I'm sharing music with you. After all, today is our day of worship.
The music I'm sharing with you is entitled, Were You There When They Crucified My Lord? If you click on this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4mcJi390ng&t=89s, you'll be able to listen to and/or sing along. The lyrics are below.
Were You There When They Crucified My Lord?
Were you there when they crucified my Lord?
Were you there when they crucified my Lord?
O... sometimes it causes me to tremble, tremble, tremble
Were you there when they crucified my Lord?
Were you there when they nailed Him to the tree?
Were you there when they nailed Him to the tree?
O... sometimes it causes me to tremble, tremble, tremble
Were you there when they nailed Him to the tree?
Were you there when they laid Him in a tomb?
Were you there when they laid Him in a tomb?
O... sometimes it causes me to tremble, tremble, tremble
Were you there when they laid Him in a tomb?
Were you there when He rose up from the dead?
Were you there when He rose up from the dead?
O... sometimes it causes me to tremble, tremble, tremble
Were you there when He rose up from the dead?
Amen! If you watched the video, you will have seen some things that were stated, at the end.
You would have seen that it stated (I copied/pasted): reasonsfor...hope* *Jesus. Plus, it also stated a Bible verse.
Here is the Bible verse from the video: Hebrews 6:19, "Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;".
Yes, the hope we've had as an anchor of the soul, was... Jesus.
Jesus was crucified, nailed to a tree (a cross), was laid in a tomb, and rose up from the dead!
Jesus paid the price for the sin of the world, for all who believe upon Him.
Please... trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ. If you do, then you will gain salvation and everlasting life.
For this, I'm thankful and always will be.
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...
