Praise God!

There's something I am glad to be able to tell you about, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).  It's something that I am so happy about.

Thank You, Lord!

Here's the article by godtv.com that is entitled, Headhunters in Northern India Encountered Jesus and Converted To Christianityhttps://godtv.com/headhunters-in-northern-india-encountered-jesus-and-converted-to-christianity/?fbclid=IwAR3W8-XMfBgNOH38xAW2kukARS8DMepC89gRLmGSJ8dZJO7I8lfXCA-d3to.

Did you read the article?  Here is much of what was stated (I copied/pasted):

National Geographic reports on the Naga Tribe that is now 90% Christian

There are a lot of unreached people group in this world who need Jesus. They are those people who have no access to the Internet and still live in their dangerous traditions and cultures. And one of them is the tribe of Naga headhunters in Northern India.

The headhunters used to live a life where killing was the norm. It was one of their traditions to kill their enemies and gather their heads. The person who would take a head gained power in their community. After they chopped a head off a body, they would put a tattoo on their face as a form of graduation. Because during those days, killing each other was part of their culture.

But this brutal tradition changed after an American missionary visited their tribe. At first, the people in the village were very hesitant to accept the Gospel, but once they observed the way people from outside of their village lived, they slowly started to welcome Jesus into their hearts.

God moved in their village because drastic changes happened. Ninety percent of the people in the tribe accepted Jesus. And if you will ask them the question, “ Are you a son of God”? They would boldly answer “Yes.” And since they encountered the love of God, they decided to keep the good things in their traditions and let the bad things go.
Because of the lives of the Christian missionaries who took the risk to share the love of God to them, they started to live in peace and harmony. They have realized that peace is much better than killing each other. Their minds changed when they heard the Word of God and were able to read the truth written in the Bible.
Here is a link for the YouTube video that was also on the article that is entitled, Why These Headhunters Converted to Christianity | National Geographichttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oLs-UoqzLlU.

How wonderful!

Reading this article and watching the video, truly touched my heart.  After all, what that American Christian missionary did, was what God wanted to be done.

I feel we need to remember people who do work for God in the way He wants us to do.

Thinking of that, made me think of Hebrews 13:7, "Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.".

Amen!  Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.

No matter where people are, or what they are doing, there's no guarantee that everything will be done well.  But, whenever God wants things done, He helps people.

Praise God!

Thank You, Lord... for helping people do the work for You, that You want to be done.

Hallelujah!

Until next time...
