Amore...

There is something I would like to mention, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

It's not just that today is our day of worship, even though it is.

Of course, you've also heard me let you know that we can also worship through music.  So, today I will share some music with you!

Here is a link for music that is sung by Dean Martin on YouTube that is entitled, That's Amorehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuYwiAQ2V4M.  If you click on that link, you will be able to listen to and/or sing along.  The lyrics are below.

That's Amore!

In Napoli where love is king
When boy meets girl here's what they say
When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie
That's amore
When the world seems to shine like you've had too much wine
That's amore
Bells will ring ting-a-ling-a-ling, ting-a-ling-a-ling
And you'll sing "vita bella"
Hearts will play tippy-tippy-tay, tippy-tippy-tay
Like a gay tarantella
When the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool
That's amore
When you dance down the street with a cloud at your feet
You're in love
When you walk down in a dream but you know you're not
Dreaming signore
'Scuzza me, but you see, back in old Napoli
That's amore
When the moon hits you eye like a big pizza pie
That's amore
That's amore
When the world seems to shine like you've had too much wine
That's amore
That's amore
Bells will ring ting-a-ling-a-ling, ting-a-ling-a-ling
And you'll sing "vita bella"
Vita bella!
Hearts will play tippy-tippy-tay, tippy-tippy-tay
Like a gay tarantella
Lucky fella!
When the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool
That's amore
That's amore
When you dance down the street with a cloud at your feet
You're in love
When you walk in a dream but you know you're not
Dreaming signore
'Scuzza me, but you see, back in old Napoli
That's amore
That's amore
That's amore

Even though this song isn't a hymn, I felt like I needed to share it with you.

Why?

It touches my heart about love... because Amore... is the Italian word... for... love.

I think about love!

Not just because a couple of days ago, people focused on love, because it was Valentine's Day!

Love truly touches my heart, because I think about how much love we receive... from God!

Thinking about that, made me think about 1 John 4:10, "Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.".

Amen!  Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Have you trusted in/believed upon our Lord, Jesus Christ?

I have, so I have been forgiven for sin.

Plus, I have gained salvation and everlasting life.

If you have, you will have received the greatest amount of love you could ever receive!

Hopefully, you're thankful.

I am thankful.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...
