I feel I need to share something with you, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).
To me, it's rather sad.
Please click on the link for the article by theguardian.com entitled, Gunmen kill Christian worshippers at Coptic church near Cairo: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2017/dec/29/gunman-launches-deadly-attack-on-coptic-church-near-cairo?CMP=share_btn_fb.
The article was posted on Friday, December 29, 2017. The same day that the attack happened, as we read in the article (I copied/pasted):
At least two gunmen on a motorcycle opened fire outside a Coptic church south of Cairo on Friday, killing at least nine people in the latest attack on the country’s Christian minority.
The attack happened at the Marmina church in the Helwan City district on the capital’s southern outskirts. The dead include members of the congregation and a police officer killed in a shootout at the security post guarding the building. Several others were wounded.
A long time ago, I wrote a blog entry and let you know that I was happy that a Facebook (FB) Christian friend who was from Egypt had moved away from that country, along with his family members. They moved to Australia.
Again, I'll say... Hallelujah!
Because what happened shows to everyone who becomes aware of what happened, that Islam is truly against Christianity. Meaning Muslims are against Christians... and are doing what their god wants them to do, to kill others who are not Muslim.
It breaks my heart that Muslims are doing what they are doing in various places, where they hurt or kill fellow Christians and/or other unbelievers of Islam.
It breaks my heart that many people fail to accept the truth about what is happening. Or, about what I write about, so people can accept the truth regarding Islam.
After all, Christians are being persecuted.
Christians are suffering.
Thinkin about suffering, made me think of 2 Timothy 2:12, "If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:"
Amen! If we suffer, we shall also reign with Him: if we deny Him, He also will deny us.
Even though Christians are suffering, and being persecuted, Jesus loves them.
For this, I am thankful. For Jesus is there for us, always.
But, please... accept truth, regarding Islam.
If you do, you'll realize what is happening in this world, now. And, you'll want to help other people accept the truth, and help them to help others become educated enough to help people gain salvation, by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.
For this, God will bless you and be there for you... always!
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...
