Mom...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I want to let you know that I'm thinking about my mom.

Why?

Well, if she were still alive, it would be her birthday and I would want to celebrate it with her. I think about her and wish I could be with her.

As you can tell, I love my mom, even though I truly miss her.

If you read yesterday's LwL entry, you'll know that it seems we are living in end times.  And, it seems there may be the beginning of what some people would call WW3... happening.

When I think of my mom, I think of how she was in the Canadian Women's Army Corps (CWAC).  As I've mentioned in the past, my mom was stationed in Washington, D.C., USA... close enough that the White House was seen from the corner where the building where she was stationed at, was located.

The building is now a private group location.  But, when I was there a few years ago, I was able to see some of the building that was in the same condition as when my mom was stationed there.

I was truly thankful.  Not just of seeing where my mom was stationed during WW2.

I was also truly thankful for my mom.  And, when she was alive, I always prayed for her.

Thinking of this, made me think of Philemon 1:4, "I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers,".

Amen!  I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers.

Just as today's Bible verse states, I did thank my God, always for my mom.  And, I prayed for her, always... when she was alive.

Do/did you pray for your mom?

It's important to pray for anyone that is important to you.

When you pray, I believe He will bless you.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...
