Love...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I need to let you know that today is a special day.

Today, is our day of worship.

As you probably are aware, I worship.  Hopefully, you do also.

Of course, as I've mentioned in the past, we can also worship through music.

So, today I'll share with you a hymn

Please click on the link for the hymn that is entitled, Crown Him With Many Crowns:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=imJ46zeluE8.  The lyrics are below.

Crown Him With Many Crowns

  1. Crown Him with many crowns,
    The Lamb upon His throne;
    Hark! How the heavenly anthem drowns
    All music but its own!
    Awake, my soul and sing
    Of Him Who died for thee,
    And hail Him as thy matchless King
    Through all eternity.
  2. Crown Him the Lord of love!
    Behold His hands and side—
    Rich wounds, yet visible above,
    In beauty glorified.
    No angel in the sky
    Can fully bear that sight,
    But downward bends His wondering eye
    At mysteries so bright.
  3. Crown Him the Lord of life!
    Who triumphed o’er the grave,
    Who rose victorious in the strife
    For those He came to save.
    His glories now we sing,
    Who died, and rose on high,
    Who died eternal life to bring,
    And lives that death may die.
  4. Crown Him the Lord of heav’n!
    One with the Father known,
    One with the Spirit through Him giv’n
    From yonder glorious throne,
    To Thee be endless praise,
    For Thou for us hast died;
    Be Thou, O Lord, through endless days
    Adored and magnified.

To Thee be endless praise,
For Thou for us hast died;
Be Thou, O Lord, through endless days
Adored and magnified.

Be magnified
Be magnified.

Just as the lyrics show us, we need to honour Him.  And, adore our Lord!

Meaning... we need to love our Lord!

Just as we read, in Deuteronomy 6:5, " And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.".

Amen!   And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Hopefully, you love Him.

Just as I do.

Yes, I love Him.  And, always will.

Until next time...
