We Ought To...

There's something I feel I need to mention, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

On Facebook (FB), a friend shared a video that was such a blessing.

Not just to me.  But, also to every Christian woman!

Life isn't always easy.  But, God is good!

He provided a Christian man who honoured women on the video that was created.  If you're a woman, please... make sure you watch the video.

Please click on this link, to watch the video is entitled, A Message To All Women & Girls

If you watched the video, you'll know that the idea was for the man to talk about who you are.

Talk about being supported by a fellow Christian man!

What I heard on the video, I've actually heard from some FB friends.  Not everyone, though.

I've had a real life fellow, who was a friend not just on FB, who has literally put me down, always.  Yes, truly... always.  Talk about being hurt!

In the past, I've almost never heard anything good from that fellow who claims to be Christian.

The only time I ever hear from him, is when he wants to put me down.  Or, be nasty to me, because he doesn't believe in the same things as I do, and my fellow born again Christians, do.

But, I must admit that I have male and female Christian FB friends who have been truly kind and caring to me, supporting me, and showing me Christian love.

For this, I truly feel blessed.

After all, those who have been kind and loving, are truly brothers and sisters in the Lord.  They obviously love God and do what He would have them do.

Thinking about this, made me think of 1 John 4:11, "Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another."

Amen!  If God so loved us, we ought also to love one another!

I must admit, that I truly love those Christian friends, who are loving to me.  Yes, both male and female.

Even though I feel heartbroken by being treated badly by someone who claims to be Christian, I still pray for that person, and forgive him.

After all, there are many people who claim they are Christian... yet, are not born again.

If this is the situation with that person who has hurt me over and over again, and if what he does continues, I will never stop praying for him.

And, will never stop forgiving him.

May God bless him.

Until next time...
