There's something I mentioned previously, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL)… and will mention, again.
It's not about me. It's in regards to what happened on this date, in 2009.
What was it?
It was the last day my now deceased husband was alive.
That day was very upsetting to me. Not just because I knew he would die. After all, the hospital doctor and nurses let me and family know that they would end his life.
It was also upsetting to me, because they didn't allow me to see him the whole day. In fact, they actually kept me away from him for several hours.
Even so I forgave them.
Yes, I did forgive them for hurting my husband, and me. For they truly did hurt me... and not just my husband who needed proper healthcare that he didn't receive.
Forgiveness is so important.
Just as we read, in Matthew 6:14, "For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:".
Amen! If ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
Hallelujah!
He's my heavenly Father.
Is He your heavenly Father?
Hopefully, He is. And, hopefully you will also forgive for being hurt.
I'm so grateful that God helped me to understand that I needed to forgive those who hurt me. After all, by forgiving them, I am also forgiven.
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...
