Today, I'll be sharing something with you, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).
It's something that I wish I had shared with you, in the past. But, I decided to share it with you, now.
Here is an article by fortune.com entitled, Trump Is About to Protect Doctors Who Won't Perform Abortions or Treat Transgender Patients: http://fortune.com/2018/01/17/trump-hhs-conscience-objection-rule/.
Did you click on the link, and read the article? If you did, you'll know there's also video available. If you didn't, then please read part of the article that I am posting (I copied/pasted):
President Donald Trump’s administration is set to wade into its next health care policy controversy—new federal guidelines that would add protections for doctors and health care workers who have moral or religious objections to certain procedures, such as performing abortions and treating transgender Americans or those with different gender identities, Politico reports. Such rules would make it easier for health workers to opt out of services, and medical organizations which don’t give doctors that leeway could reportedly be punished.
It's amazing to me, that USA's President Donald Trump wants to have this done. It truly makes me happy.
After all, there are many people who work for hospitals, and/or doctors who don't really want to do some types of work. Yet, they legally have had to in the past.
Hopefully, this will become the legal way for medical workers.
Why do I feel this way?
Well, some people don't want to do things. Yet, they have had to.
Plus, some people don't think that Donald Trump is Christian.
However, I believe that even though he's not been Christian his whole life, he is now. And, he wants to support not just fellow Christians, or non-Christians who don't want to do some types of work, but also... God.
Thinking of this, made me think of Matthew 5:16, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."
Amen! Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Yes! Donald Trump is supporting and glorifying God! He's doing what he believes is good work, and is letting his light shine before men.
I must admit, I am truly thankful. And, always will be.
Thank You, Donald Trump!
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...
