Live? Live!

Today, is our special day, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

Do you realize what our special day is?  It's our day of worship!

Even though I worship with church family, I also enjoy worship through music.  So, I decided to share with you some music!

Here is a link for a video on YouTube that is entitled, Living for Jesushttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rChnJ15-mj0.  If you click on that link, you will be able to listen to and/or sing along.  The lyrics are below.

Living for Jesus

  1. Living for Jesus, a life that is true,
    Striving to please Him in all that I do;
    Yielding allegiance, glad-hearted and free,
    This is the pathway of blessing for me.

O Jesus, Lord and Savior, I give myself to Thee,
For Thou, in Thy atonement, didst give Thyself for me;
I own no other Master, my heart shall be Thy throne;
My life I give, henceforth to live, O Christ, for Thee alone.
  1. Living for Jesus Who died in my place,
    Bearing on Calv’ry my sin and disgrace;
    Such love constrains me to answer His call,
    Follow His leading and give Him my all.

O Jesus, Lord and Savior, I give myself to Thee,
For Thou, in Thy atonement, didst give Thyself for me;
I own no other Master, my heart shall be Thy throne;
My life I give, henceforth to live, O Christ, for Thee alone.
  1. Living for Jesus, wherever I am,
    Doing each duty in His holy Name;
    Willing to suffer affliction or loss,
    Deeming each trial a part of my cross.

O Jesus, Lord and Savior, I give myself to Thee,
For Thou, in Thy atonement, didst give Thyself for me;
I own no other Master, my heart shall be Thy throne;
My life I give, henceforth to live, O Christ, for Thee alone.
  1. Yes, living for Jesus is so very important!

Not just for me.  For everyone!

Just as we read, in Romans 14:8, "For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.".

Amen!  For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.

I live unto the Lord.

Do you?

Hopefully, if you have gained salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, then you also have gained everlasting life.  This means that when we die here on earth, we spend eternity with Him, forever!

To me, this is truly a blessing!

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...
