Profit!

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll share some things with you.

I'll share movies!

Here are some movies I've watched:

The Longest Yard, starring Burt Reynolds, Eddie Albert and other actors.  Please click on this link, to check out this American sports comedy filmhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Longest_Yard_(1974_film).  I truly liked it.

Young Blood, starring Rob Lowe, Cynthia Gibb and other actors.  If you would like to check out this American drama sports film, please click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Youngblood_(1986_film).  This hockey movie was good.

Sports movies make me think of my male family members, for many have/had enjoyed sports.

But, the hockey movie made me think of my dad... and my brother.

Not only did my dad play hockey, he created a hockey group that he taught, along with a brother of mine.

They both also taught other sports during the summers, when they were both alive.

So they used their bodies in many ways.

Thinking about that, made me think about 1 Timothy 4:8, "For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.".

Amen!  For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

Yes, doing sports means you profit a bit, because you do a lot of physical exercise.

But, you will profit even more... if you rely on God.

Have you gained salvation and everlasting life by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ?

If you have... you will not just belong to Him.

Your life will be more profitable, for your life will live... forever.

Hallelujah!

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...
