O...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll be saying something that I have mentioned in the past..

Even though today, is the Saturday of our Easter weekend, it's also a day when I think about how my now deceased husband, Gordon... and I were married.  Yes, this wasn't the date of our marriage, but when we were married, it was the day of our holy long weekend.

Being our special weekend, focusing on our Lord, I decided to share music with you.

Charlie Miller, a pastor friend on Facebook (FB), mentioned about some music that I absolutely adore.  It's entitled, Just As I Am.  Here's a link for you to listen to and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2VrRk4pZHY.  The lyrics are below.

Just As I Am

Just as I am, without one plea,
But that Thy blood was shed for me,
And that Thou bidst me come to Thee,
O Lamb of God, I come! I come!

Just as I am, and waiting not
To rid my soul of one dark blot;
To Thee whose blood can cleanse each spot,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!

Just as I am, Thou wilt receive,
Wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve;
Because Thy promise I believe,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!

O Lamb of God... I come.  I come!

After all, life isn't easy.  But, God is good.

And, our Lord is the Lamb of God that I look to.  Always.

Thinking of Him being the Lamb, made me think of Revelation 22:3, "And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:"

Amen!  There shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.

I praise Him that there shall be no more curse.

Plus, as we read in today's Bible verse... His servants shall serve Him.

Just as I do.  I serve Him.

Do you?

If so, you'll be blessed.

Until next time...
