So Very Thankful!

There's something I am happy to let you know about, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

Even though I feel I can't explain everything about the issue, I feel I want to let you know that God truly blessed me.  Not just recently, but quite a while ago.

Why do I think that happened?

Well, I prayed about an issue that wasn't easy for me.  It was an issue that I wondered if I could receive help.

To be honest, I wasn't sure what I should do.  But, I prayed... and asked God to help me.

Shortly after, He put it on my heart and mind, to contact people.

I texted some family and friends.  I asked if anyone knew information that could help me, with an issue I was going to experience.

Almost everyone texted back and said they didn't know anything to help me.  That was okay, since I didn't know if anyone would have the information I needed.

One person I didn't realize I tried to text, e-mailed me in response.  Why?  It seems I was blocked from texting, even though I was unblocked from e-mailing.

Two (2) people I know responded in a different way.

I did get a phone call from a friend.  She let me know that she knew about some information I was hoping to receive.

However, when I spoke with her, I had to let her know that a friend who lives in another city, had e-mailed me with information about who I should call so I could receive help.  So, we were both glad that she wasn't going to have to try to help me arrange what I needed.

Yes, I had called that other person.  It turned out, the person I spoke with and his wife, were happy to provide help for me, that I needed.

The couple were truly a blessing to me.  Even though I won't discuss the issue, I felt truly blessed by God.

Why?

I believe God loves me and treats me well, because I am NOT UNGODLY.  I belong to Him!

Thinking of what happened, made me think of Psalm 1:1, "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.".

Amen!  Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

Even though I am not a man, I am a woman who also receives what men do, since I belong to Him.

For this, I'm truly thankful.

I'm thankful... that my Christian friends and family members, responded to me.

I'm thankful... that my Christian friend who let me know to contact someone he knew, was able to provide help for me.

I'm thankful... that I was able to speak with the couple I was referred to in another city, who felt happy to help me.

As I said, I'm truly happy!

I thank each of you people.  May God bless you!

Of course, I also thank God for answering my prayer.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...
