The First Noel...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll let you know about something.

It's something I've mentioned many times.

Today, is our day of worship.

Hopefully, you realize that worship is so very important and you worship, for we all need to worship.

Of course, we can also worship through music.  Just as I've said before.

However, with CHRISTmas happening soon, I decided to share with you some loving music, that honours our Lord.

So I'm sharing with you some music by Bonny M entitled, The First Noelhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5UTN9dMidZ4.  If you click on the link, you can listen to and/or sing along.  The lyrics are below.

The First Noel

"The first Noel", the angels did say
Was to certain poor shepherds in fields as they lay
In fields where they lay a keeping their sheep
On a cold winter's night that was so deep

Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel
Born is the King of Israel

They looked up and saw a star
Shining in the East, beyond them far
And to the earth, it gave great light
And so it continued both day and night

Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel
Born is the King of Israel
Born is the King of Israel

"The first Noel", the angels did say
Was to certain poor shepherds in fields as they lay
In fields where they lay a keeping their sheep
On a cold winter's night that was so deep

Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel
Born is the King of Israel
Born is the King of Israel

Amen!

Jesus was born.  And, He was known as the King of Israel, even though He died on the cross.

Just as we read in Mark 15:32, "Let Christ the King of Israel descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe. And they that were crucified with him reviled him.".

Amen!  Let Christ the King of Israel descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe. And they that were crucified with him reviled him.

Even though Jesus was crucified after living his life here on earth, we need to be able to celebrate His birth.  After all, God sent His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).

I'll celebrate Jesus' birth.  Hopefully, you will, also.

If you do, I believe God will bless you.

Until next time...
