Everlasting! Endlessly...

Before I begin today's Life with Lynnie (LwL) entry, I just want to make a comment.  It's something that not everyone thinks is a good thing to say, but I feel the need to say it.

Even though I am not suffering with strong grief, I feel badly today.  If my deceased husband, Gordon was alive, it would be our wedding anniversary.

However, I decided to share some music with you.

Why?

Because, for quite a while now, I have felt horrible.  Not through grief, just as I already mentioned.

I have felt horrible, because I have not felt loved.

Okay, I realize I have some family and friends who love and/or just care for me.  But, I've also had some who do not.

For quite a while, I would wake up in the morning with music on my heart and mind.  At first, I didn't realize why.  But, when it got close to Valentine's Day, it was happening all the time.

God must have realized that I have not been feeling loved, for a very long time.  And, had thanked Him so many times, for loving me, because I sometimes felt like if He didn't love me, I would have no love.

But, He does love me.  And, I believe He wanted to remind me, for I had been feeling rather unloved in this difficult, and sometimes... horrible life.

I must admit, I'm always thankful to Him for His love.  And, I will now share with you the song He used to speak to me.

The music is by Edison Lighthouse and is entitled, Love Grows.  Here is a link for you to click on, so you can listen to and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QE5Lund-BI8.  The lyrics are below.

Love Grows

She ain't got no money
Her clothes are kinda funny
Her hair is kinda wild and free
Oh, but love grows where my Rosemary goes
And nobody knows like me

She talks kinda lazy
And people say she's crazy
And her life's a mystery
Oh, but love grows where my Rosemary goes
And nobody knows like me

There's something about her hand holding mine
It's a feeling that's fine
And I just gotta say, hey!
She's really got a magical spell
And it's working so well
That I can't get away

I'm a lucky fella
And I just got to tell her
That I love her endlessly
Because love grows where my Rosemary goes
And nobody knows like me

There's something about her hand holding mine
It's a feeling that's fine
And I just gotta say, hey!
She's really got a magical spell
And it's working so well
That I can't get away

I'm a lucky fella
And I just got to tell her
That I love her endlessly
Because love grows where my Rosemary goes
And nobody knows like me

It keeps growing every place she's been
And nobody knows like me
If you've met her, you'll never forget her
And nobody knows like me

La la la, believe it when you've seen it
Nobody knows like me

The music isn't Christian.

But, part of the lyrics made me believe that God had this music on my heart mind so many times.  So, many times... that I would realize that He wanted me to know that He loves me, just as the lyrics say... I just got to tell her that I love her endlessly.

Amen!  He loves me.

And, He loves you... if you belong to Him.  After all, He may have brought you to Him.

Just as we read, in Jeremiah 31:3, "The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee."

Amen!  The Lord hath appeared saying, Yea... I have loved thee with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

He loved those of us who belong to Him, so much, that we receive everlasting love from Him, because He drew us to Him.

In case you haven't yet gained salvation, you need to realize that God loved us so much, that He sent His only begotten Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ... to earth... to pay the price for the sin of the world, of all who believe upon Him.

I have gained salvation.  He drew me.  So, I have His everlasting love.  He loves me endlessly.

Hopefully, you've gained salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.  For if you have, you've gained salvation.

And, will have His everlasting love... endlessly.

Until next time...
