesus, Christ... for forgiveness will then... not happen.
Please pray that Justin Trudeau... and anyone else you know that hasn't become a born again Christian... will become His believer.
For then, truth will be inside them... forgiveness will happen... and He will bless them... and love them... forever.
Thank you for praying.
May God bless you!
Until next time...
