Love...

Today, is a special day, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

It's our day of worship!

I worship.  Do you?

Hopefully, you do.

As you're probably aware, we can also worship through music.  So, like normal, I will share with you some music, today.

Here is a link for music by Josh Wilson that is entitled, Before The Morninghttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Hcwd5Y6B00&fbclid=IwAR0rnshqTU5-4HD2EKIJn0jzwXRfhRSXhFh4CbtDUiXQanqPpqSVNhIlypI.  Please click on that link so you can listen to and/or sing along.  The lyrics are below.

Before The Morning

Do you wonder why you have to feel the things that hurt you
If there's a God who loves you, where is He now
Maybe there are things you can't see
And all those things are happening to bring a better ending
Someday somehow you'll see, you'll see
Would you dare, would you dare to believe
That you still have a reason to sing
Cause the pain that you've been feeling
It can't compare to the joy that's coming
So hold on you gotta wait for the light
Press on and just fight the good fight
Cause the pain that you've been feeling
It's just the dark before the morning
My friend, you know how this all ends, you know where you're going
You just don't know how you'll get there, so say a prayer
And hold on cause there's good for those who love God
But life is not a snapshot, it might take a little time
But you'll see the bigger picture

Would you dare, would you dare to believe
That you still have a reason to sing
Cause the pain that you've been feeling
It can't compare to the joy that's coming
So hold on you gotta wait for the light
Press on and just fight the good fight
Cause the pain that you've been feeling
It's just the dark before the morning

Before the morning

Once you feel the weight of glory
All your pain will fade to memory
Once you feel the weight of glory
All your pain will fade to memory,

Memories
Memories

Would you dare, would you dare to believe
That you still have a reason to sing
Cause the pain that you've been feeling
It can't compare to the joy that's coming

Would you dare, would you dare to believe
That you still got a reason to sing
Cause the pain that you've been feeling
It can't compare to the joy that's coming

Come on you gotta wait for the light
Press on and just fight the good fight
Cause the pain that you've been feeling
It's just the hurt before the healing
Oh the pain that you've been feeling
It's just the dark before the morning
Before the morning
Before the morning

Amen!

Many people feel pain.

Not just physical pain.  But also, emotional pain.  Sometimes from grief.  Just like a Facebook (FB) friend of mine felt, when she let us know that it was the anniversary of her husband's death and shared this music.

I praise God that she is a born again Christian.

Why?

Not just because she has trusted in/believed upon our Lord, Jesus Christ... to gain salvation and everlasting life.

But, also because even though she suffers grief for the loss of her husband who passed away a while ago, she knows that God helps her.  Always.

Thinking of that, made me think of Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.".

Amen!  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

If you haven't yet gained salvation, please do so.  For then, when you love God, He will help you, always.

Just as He helps my friend who has suffered.  Me, also.  And, anyone/everyone who truly belongs to Him.

For this, I am truly thankful.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...
