Have you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) recently? If you haven't read LwL's entry yesterday, or the day before, then please read them, now.
Both entries were referred to baptism.
Just so you know, I'll share with you again, the Bible verse I quoted a couple of days ago.
Here it is... Acts 2:38, "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.".
Amen! Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Hopefully, you will realize after reading this Bible verse, that baptism is very important. We all need to be baptized.
However, you will realize that we need to repent!
How can an infant repent? An infant can't repent. Nor, can an infant gain salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.
So, we truly need to grow, gain salvation, and then REPENT and be baptized.
How do we repent?
We need to feel severe regret. We need to feel badly about being sinful or doing anything wrong in our lives. And, we need to pray to God to forgive us for doing wrong... even if we haven't done it much.
If not, please do so now.
Then, after repenting, please... go and get baptized, even if you were baptized wrong as an infant.
If you do this, God will truly bless you.
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...
