What is it?
Well, today's our day of worship!
Of course, I also enjoy worshiping with music. So, I'll share some music with you!
The music I'll be sharing with you is by Lynda Randle that is entitled, God On The Mountain. Here is a link for you to click on, so you can listen to and/or sing along: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HUBY9TxnAMw. The lyrics are below.
God On The Mountain
Life is easy, when you're up on the mountain
And you've got peace of mind, like you've never known
But things change, when you're down in the valley
Don't lose faith, for you're never alone
And you've got peace of mind, like you've never known
But things change, when you're down in the valley
Don't lose faith, for you're never alone
For the God on the mountain, is still God in the valley
When things go wrong, he'll make them right
And the God of the good times, is still God in the bad times
The God of the day, is still God in the night
When things go wrong, he'll make them right
And the God of the good times, is still God in the bad times
The God of the day, is still God in the night
We talk of faith way when you're up on the mountain
But talk comes easy, when life's at its best
Now its down in the valleys, trials and temptations
That's where your faith is really put to the test
But talk comes easy, when life's at its best
Now its down in the valleys, trials and temptations
That's where your faith is really put to the test
For the God on the mountain, is still God in the valley,
When things go wrong, he'll make them right
And the God of the good times, is still God in the bad times
The God of the day, is still God in the night
The God of the day, is still God in the night
Amen! God is with us during the day, and also with us during the night!
We do need to trust Him, and have faith.
Thinking about every valley and every mountain, made me think of Isaiah 40:4-5, "Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:
5 And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it."
We do need to trust Him, and have faith, just as I mentioned.
After all, He is there for us, always.
For this, I am thankful.
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...
