Amazing!

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I will remind you that today is our day of worship!

I worship!

But, I will also share a hymn with you, because we can also worship through music.

Here is a link for a hymn on YouTube that is entitled, Friend of Godhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fTO10iFNrI.  If you click on that link, you will be able to listen to and/or sing along!  The lyrics are below.

Friend of God

Who am I that you are mindful of me
That you hear me when I call.
Is it true that you are thinking of me
How you love me, it's amazing!

I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
He calls me friend!

I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
He calls me friend!

Who am I that you are mindful of me
That you hear me when I call.
Is it true that you are thinking of me
How you love me, it's amazing!

I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
He calls me friend!

I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
He calls me friend!

God Almighty, Lord of Glory
You have called me friend!

God Almighty, Lord of Glory
You have called me friend!

God Almighty, Lord of Glory
You have called me friend!

God Almighty, Lord of Glory
You have called me friend!

I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
He calls me friend!

I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
He calls me friend!

I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
I am a friend of God
He calls me friend!

Wow!

To me... it's wonderful... and a blessing when He calls us... friend.

Thinking about that made me think about John 15:15, "Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.".

Amen!  Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

Yes, He has made known to us... so very much.

To know and/or understand... all you need to do, is read in God's Word, the Bible... what He has told us.

If you don't read the Bible... and don't understand... then read the New Testament portion of the Bible.

If you do read the New Testament portion of the Bible, you will be able to read and understand what He tells us.

Hallelujah!

Thank You, Lord!

Wise?

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), there is something I usually do... on a day like this.

So, today, I will do it, again.

I'll share movies with you!

Here are some movies I've watched:

Detour, starring Tom Neal, Ann Savage and other actors.  Click on this link, to check out this American film noirhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Detour_(1945_film).  I enjoyed it.

Nightmare Alley, starring Tyrone Power, Joan Blondell and other actors.  To check out this film noir, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nightmare_Alley_(1947_film).  It was interesting.

They Drive by Night, starring George Raft, Ann Sheridan and other actors.  Would you like to check out this film noir?  If you would like to, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/They_Drive_by_Night.  Would you like to know if I enjoyed seeing this movie?  I'll let you know.  Yes, I did!

The Unfaithful, starring Ann Sheridan, Lew Ayres and other actors.  Please click on this link, to check out this film noirhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Unfaithful_(1947_film).  It was good to watch, but was sad.

Stranger on the Third Floor, starring Peter Lorre, John McGuire and other actors.  If you would like to check out this American film noir, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stranger_on_the_Third_Floor.  I liked watching it.

Even though I found these movies good to watch, They were similar in some ways.

Yes, they were sad... but very knowledgeable regarding how people would react according to troubles.

Thinking about that, made me think about Proverbs 22:3, "A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.".

Amen!  A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.

Yes, wise people see evilness and try to keep away.

Are you wise?

If you read God's Word, the Bible... then you would become educated... and... wise!

After all, when you read what God wants us to know about, it truly helps you.

If you belong to Him... and do read what God wants you to know... I believe He will also bless you... for... when you belong to Him... He loves you.

Thank You, Lord!

Important!

There is something I feel I need to let you know about, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

It was posted on a torontosun.com and the article is entitled, TERROR FEARS:  Two Suspected ISIS returnees back in Ontariohttps://torontosun.com/news/national/terror-fears-two-suspected-isis-returnees-back-in-ontario.

Even though it was posted quite a while ago... not everyone has even heard about it... or read about it.  Like... me.

Here is what was stated (I copied/pasted):

They’re b-a-a-a-ck.
Two suspected ISIS sympathizers are back in Ontario, according to published reports.
Truth North said Pamir Hakimzadah — a former Ryerson student — was sprung from a Canadian prison on May 24 — even though he was deemed an “undue risk to society.”
He reportedly tried to join the death cult in 2014 but was nabbed after travelling to Turkey where he was jailed for six months.
He allegedly said that “all non-Muslims should be killed.”
“He spoke either in favour of or in defence of ISIS. He viewed online ISIS content such as videos and posts. He also viewed a website that provided instructions on how to get into Syria,” a Crown lawyer involved in the case told True North.
Back home, prosecutors wanted a six-year sentence in a federal slammer for his alleged crimes, but last February, a judge sentenced him to six months in prison, giving him credit for the three years and seven months he already spent in custody. The sentencing came after he pleaded guilty to leaving Canada to participate in the activity of a terrorist group.
His time in prison was to be followed by three years of probation with a number of conditions, including undergoing psychotherapy, not possessing a gun or passport and undergoing “de-radicalization counselling.”
But according to True North, it took three years for Canada to arrest and charge Hakimzadah for travelling abroad to join Islamic State.
He was charged as a result of an unrelated assault.
Meanwhile, another Ontario man who was jailed in Turkey for three months is under a slew of court-ordered conditions because of “fear of [a] terrorism offence.”
CBC News reports that Ikar Mao, 22, of Guelph, and his wife were in Turkey last July when they were detained near the Syrian border.
They were suspected of terror-related activity but released without charge and booted back to Canada in mid-October.
Now, Mao has agreed to 19 conditions after appearing in a Brampton court. He agreed to surrender his passport, remain in Ontario, wear a GPS ankle bracelet, have limited Internet access and a number of other conditions.
Oooeee!

It truly touched my heart when I read (I'm sharing the comment with you/I copied/pasted):

He allegedly said that “all non-Muslims should be killed.”

For many, many years, I have tried to educate people about what Muslims truly think about... yet not everyone even wants to believe it... even though it IS truth.

When I was educated by Understanding Islam... I learned that the Islamic god.... is NOT our God.

So, again I will let you know that what we read in the article about how non-Muslims should be killed... is exactly what the Islamic god wants them to do... to people who refuse to become a Muslim... because they can then cut off those people's heads... meaning murder them.

Our God does NOT want us who are Christians... to do murder.

Just as we read, in various places in God's Word, the Bible.

Thinking about that, made me think about Deuteronomy 5:17, "Thou shalt not kill.".

Amen!  Thou shalt not kill.

Please accept truth about Islamic people/Muslims that are close to their god... and want to do what their god wants them to do.

If you accept that truth... please help people to understand the truth... for many people need to become educated.

And many people need to become Christian.

Why?

Anyone who is NOT Christian... when their life ends here on earth... they will be forever in Hell... separated from God... with NO chance of escape.

But... when every born again Christian's life ends here on earth... we will spend forever with God... and will be loved and treated well.

Hallelujah!

Thank You, Lord!

$25k...

There is something I will let you know about, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

Here is a link for an article by ctvnews.ca that is entitled, Trudeau announces $25K for families of Canadian PS752 victimshttps://www.ctvnews.ca/mobile/politics/trudeau-announces-25k-for-families-of-canadian-ps752-victims-1.4771814.

Hopefully, you clicked on that link and read that article that was posted a while ago.  In case you didn't... I decided to share a bit.

Here is what was stated (I copied/posted) :

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced Ottawa will pay $25,000 in compensation for each of the Canadian victims of the downed Ukrainian airline.
On Friday morning, PM Trudeau said the families of all Canadian citizens and the additional 29 permanent residents killed would be provided the financial allotment "to assist with their immediate needs, such as funeral arrangements and travel."
The announcement comes after the prime minister attended a closed-door meeting with the government’s Incident Response Group to discuss the crash and the ongoing investigation into how Flight PS752 was the shot down by an Iranian surface-to-air missile more than a week ago.
It also stated (I copied/posted):

A friend of one of the victims told CTV News on Friday she welcomes the prime minister’s announcement and efforts to seek justice for those impacted.
"We really appreciate what the prime minister started to do from the very first day. It was a big support and it really helped us, it helped the family, everyone," said Shadi Ashtari.
Sigh...

I guess you can tell from my... sigh... that I haven't found this to be good.

Why?

When my husband died in 2009, I had to purchase a grave location... and had to have him buried, so a funeral happened.

What do you think it cost me?

More than $!8,ooo+... Canadian dollars.

I think it would cost even more, now.

Even though that money and/or Canada would help for the person's airfare, who needed to go and get their family member's body, I don't believe it would have paid the cost of shipping the body back to Canada for the funeral... because a friend told me many years ago that it cost several thousand dollars for the family member's body to be sent back to Canada from Europe.  After all Iran... is even further away... so I don't believe that our Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau... gave enough money.

To me it's upsetting.

After all, as you've probably seen online or read previously, Justin Trudeau gives Muslims a lot more money than that every year.... and yet not every disabled or senior person receives that much, either.

It truly makes me feel badly for those family members of those who died in that airplane that was shot down.

And, I feel badly for Justin Trudeau.

Thinking about why, made me think about  John 15:6-7, "If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.".

Amen!  I hope you realize Jesus said...  If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.  If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

As I've mentioned in the past, Justin Trudeau is NOT Christian... and he is in more support of Muslims.

So he... and anyone else who is not yet Christian... needs to gain salvation and everlasting life by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ... because He gave His life here on earth to pay the price for the sin of the world, for all who would believe upon Him.

I pray that Justin Trudeau WILL become a Christian believer.

And that if you or anyone you know who hasn't yet done that... will.

Why?

Anyone who is a Christian believer will be treated so well, just as you read in the Bible verse you read here, today.

Yes, you will be loved and treated well by Him... and will be with Him forever, when life ends here on earth.

Thank You, Lord!

$Billion Man...

Today, there is something I will let you know about, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

It's regarding an article I read a while ago.

Here is a link for an article by msn.com that is entitled, Onetime billionaire says he's now worth nothinghttps://www.msn.com/en-ca/money/markets/onetime-billionaire-says-hes-now-worth-nothing/ar-BBZM0wQ?ocid=spartandhp.

Did you click on the link and read it?  Well, in case you didn't, I decided to share it, so you can read it here (I copied/pasted):

The brother of Asia’s richest man was ordered to set aside $100 million in his dispute with three Chinese banks, even as he pleaded poverty.
“The value of my investments has collapsed,” Anil Ambani said, according to a London court filing by banks seeking around $700 million in defaulted loans. “My net worth is zero after taking into account my liabilities. In summary, I do not hold any meaningful assets which can be liquidated for the purposes of these proceedings.”

The lawsuit was filed by three state-controlled Chinese banks, which argue that they provided a loan of $925 million to Ambani’s Reliance Communications Ltd. in 2012 with the condition that he personally guarantee the debt. Ambani’s comments were disclosed as he tried to avoid depositing hundreds of millions of dollars with the court ahead of a trial.
On Friday evening, Judge David Waksman ordered Ambani to put up $100 million into the court’s account within six weeks. Ambani plans to appeal.
The embattled Indian tycoon says that while he agreed to give a non-binding “personal comfort letter,” he never gave a guarantee tied to his personal assets -- an “extraordinary potential personal liability.”
The 60-year-old is the brother of Mukesh Ambani, who’s worth $56.5 billion and is the wealthiest man in Asia. Anil, on the other hand, has seen his personal fortune dwindle over recent years, losing his billionaire status. His Reliance Communications filed for bankruptcy last year.
Anil has “clearly got more assets and income than he’s letting on,” the judge said. “What I’m dealing with is an extraordinarily wealthy family who have helped each other in the past.” Waksman said he didn’t believe that Ambani’s family “have firmly and irrevocably brought the shutters down.”
Ambani’s lawyer, Robert Howe, had argued that the court shouldn’t order his client to make a payment he can’t cover. The tycoon argues that that an order requiring him to do so would hinder his ability to defend himself in the case, Howe said.
“Mr. Ambani is reviewing the order of the U.K court and will take legal advice as to further remedies in appeal,” representatives for Ambani’s Reliance Group said.

‘Opportunistic Attempt’

Bankim Thanki, an attorney representing Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd., China Development Bank and the Export-Import Bank of China, said in a filing that Ambani’s statements are “plainly a yet further opportunistic attempt to evade his financial obligations to the lenders.”
“We hope that Mr. Ambani will comply with the court’s order and look forward to the swift resolution of the case at trial,” the banks said in a statement.
Ambani was caught up in another legal wrangle last year, when India’s Supreme Court threatened him with prison after Reliance Communications failed to pay to pay 5.5 billion rupees ($77 million) to Ericsson AB’s Indian unit. The judges gave him a month to find the funds, and his brother, Mukesh, stepped in just in time to make the payment.
The brothers’ relationship has been fraught since their father’s death left behind a vast empire that was split between them. While Mukesh’s oil and petrochemicals businesses have flourished, Anil’s assets dwindled.
Anil said in a filing that he recognized that the judge would want to know if he could satisfy any order to put up funds from outside resources, including his family.
“I can confirm that I have made enquiries but I am unable to raise any finance from external sources,” he said.
Waksman had said in an earlier ruling that he believed Ambani’s defense would be shown to be “opportunistic and false.”
Ambani’s lawyer told the judge that as a result of the comments the tycoon’s relatives were unlikely to lend any funds.
There is a “very substantial risk they will never get it back,” Howe said.
“The order pertains to an alleged personal liability of Mr. Ambani and will have no bearing on the operations of the Reliance Infrastructure Ltd., Reliance Power Ltd. and Reliance Capital Ltd.,” Ambani’s representatives said.
Wow!

Obviously, Anal Ambani felt he was being truly damaged financially.

I wonder... did he EVER pray to God?

I don't know.  You probably don't know.

But, only GOD would know.

Prayer is so VERY important.

Thinking about that made me think about Philippians 4:6, "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.".

Amen!  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Would you pray?

Would he ever pray?

I know that I pray.

Why?

He always helps us, when we belong to Him... and have prayed.

Praise God!

God hears my prayer always... because I belong to Him.

Do you belong to GOD?

The only way anyone can ever belong to God, is to gain salvation and everlasting life by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.

If you haven't yet, please do it... now.

I will pray for you... and for Anal Ambani, and for anyone/everyone else who needs to belong to Him.

When you do, I believe God will bless you!

Thank You, Lord!

Blessing!

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), there is something I want to let you know about.

Even though I used to get a lot of e-mail from American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), I actually read an article that I decided to let you know about.

Here is a link for an article by ACLJ that is entitled, Breaking: Christian American Pastor Bryan Nerren is Finally Free to Return Home to the United Stateshttps://aclj.org/persecuted-church/breaking-christian-american-pastor-bryan-nerren-is-finally-free-to-return-home-to-the-united-states.

I hope you clicked on that link... and read that article!  In case you couldn't, I decided to share it with you (I copied/pasted):

After more than seven months of being wrongfully detained in India, Christian Pastor Bryan Nerren – a U.S. citizen – has finally been allowed to come home to his family in the United States and will be reunited with them tomorrow evening.
On Friday, the false charges against Pastor Nerren were dropped, the prosecution was withdrawn, and the judge lifted all travel restrictions and returned his passport. A misunderstanding that should have taken just hours to resolve administratively within customs, turned into a seven-month ordeal, involving false arrest, false charges, jail time, seizure of passport, travel ban, court hearings, custom reports, and appeals.
As we have previously informed you, Pastor Nerren is a Christian Pastor in Tennessee. He is a loving husband, father, and grandfather, who also has a compassionate heart for others. He heads up the non-profit ministry Asian Children’s Education Fellowship, which has been training Sunday School teachers in India and Nepal for 17 years. In a recent trip to attend conferences in India and Nepal on October 5, 2019, Pastor Nerren was targeted and arrested as he stepped off the plane in Bagdogra, India.
What exactly was Pastor Nerren’s alleged “crime”? Evading a duty on funds he was carrying for the conference and trip. However, he was not even carrying the minimum amount of money that would have made it a crime even if he were trying to evade the duty. The reality is Pastor Nerren was never informed of the duty, although he openly declared the funds to customs in New Delhi. He was, however, specifically asked if he was a Christian and if the funds would be used to support Christian causes. And although New Delhi customs returned the funds to Pastor Nerren and told him that he was cleared and free to go, that was definitely not the case. The truth was that he was to be falsely arrested and endure a more than seven-month nightmare, while being trapped in India.
The ACLJ has been representing Pastor Nerren and his family throughout this ordeal, working with members of Congress, the State Department and U.S. Embassy, the National Security Council, and Pastor Nerren’s attorney in India, to secure his freedom. We also mobilized our ACLJ members. More than 200,000 of you signed our petition demanding he be released and allowed to return home to his family in America who need him.
Even through this global pandemic – which significantly delayed his freedom – our work did not stop. And now he is free.
We are thrilled that Pastor Nerren has been allowed to return home to his family, who have desperately needed him. We are also grateful for the personal engagement and concern of Ambassador Juster and Consul General Parker, as well as Senators Marsha Blackburn (TN) and James Lankford (OK), and Representatives Scott DesJarlais (TN-4) and Jody Hice (GA-10), including their staff, regarding their comittment on behalf of Pastor Nerren. As we told you, these Members of Congress recently sent a congressional letter to India urging Pastor Nerren’s freedom. In addition, we are thankful for Senator Lamar Alexander (TN) who personally met with our team and Pastor Nerren’s wife, and for the engagement and support of Representative Mark Green (TN-7).
Unfortunately, India is ranked No. 10 on Open Doors 2019 World Watch List, which monitors Christian persecution. It has moved up 11 spots since 2015, indicating a sharp increase in extreme persecution. Open Doors states that “the primary force for persecution in India is Hindu nationalism, which advocates for the belief that India belongs to Hindus and people of other faiths should find somewhere else to live, work and worship.”
This belief can certainly be seen in the illegalities surrounding the targeting and detainment of Pastor Nerren, who was even spit on because he was a Christian. Regrettably, the Christians who live in India, suffer far worse persecution.
Today we celebrate the return of Pastor Nerren to his family in the U.S. His over seven-month ordeal is finally over thanks to your continued support of our tireless efforts for his freedom. But let us not forget the Christians in India and all over the world who are facing persecution daily, simply because of their faith. Please continue to pray for them, as well as all who suffer persecution for their faith. Our work for the persecuted Church does not stop.
This article was co-authored by ACLJ Senior Counsel CeCe Heil.

By the way, in case you couldn't watch that video, please click on this YouTube link  for that same video that is entitled, Welcome Home Pastor Nerrenhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFBpXv0CsME&feature=emb_logo.

To me... this has truly been... a blessing!

Of course, I believe that ACLJ works extremely hard to do anything/everything for Christians who are being persecuted for their faith... for they need help.

I praise God for providing for Pastor Nerren… for what ACLJ was able to do and have it happen!

Thinking about that, made me think about Matthew 5:10, "Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.".

Amen!  Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Please realize that many Christians are receiving help from ACLJ... and I pray that ACLJ will be able to help other Christians... to be able to return home.

If you want to... and are able to... assist ACLJ in any way... please do it.

If you do, I believe God would bless you.

Thank you!

Thank You, Lord!
