Sweet!

Like before, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll be sharing something with you.

What will it be?

Music!

Today, is our day of worship.  And, if you know me, you know that I enjoy worshiping through music.

Here is a YouTube music video by Alan Jackson entitled, Sweet Hour of Prayerhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-feujfKXA_Q.  If you lick on the link, you can listen to and/or sing along.  The lyrics are below.

Sweet Hour of Prayer
Sweet hour of prayer
Sweet hour of prayer
That calls me from a world of care
And bids me at my Father's throne
Make all my wants and wishes known
In seasons of distress and grief
My soul has often found relief
And oft escaped the tempter's snare
By Thy return, sweet hour of prayer
Sweet hour of prayer
Sweet hour of prayer
The joys I feel, the bliss I share
Of those whose anxious spirits burn
With strong desires for Thy return
With such I hasten to the place
Where God my Savior shows His face
And gladly take my station there
And wait for Thee, sweet hour of prayer
Sweet hour of prayer
Sweet hour of prayer
And wait for Thee
Sweet hour of prayer

It's truly a blessing to be able to pray.

God helps us each and every time, when we pray.

If you watched the video, you'll have seen a Bible verse, so I decided to share it with you... Luke 18:1, "And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;".

Amen! And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

We truly need to pray.

I pray.

Do you?

If you've gained salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, then you'll know that it is truly important to pray.

When you pray, you'll be truly blessed.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...
