Being our day of worship, I will share you something to worship with.
What is it?
Music!
Here is a link for a song on YouTube by Alan Jackson that is entitled, When The Roll Is Called Up Yonder: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Ze1R4oSvus. If you click on that link, you can listen to and/or sing along. The lyrics are below.
When the Roll is Called Up Yonder
When the trumpet of the Lord shall sound and time shall be no more
And the morning breaks eternal bright and fair
When the saved word shall gather over on the other shore
And the roll is called up yonder I'll be there
When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder I'll be there
On that bright and cloudless morning
When the dead in Christ shall rise
And the glory of his resurrection share
When His chosen ones shall gather
to their home beyond the skies
And the roll is called up yonder I'll be there
When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder I'll be there
When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder
When the roll is called up yonder I'll be there
Yes, everyone who becomes Christian, realizes that the dead in Christ shall rise!
Why?
Because we shall live.. with Him, forever!
Thinking about that, made me think about John 11:25, "Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:".
Amen! Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:.
Have you gained salvation and everlasting life, by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ?
If not, do it... NOW... to become a believer.
Because after you've done that, to believe in Him, you will be with Him forever, after your life ends here on earth.
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...
