Please Do & Prayer Request...

In the past, you've seen me share some special things, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).  Today, I'll do that.

Recently, I received e-mail from the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ).  I copied/pasted so you can read what was e-mailed to me:

Lynn,

Imagine being locked in a foreign prison simply for your faith. Now imagine it's one of your parents.

American Pastor Andrew Brunson still languishes in a Turkish prison cell. He's lost over 50 pounds and is losing hope. All he's asked for is prayer.

We've demanded U.N. intervention on behalf of Pastor Andrew's family. In a matter of days, we are going back to the U.N. This time we're going with Pastor Andrew's daughter Jacqueline as she addresses the U.N. Human Rights Council personally.

For 16 months, Pastor Andrew's plight has caused unimaginable anguish and frustration for his family. Jacqueline, who already bravely addressed Congress, is going to stand before the world's leaders, looking them in their eyes, asking for action to orchestrate her father's release.

Turkish prosecutors have yet to present a shred of evidence. Pastor Andrew and his family suffer as he remains jailed as a political bargaining chip. There is no question this is a human rights travesty.

As we go with Jacqueline to the U.N., go with us. Be Pastor Andrew's voice.

Sign Our Petition: Free Pastor Andrew NOW.

Jordan Sekulow
ACLJ Executive Director

Sigh...

I have to admit, this truly breaks my heart.

It truly breaks my heart that Pastor Andrew is still held in prison.  Plus, my heart is truly broken that other fellow Christians have also been imprisoned in other countries, as well.

Please, sign this petition.  And, pray.

After all, by doing this, you'll be doing good.  And, God will be happy you have done it!

Just as we read, in Hebrews 13:16, "But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased."

Amen!  But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

God will be well pleased if you do what you can do.  Not just for Pastor Andrew.  But, also for anyone/everyone else who needs prayer and help.

For this, God will be pleased.  And, you'll be blessed.

Hallelujah!

Until next time...

Rejoice!

If you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) yesterday, then you'll know I did something special.

Not only did I worship with my church family and attend prayer time with them.  You'll know that I also attended another prayer time, with brothers and sisters of a church group where I used to worship.

Hmmm... do you wonder how I knew that prayer time was going to be held?

lol  I'll let you know.

One of my sisters in the Lord, E... who is a member of the church group I used to worship with had invited me to attend a dinner on Saturday evening.

At first, I wasn't sure if I was going to attend.  But, after praying, I did!

We truly enjoyed time together.  And, a delicious dinner that E and her sister, M made for all of us.  Thank you, E... and M!  May God bless you both!

During my time there, my previous pastor let me know that they needed people to attend a prayer time on Sunday evening, about 6:00 p.m.

When he asked me to attend, I let him know I wasn't sure if I could attend.  But, it turned out that I did!

God truly provided for me.  Plus, for my church group.  And, for the church group where I used to worship!

Talk about feeling happy!

Amen.  I rejoiced.

By thinking about this, it made me think of Philippians 4:4, " Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice."

Amen!  Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.

I rejoice thinking of my Lord.  And, am always happy thinking of Him.

He's important to me.

After all, Jesus came to earth to pay the price for the sin of the world, of all who would believe upon Him.

Hallelujah!

This means that when we trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, we not only gain salvation, but we become members of his family.  Then, we no longer have to pay the price for our sin.

For this, I'm thankful.

Are you?

If you haven't yet come to Christ, do so, today.

Tomorrow, may be too late.

Prayer...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll let you know about what I did, yesterday!

Yesterday, was our Lord's Day!

A day of worship!  Which is exactly what I did.

Early in the afternoon, I attended a prayer session.  This was done with my church family.

After, I went and dropped off some things to one of my daughters family.  Plus, I had to go see a friend.

Then, it was time to attend the worship service.  So, I did!

During the service, my pastor had me sing.  A capella is how I sing there.  And, I was thankful that I did what I did, to honour God!

A fairly new brother in the Lord, who has begun to attend our worship service, did something special.  He let us know he's a writer.  He writes not just information, or stories, but he also writes poems!

I must admit, I was happy for him.

We spoke later, as I was leaving.  I used to stay after the worship service and share dinner with everyone.  But, I didn't, yesterday.

On my way home, I looked at the time.  God placed it on my heart, to go and attend a prayer meeting with some brothers and sisters in the Lord, from a church group, where I used to worship.  So, I did.

After the prayer session, we all visited with each other.  Of course, we all enjoyed coffee and snacks.  :)

Just so you know, even though I enjoyed my time with that church group, I truly believe that prayer is important.  And, we need to be thankful being able to pray.

Thinking of this, made me think of Philippians 4:6, "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God."

Amen!  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Yes, we need to pray.  And, request what we feel is needed, through our prayer time.

When we pray, God is happy to hear from us.  He already knows what happens with us, but when we pray and thank Him, we do what He feels we need to.

Talk about being blessed!

Yes, we are then blessed.  And, thankful since we let God know what we feel we need and request of Him to provide.

For this, I'm thankful.  And, always will be.

Thank You, Lord!

Honour... & Billy Graham...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I will do something.  Something I do at times.

What is it?

I'll be honouring someone, in addition to honouring God.

Of course, I honour God!  Every day.

On SONday, I honour Him through worship.  And, through music.

Today, I'll be sharing some music with you.

It's a hymn that I have always adored.  But, it is a hymn that was used to honour Billy Graham, who died at the age of 99, on February 21, 2018.  If you'd like to read about Billy Graham, please click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billy_Graham.

The hymn I am sharing with you, was written by Charlotte Elliott and is entitled, Just As I Am.  If you click on this link, you'll be able to see how Billy Graham was honoured:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTNuH-352yQ&sns=em.  Here is another link you can click on to listen to and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2VrRk4pZHY.  The lyrics are below.

Just As I Am

Just as I am, without one plea,
But that Thy blood was shed for me,
And that Thou bidst me come to Thee,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

Just as I am, and waiting not
To rid my soul of one dark blot,
To Thee whose blood can cleanse each spot,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

(These 2 verses were not recorded:
Just as I am, though tossed about
With many a conflict, many a doubt,
Fightings and fears within, without,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

Just as I am, poor, wretched, blind;
Sight, riches, healing of the mind,
Yea, all I need in Thee to find,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.)

Just as I am, Thou wilt receive,
Wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve;
Because Thy promise I believe,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

(This verse was also not recorded:
Just as I am, Thy love unknown
Hath broken every barrier down;
Now, to be Thine, yea, Thine alone,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.)

Amen!

As the lyrics say to us, O Lamb of God, I come, I come, we will come... to God.

Just as Billy Graham did, when his life ended here on earth.

To me, it's wonderful that Billy Graham did so much for God.  He taught so many people about how they needed to gain salvation, and helped bring so many people to become family members of God.

After all, he did all he could to honour Jesus.  And, he thanked God, always.

Thinking of this, made me think of Colossians 3:17, "And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him."

Amen!  Whosoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him.

We who belong to God, do exactly that.  Just as Billy Graham did.

Yes, we will go and be with Him, once our life here on earth ends.  For we have gained salvation and everlasting life, by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Just as Billy Graham did.

And, just as I have done.

Have you?

Forever? Or, For A Moment?

Do you have any idea what will be done here today, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL)?  I think you may know.

After all, in the past, I've mentioned about movies I've watched.  So, today I'll do the same!

Here are some movies I've watched:

Beat the Devil, starring Humphrey Bogart, Jennifer Jones and Gina Lollobrigida.  To check out this adventure comedy film, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beat_the_Devil_(film).  Even though I watched this movie, I didn't find it funny, due to lies.

Who's Minding the Store, starring Jerry Lewis, Jill St. John and many other actors.  If you'd like to check out this comedy film, please click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Who%27s_Minding_the_Store%3F.  This movie wasn't filled with truth, but I enjoyed it.

Author!  Author! , starring Al Pacino, Dyan Cannon and other actors.  Please click on this link, to check out this American comedy-drama filmhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Author!_Author!_(film).  To me, sadness filled this movie.

Come Blow Your Horn, starring Frank Sinatra.  Would you like to check out this American comedy film?  If so, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Come_Blow_Your_Horn_(film).  I must admit that I've watched this movie more than once, even though it has some sin in it, because I also saw some love in it.

The Devil and Miss Jones, starring Jean Arthur, Robert Cummings and Charles Coburn.  Click on this link, to check out this comedy filmhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Devil_and_Miss_Jones. Even though this movie was filled with lies, I enjoyed watching this movie.

Hmmm...  even though these movies were supposed to be comedy films, I felt like they were mainly filled with lies of various sorts.

To me, it didn't make those movies funny.  After all, truth is what's important.  Not lies.

Thinking of this, made me think of Proverbs 12:19, "The lip of truth shall be established for ever: but a lying tongue is but for a moment."

Amen!  The lip of truth shall be established forever: but a lying tongue is but for a moment.

Lies don't last a long time.  Truth does.

And, God knows truth.

Do you?

I do.

How do we come to know truth?

Read God's Word, the Bible.

I have read the entire Bible each year.  Yes, I have, over and over, over many years.

If you do, you'll come to know truth.

Sow? Reap!

There's something I need to discuss, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

It's not something wonderful.  To me, it's something truly sinful.

It's also not something new that's happening.

I'll be sharing with you a couple of YouTube videos that I saw on Facebook (FB)

Here is the first (1st) video I will share with you; it's entitled, Christians Fined and arrested in Americahttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3QoXQwPaL8.  This was published December 1, 2011.

Hopefully, you watched the video.

If you haven't, please do so.  When you watch the video, you'll see several Christians being fined and arrested, in America.

Some for various reasons.  Including a group of four (4) Christians who were arrested together, even though only one (1) of them, had spoken.

And, were arrested because the Muslims nearby, didn't like the Christians being near them, in Dearborn, Michigan, where many, many Islamic people live.  Just so you know, you may have seen LwL's blog entry quite a while ago, regarding what happened, there.

Here is the other video I wanted to share with you; it's entitled, Street Preacher Arrested Californiahttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqvmVx8gZeU.  This was published February 28, 2015.

Did you watch this video?  Hopefully, you did.

If you did watch this video, you'll have seen how a Christian was arrested, in California

Why did all these things happen?

Because people were speaking about our Lord, Jesus Christ.

It seemed they were fined and/or arrested even though they truly weren't breaking the law for United States of America (USA), just as what was stated on the first (1st) video shared with you.

Persecution.  That's what it is.  And, God told us that we who love Him, will suffer persecution.

After all, Christians who do what God would have them do, usually become hurt.  And, suffer persecution.

Should anyone be sad.  Sad, since they were persecuted?

Thinking of this, made me think of Psalm 126:5, "They that sow in tears shall reap in joy."

Amen!  They that sow in tears shall reap in joy!

Life may not be easy.  But, God is good.

Will what's happened in USA be the only country where this happens?

It's possible that it will happen in many, many, many countries around the world.  And, may be happening, already.

No matter what, God will bless any Christian who does work for Him.

For this, I'm thankful.  And, always will be.

Thank You, Lord!

Truth? Truth!

Before I begin today's entry for Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'd like to say that my heart feels broken.

Why?

I truly miss my parents.  If they were alive, today would be their wedding anniversary.  It may seem silly to you, but it isn't to me.

Here on LwL, I'll be sharing something with you.

It's something that I feel everyone needs to see.

Especially, if you are not yet a born again Christian.  Or, if you have decided that no one needs to become Christian.

What is it?

It's a video.  A video that my Facebook (FB) friend, S told me about.

I found the video on YouTube.  I then shared it on FB.  And, watched it.

When I watched the video, I realized that if anyone hasn't ever believed what they hear about Jesus... and/or the Bible, then they truly need to watch this video.

Here is the link to watch the video that was created by Lee Strobel and is entitled, The Case for Christhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XqgQ9g2MV_8.

He was an atheist.  An unbeliever.

As he did all he could to confirm that Christianity wasn't real, and Jesus wasn't important, he found the truth.

Thinking of truth, made me think of John 8:32, "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

Amen!  Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free!

Want to know the truth?

Watch the video I shared with you.

Read the Bible.  You'll find truth.

And, God will bless you.

Shall!

There is something I feel I need to share with you, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

It's not something great.  In fact, to me, it's something hurtful.  And, sinful.

No, I'm not saying I've sinned.

However, someone does sin.  And, they work for Facebook (FB)

On January 27, 2018... I posted a comment on my wall/timeline on FB.

Why did I do it?

Well, I felt that people need to know and understand that it seems FB doesn't like Christians.  Not just me, but also others, who I have seen had to do what I did.

What did I do?

I'll share with you the comment I made on FB.  That way, you'll know what I had to do.

Here is the comment (I copied/pasted):

feels badly for the Christian groups I am a member of, and especially groups where I am an administrator, where I post my Life with Lynnie blog entries. Why? Well, Facebook (FB) is abusing me, and abusing every one of those groups. Why do I think this? Well, FB hasn't allowed me to go on the group pages, to do the posting of my blog entries, so the group pages and members who expect me to look and like their postings, are being abused. Instead, I have to stay off the group pages, and share the blog entry. And, instead of just posting it, I have to do Security Checks. Here's what the Security message says:
Security Check
This is a standard security test that we use to prevent spammers from creating fake accounts and spamming users.
So , you see... FB wants to treat me as a spammer, even though I am not a spammer. Plus, they are treating the group pages as fake accounts, allowing scammers to use it. This is truly sinful. Especially, since there is no one who has reported me, and/or followed me in a negative way. This means that I and anyone else who this happens to, are being persecuted for our Christian faith. I forgive FB. I forgive whoever it is who works for FB, who does this to me and others. However, I hope they realize that at some point, God will deal with them. Please join me in prayer that FB will stop persecuting Christians. Thank you. Blessings...
Sigh...

I truly get frustrated with FB.  For, even though I use FB for God, I get abused.  Persecuted.

Just like we read will happen, in 2 Timothy 3:12, "Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution."

Amen!  all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

So, it's not just me.  It will happen to fellow Christians, also.

Even though I get frustrated at times when FB abuses me like this, or in other ways, I must admit, I truly enjoy using FB.

Why?

Because I use FB for God.  And, always will.

For doing this, God blesses me.  And, always will.

Thank You, Lord!

The Chain of Shame...

There's something that I feel I need to discuss today, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

Is it something good?  Not really.

In my opinion, it's something really terrible.

So you can understand, I decided to share the YouTube video entitled, The Chain of Shame A Creative Revolt By Injured Workershttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8l3lz2aANgc.

Yes, as you are now aware, the video is about how a worker became injured.  And, re-injured.

Just as the injured worker's wife stated on the video, no one understands the pain he is going through.  And, if you watched the video, you'll know that the injured worker has been treated badly.

Money had been removed to him, by Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).  It's called... Deeming, as you would have seen and heard about on the video.

As the video states, WSIB seems to just want to save money for the government and for employers.  But, as was stated on the video, the direct attack is to affect injured workers.

As the video states, there are people working for WSIB who are earning far more than any injured workers I've ever met.  Including me!

Plus, at least one person or possibly even more, are earning what I would call a fortune, and will receive a 20% bonus after five (5) years of saving money for WSIB and employers.

Even though I am not like some other injured workers, I realize that on the video, when it was stated that some injured workers are not well off, and some are homeless, it is true.  Yet, WSIB has helped save the government and employers, rather than fully helping injured workers.

As the injured worker stated, many injured workers are truly treated and sometimes feel like just a piece of dirt.  This way, they don't just suffer physically; they also suffer emotionally.

Here's an article by i.heartradio.ca entitled, UPDATE:  MINISTRY OF LABOUR TO INVESTIGATE INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT IN OLDCASTLEhttp://www.iheartradio.ca/am800/news/large-piece-of-machinery-falls-on-oldcastle-worker-1.3597937.

Hopefully, you clicked on the link and read the article.  If you did, you'll know it stated (I copied/pasted):

An industrial accident in Oldcastle.

Tecumseh Fire Chief Doug Pitre says fire crews along with the OPP were called to Precision Stamping Friday morning.

He says a large piece of machinery weighing 45,000 lbs fell on a worker's arm.

The Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate and is sending one inspector to the area.

"It was reported to us that a dye allegedly slipped from a forklift and it injured a worker's hand," says Janet Deline, spokesperson with the Ministry of Labour. "We don't have any other information about injuries at this time."

The worker has been taken to the hospital.

Sigh...

Hopefully, the Ministry of Labour will help provide for the worker who was injured, in Oldcastle... which is just outside of Windsor, Ontario, Canada... where I live.  If they do, then the injured worker may not be hurt as much as some others are.

If this injured worker suffers bigtime, like most others do, then it will truly be evil.  Just like what's been done to many other injured workers.

The only good think I can say, is that God will deal with those who are wicked.

Just as we read, in Isaiah 48:22, "There is no peace, saith the Lord, unto the wicked."

Amen!  There is no peace, saith the Lord, unto the wicked.

This means God will deal with those who wickedly hurt others.

Please, join me in prayer.

Please, pray that injured workers will be fully healed, so they won't suffer forever.

Please, pray that injured workers will be treated better if the wickedness of WSIB changes... so that injustice won't be received by injured workers.

Please, pray that injured workers can receive proper treatment, and much else that should be received by WSIB.

Please, pray that those who are hurting injured workers, will become born again Christians.  For, if they do, they will never want to hurt anyone.

For this, I'll be thankful.

Not just to you, but also to God.

Thank You, Lord!

Good & Evil... Plus Prayer Request...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll tell you about some things.

It's about a few things, actually.

A couple of things made me so very happy.  Another thing is rather heartbreaking to me, but I'll ask you for prayer.

What made me happy?

Well, as you know I went to worship, yesterday.  After all, it was our Lord's Day!

Although this made me happy, something else made me happy.  A couple of things.

After our prayer service, I actually went to my daughter, B's home.  Like I did a couple weeks ago.

This time, I not only got to see B and her family who lives with her, but I also got to see her son (my grandson), N!  And, his daughter (my greatgranddaughter), S!

It was so good. Thank You, Lord!  Such a blessing.

Especially, since I knew I wasn't going to see, N... on the 25th... that is his birthday.  So, I celebrated his birthday with him!  Happy Birthday, N!

N's young sister (my granddaughter), A... who used to go to Sunday school when I went to church, came and told me she wanted to go to Sunday school.  I let her know that the church group I worship with is different than where she went in the past.

Even so, A insisted she wanted to go worship with me.  So, she did!  Hallelujah!

Of course, after our worship service, A and I enjoyed having dinner, together... along with everyone else who had stayed after worshipping!

This happened long after what happened to my daughter, P... and her family, earlier yesterday.

Although I can't tell you at this time, what happened to hurt my daughter, P and her family, I can say that what happened and what is still happening, is truly evil.  Even though it's not due to my daughter, P trying to recover from her hip surgery.

Even so, I will ask you to please pray for my daughter, P... and her family.  P needs healing.  Plus, she and her family need God to help them all.  Thank you!  May God bless you...

I believe God will help them.  He is my helper.

Just as we read, in Psalm 54:4, "Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul."

Amen!  God is my helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.

For this, I praise God.  And, always will.

Thank You, Lord!

I Walk!

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll be letting you know something that you need to be doing, today.  Just as I need to do.

What is it?

Worship!

Hopefully, you worship.  After all, I do... and know that we all need to worship.

Of course, I enjoy worshiping through music, also.

During this last week, we celebrated Valentine's Day!  Before that day, as I mentioned previously, I seemed to be having a hard time dealing with my life.  And, may continue to have a hard time with my life, for quite a while.

Unfortunately, I don't really want to discuss what is so difficult in my life right now, but I will let you know that I've been rather unhappy.  Just as you've probably heard me mention, in the past.

God... seemed to be dealing with me so very much.  He constantly placed music in my heart and mind, just as He's done before.

There was a song I awoke with, and searched for.

I had trouble finding it, at first.  But, found it, finally... and shared it with you last SONday!

Today, I'm sharing one (1) of the two (2) songs I found in error.  Both seemed to be very good to me, for they reminded me of God, even though they aren't Christian music.

The song is by Johnny Cash and is entitled, I Walk The Line.  Here is a link for you to listen to it, and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpkewaEgtVk.  The lyrics are below.

I Walk The Line

I keep a close watch on this heart of mine
I keep my eyes wide open all the time
I keep the ends out for the tie that binds
Because you're mine, I walk the line

I find it very, very easy to be true
I find myself alone when each day is through
Yes, I'll admit that I'm a fool for you
Because you're mine, I walk the line

As sure as night is dark and day is light
I keep you on my mind both day and night
And happiness I've known proves that it's right
Because you're mine, I walk the line

You've got a way to keep me on your side
You give me cause for love that I can't hide
For you I know I'd even try to turn the tide
Because you're mine, I walk the line

I keep a close watch on this heart of mine
I keep my eyes wide open all the time
I keep the ends out for the tie that binds
Because you're mine, I walk the line

Amen!  Because You're mine, I walk the line.

I do whatever I feel God would have me do, so I consider that to be walking the line... for Him.  Even though I've experienced and have lived with sadness and happiness.

Some of the lyrics made me feel like it was me, honouring God.  Like... As sure as night is dark and day is light I keep you on my mind both day and night And happiness I've known proves that it's right Because you're mine, I walk the line.

Even though my life hasn't been easy, I look to Him.  Always!!

Thinking about how I've been experiencing difficult trials in life, made me think of Romans 5:3-5, "And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us."

Amen!  Even though we go through trials in life, we are glorified for we are provided with patience, experience and hope due to God's love for us.

His love is in our hearts by the Holy Spirit (Holy Ghost), who was given to us by our Lord, Jesus Christ!

For this, I'm thankful.  And, always will be.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...

Ooooeeee!

There's something I'll discuss today, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).  It's something that I have mentioned in the past.

What is it?

Movies!

Here are some movies I've watched:

Oklahoma Crude, starring George C. Scott, Faye Dunaway and John Mills.  If you'd like to check out this American drama Metrocolor film, please click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oklahoma_Crude_(film).  Even though there was threatening on this movie, I enjoyed watching it.

Full Circle, starring Mia Farrow.  Click on this link, to check out this British-Canadian horror filmhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Full_Circle_(1977_film).  I watched this movie, even though it was depressing.

*  The Long Goodbye, starring Elliott Gould, Nina van Pallandt and Stirling Hayden.  Would you like to check out this 1973 movie?  If so, please click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Long_Goodbye_(film).  Even though it's not called a drama film, it truly was filled with drama.

*  Nightfall, starring Aldo Ray, Brian Keith and Anne Bancroft.  You can check out this American film noir, by clicking on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nightfall_(1957_film).  This movie was okay, but not special to me.

Hurry Sundown, starring Michael Caine, Jane Fonda and many other actors.  Check out this American drama film, by clicking on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hurry_Sundown_(film).  I enjoyed watching this movie, even though so many things happened to break people's hearts.

Ooooeeee!  Talk about movies with fear!

If you've watched those movies, you'll know that God wasn't in control of anything that happened.  Sinfulness was.

Thinking of that made me think of, 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

Amen!  God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind!

God loves us!  He doesn't want us to be afraid.  He wants us to have power and a sound mind!

He loves us, because we've become some of His family.  Like me.

Have you?

All you need to do, is to trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ... and you will have become His family member, because you will have gained salvation.

For this, I'm thankful.  And, always will be.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...

Facts or Dreams?

A while ago, I came across something I feel I need to share with you, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

What is it regarding?

It's regarding an article written by Andrew C. McCarthy, and posted in February 2016.  What is the article about?

Here is a link to the article that is entitled, Islam - Facts or Dreams?:  https://imprimis.hillsdale.edu/islam-facts-or-dreams/.  Please... click on the link and read the article.  If you do, I believe you will be honestly educated, regarding Islam.

Here is some information stated in the article (I copied/pasted):

When he said Allah enjoined all Muslims to wage jihad until Islamic law was established throughout the world, the scriptures backed him up.

When he said Islam directed Muslims not to take Jews and Christians as their friends, the scriptures backed him up.

Here's more that was stated (I copied/pasted):

Another point, obvious but inconvenient, is that Islam is not a religion of peace. There are ways of interpreting Islam that could make it something other than a call to war. But even these benign constructions do not make it a call to peace. Verses such as “Fight those who believe not in Allah,” and “Fight and slay the pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war,” are not peaceful injunctions, no matter how one contextualizes.

Sigh...

The article also stated some things that Winston Churchill stated years ago.  Here is some of what was stated (I copied/pasted):

Although this came as a revelation to me, it should not have. After all, it is not as if Western civilization had no experience dealing with Islamic supremacism—what today we call “Islamist” ideology, the belief that sharia must govern society. Winston Churchill, for one, had encountered it as a young man serving in the British army, both in the border region between modern-day Afghanistan and Pakistan and in the Sudan—places that are still cauldrons of Islamist terror. Ever the perceptive observer, Churchill wrote:

How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. . . . Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property—either as a child, a wife, or a concubine—must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men.

The article stated regarding Sharia (Law).  Here's some of what was stated (I copied/pasted):

Sharia rejects freedom of speech as much as freedom of religion. It rejects the idea of equal rights between men and women as much as between Muslim and non-Muslim. It brooks no separation between spiritual life and civil society. It is a comprehensive framework for human life, dictating matters of government, economy, and combat, along with personal behavior such as contact between the sexes and personal hygiene. Sharia aims to rule both believers and non-believers, and it affirmatively sanctions jihad in order to do so.

Even if this is not the only construction of Islam, it is absurd to claim—as President Obama did during his recent visit to a mosque in Baltimore—that it is not a mainstream interpretation. In fact, it is the mainstream interpretation in many parts of the world. Last year, Americans were horrified by the beheadings of three Western journalists by ISIS. American and European politicians could not get to microphones fast enough to insist that these decapitations had nothing to do with Islam. Yet within the same time frame, the government of Saudi Arabia beheaded eight people for various violations of sharia—the law that governs Saudi Arabia.

Three weeks before Christmas, a jihadist couple—an American citizen, the son of Pakistani immigrants, and his Pakistani wife who had been welcomed into our country on a fiancée visa—carried out a jihadist attack in San Bernardino, California, killing 14 people. Our government, as with the case in Fort Hood—where a jihadist who had infiltrated the Army killed 13 innocents, mostly fellow soldiers—resisted calling the atrocity a “terrorist attack.” Why? Our investigators are good at what they do, and our top officials may be ideological, but they are not stupid. Why is it that they can’t say two plus two equals four when Islam is involved?

This was also stated (I copied/pasted):

The dangerous flipside to our government’s insistence on making up its own version of Islam is that anyone who is publicly associated with Islam must be deemed peaceful. This is how we fall into the trap of allowing the Muslim Brotherhood, the world’s most influential Islamic supremacist organization, to infiltrate policy-making organs of the U.S. government, not to mention our schools, our prisons, and other institutions. The federal government, particularly under the Obama administration, acknowledges the Brotherhood as an Islamic organization—notwithstanding the ham-handed attempt by the intelligence community a few years back to rebrand it as “largely secular”—thereby giving it a clean bill of health. This despite the fact that Hamas is the Brotherhood’s Palestinian branch, that the Brotherhood has a long history of terrorist violence, and that major Brotherhood figures have gone on to play leading roles in terrorist organizations such as al Qaeda.

Then, at the end of the article, more of what Winston Churchill said many years ago, was stated (I copied/pasted):

To quote Churchill again:  “Facts are better than dreams.” In the real world, we must deal with the facts of Islamic supremacism, because its jihadist legions have every intention of dealing with us. But we can only defeat them if we resolve to see them for what they are."

Wow!

This article truly made me feel good!

Why?  Because what was reported and placed online by Hillsdale College in USA, says basically what I have commented on in the past.  Even though some people do not believe I speak truth regarding Islam.

Yes, I realize I've been hated.

Just as our Lord, Jesus Christ told us in John 15:18, "If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you."

You may wonder why I shared this information, and let you know that I am hated.  If so, realize that I have done this, so you can become educated to understand and accept truth.  Truth, regarding Islam.

Why is this important?

Because, people need to understand the truth about Islam.  And, what Muslims are taught to do.

After all, our world will be changing, as long as Islam becomes more and more bigger within countries.  Muslims will gain more ability to do what Sharia Law insists on happening, as they get our governments to allow them more rights.

So, we need to look to God.  And, accept what we need to do.

I have.

Have you?

If you have, you'll be blessed... even if your life isn't easy.

Thank You, Lord!

Prayer Request...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I feel I need to ask you to do something.

Even though it's my request, it's truly not for me.

It's for my daughter, P.

P, is scheduled to have surgery in London, Ontario, Canada, tomorrow.

Is this the first surgery she's ever had?  Absolutely, not!  She's had many surgeries.

Plus, she's been suffering with various health problems.  Some are so dangerous.

Like when she almost lost her foot not just once, but twice.  Plus, how her body is suffering due to her having Arthritis, and Lupus.

In case you don't realize, there are various forms of Lupus.

In the past, I've known some people who died from having the most dangerous form of Lupus.  Including a previous pastor of mine's sister.  Plus, P knows some people who Lupus attacked them so much that they also died.

P also has that type of Lupus.

Talk about dangerous!

Thinking of danger, made me think of 2 Timothy 3:1, "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come."

Amen!  This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

Perilous... means dangerous.

Seeing this, with my daughter, P... and seeing this with my daughter, B... who also is having health problems, has made me think how important it is to gain salvation.

Why?  Well, I believe we are in end times.  So life, will become harder, and more dangerous for everyone.

What do you need to do to gain salvation?

Just trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved (Acts 16:31).

Hopefully, you have gained salvation.  For if you have, you will spend eternity in Heaven, with God... me and anyone else who has gained salvation.

I'll look forward to seeing you in Heaven, after our lives end here on earth.

But, please... know that I am asking you to pray for both my daughters.  Both B, and P... who both need healing.  Especially P, who is having surgery tomorrow.

Thank you for praying.

May God bless you.

Until next time...

H.B. K! & Happy Valentine's Day!

Before I begin today's Life with Lynnie (LwL) entry, I'll wish my family member, K... Happy Birthday!  I'm thankful we celebrated your birthday!  Even so, I'm again wishing you...
 Happy Birthday!

Now...
I will wish not just K...
but, also you, family and friends...

Happy Valentine's Day!

I realize that many people love
spouses, and...
boyfriends or girlfriends
but,
people like me who
are widowed...
don't have anyone
to love...
in a personal relationship.

After all,
Valentine's Day
is
very important
for it is about...
love.

This made me think
of
1 John 4:19,
"We love him, because he first loved us."

Amen!
We who love Jesus
love Him...
because He first
loved
us!

Hallelujah!

Now, again I will wish you,
friends and family members...

Happy Valentine's Day!

...and...
let each of you know...

Happy Valentine's Day!

Until next time...

Veterans & Retirees Do Not = Refugees

Today, I'm going to be discussing something here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), that I feel is important.  Hopefully, you'll also find it important.

Here is an article I'm sharing with you, by cbc.ca entitled, Some veterans want more than Ottawa can afford, Trudeau tells town hallhttp://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/justin-trudeau-town-hall-edmonton-1.4515822.

If you clicked on the link to the article, you'll have read that our Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, spoke in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

If you clicked on the link, you'll also have noticed that in addition to the article, there is a video where our Justin Trudeau spoke in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada

If you listened to the video, you'll know that Justin Trudeau is not fully in support of veteransNor, do I believe he's in support of retirees.

Hopefully, you clicked on the link.  If not, you can read some of what I can share with you that was stated (I copied/pasted):

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said his government is fighting some Canadian veterans in court because they are asking for more than the federal government can afford.

"Why are we still fighting certain veterans groups in court? Because they're asking for more than we are able to give right now," Trudeau said, answering a question from a veteran, who said he lost his leg to an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan, during a town hall meeting on Thursday evening in Edmonton.

Some people booed that answer, forcing Trudeau to calm the crowd.

"You are asking for honest answers," he said to the crowd at MacEwan University Sport and Wellness. "The old Veterans' Charter involved lump-sum payments and very little in the way of services."

A veterans' group said earlier this week it is taking its fight over recent changes to the pension system to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Another veteran said that he did not think Trudeau was really listening to veterans and that his government's restoration of the lifelong pension was a "lacklustre" effort at best.

Before the old lifetime pension was eliminated in favour of a lump sum payment, veterans could have received up to $2,700 per month for pain and suffering. Under the restored pension plan the Liberal government introduced, the maximum a wounded soldier would ever see is $1,150 per month.

Wow!

How awful is this? To me, it's truly sinful and the worst Justin Trudeau can do to Veterans, and retirees.

Why do I think this?

Justin Trudeau is in support of giving Refugees income for themselves and family.

Do they receive as little as what Veterans and retirees do?  I don't believe so.

I believe that's not the case, because I met a Muslim family who came to Canada, several years ago.  And, their monthly income was more than $4,100.00.  How do I know this?  They requested to rent a home property that I used to own.

To me, this is so very sinful of Justin Trudeau and all who do work for him.

Thinking of the sinfulness, made me think of James 4:17, "Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin."

Justin Trudeau knows he is supposed to do good to Veterans... and people who have retired.  But, it is obvious that He is not doing it, so what he's doing, is sinful.

Please, pray that Justin Trudeau will not be re-elected when the next election happens, which won't be for a while.

Also, pray that Justin Trudeau will realize that he's doing wrong for Canadians who have worked and supported our government with tax paid, annually.  Especially, Veterans, who have done so much for Canada!

Thank you for joining me in prayer.

If you do, I believe God will bless you.

Thank You, Lord!

Good Pleasure!

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'm going to let you know that I had a wonderful day, yesterday.

Yesterday, was our Lord's Day!

Yes, I went to worship.  Just as I've been doing with this wonderful church group, and pastor Brad.

I must admit, we had a wonderful time together.  Not just worshipping... even though we do have a wonderful time worshipping, together!

One of my brothers in the Lord, M... brought a lot of packages of food and items that people would like to use, at home.  Much more, than what I thought anyone could bring!

In fact, M... approached me and insisted that since I have a lot of family members, I should take a lot of those food items.  In fact, he then insisted that he help load up my van, right away.

Then, when other church members showed up, they were also given items.

Wow!  What a blessing!  Thank you, M!  May God bless you...

Yes, I took some to a family member that lives not too far from where we worship.

Then, I went to my daughter, P's home.  Not just to bring her and some of her family members some of the items I had brought for them.

Since K's birthday is February 14th... Valentine's Day, as I mentioned before.  And since P is having surgery this week, as I previously mentioned... they decided to not celebrate K's birthday on Valentine's Day.  Instead, we celebrated K's birthday, yesterday!

Thank you, P!  It was wonderful being with you and our family members!

And, it was wonderful celebrating K's birthday!  Happy Birthday, K!

On my way home, I stopped by my daughter B's home and gave her and our family members more of the items I had received from my brother in the Lord, M.

Thinking about all that happened yesterday, to help others, and to bless others, made me think about how God truly provides.  Not just for us, but for others that we can give to and do things for.

It made me think about how God truly did wonderful things for all of us.

This made me think of Philippians 2:13, "For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure."

Amen!  It is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.

God provided through M, to help others.  Then, God provided not just me, but other fellow Christians to do like I did, and not just take items home.  But, also to give to others.

Talk about good pleasure!

It was truly a blessing.  So, I thank God.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...

Love...

Today, is a very special day, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

It's a day when I will spend time with, K... for his birthday is coming up on Wednesday, February 14th.  Which is Valentine's Day!  Since my daughter, P will be having surgery a couple days later, we decided to allow them to celebrate Valentine's Day together.  So, I'm looking forward to meeting today with family, to celebrate K's birthday.  Happy Birthday!

Of course, today is a day when we need to worship.

I do.  Do you?

Yes, I will today.  Plus, I'll worship through music, as well!

Just so you know, I have been feeling not great, off and on for a while now.  I won't say why.  But, I will say that God placed so much music on my heart and mind.  By doing this, He truly touched me.

I'll share one (1) of the songs with you today and will share more on other days, even though they are not all Christian.  For, it truly touches my heart.

Today's song I'm sharing with you is by Melissa Manchester and is entitled, Through The Eyes Of Love.  Even though I told you the name of the song, the best YouTube music video I found with that song is entitled, Looking Through The eyes Of Love.  Here is a link for you to click on and listen to and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLQ9qEx4wIY.  The lyrics are below.

Through The Eyes Of Love

Please, don't let this feeling end
It's everything I am
Everything I wanna be
I can see what's mine now
Finding out what's true
Since I found you
Looking through the eyes of love

Now, I can take the time
I can see my life
As it comes up shining now
Reaching out to touch you
I can feel so much
Since I found you
Looking through the eyes of love

And now, I do believe
That even in a storm we'll find some light
Knowing you're beside me,
I'm all right

Please, don't let this feeling end
It might not come again
And I want to remember
How it feels to touch you
How I feel so much
Since I found you
Looking through the eyes of love

And now, I do believe
That even in a storm we'll find some light
Knowing you're beside me,
I'm all right

Now I can take the time
I can see my life
As it comes up shining now
Reaching out to touch you
I can feel so much
Since I found you
Looking through... the eyes... of... love

To me, this song was truly amazing.  Not just because it is beautiful.

I feel God placed it, and some other music on my heart and mind, over and over again, because He wanted to let me know that since I loved Him, He wanted me to feel even so much more loved.  Not by anyone else, but by Him.

It seems like He was telling me... I can see what's mine now Finding out what's true Since I found you Looking through the eyes of love. And, also that He was saying to me... Reaching out to touch you I can feel so much Since I found you Looking through the eyes of love.

Yes, to me it seems that because I was feeling so low and feeling unloved, He truly wanted me to know that He loves me.  Especially, since He could see my love for Him, through my eyes... of love.

Of course, I already know He loves me.  But, feeling so unloved here on earth, isn't easy.

But, God is good.

After all, He loves us.  And, does all He can to help us when we aren't feeling the greatest.

Just as we read, in Psalm 147:3, "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

Amen!  He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

Just as He's been doing for me... since I belong to Him.

Not just for loving Him.  But, also for trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ and gaining salvation.

For this, I am thankful.  And, always will be.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...

Wow!

Guess what I'll discuss today, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL)?

It's something I quite often mention about.

Know what it is?

Movies!

Here are some movies that I've recently watched:

Hush, starring John Gallagher Jr., Michael Trucco and Kate Siegal.  To check out this American slasher film, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hush_(2016_film).  Even though I watched this movie, I must admit it was awful!

Last Rites, starring Tom Berenger, Daphne Zuniga and many other actors.  Would you like to check out this thriller film?  If so, please click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Last_Rites_(film).  Even though this movie had a priest in it, I didn't like the story.

The Killing, starring Sterling Hayden, Coleen Gray and Vince Edwards.  Click on this link, to check out this film noirhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Killing_(film).  This movie didn't make me feel good.

Hackers, starring Jonny Lee Miller, Angelina Jolie and other actors.  If you'd like to check out this American crime film, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hackers_(film).  Even though this movie was awful, I watched it.

Still of the Night, starring Roy Scheider, Meryl Streep and other actors.  Please click on this link, if you'd like to check out this American psychological thriller filmhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Still_of_the_Night_(film).  Yes, I watched this movie, even though I thought it was awful!

Wow!  Are you shocked that I watched movies that I thought were awful?

I wasn't.  After all, I believe it's important to realize how awful life can be.

And, there is so much sinfulness.  Not just done by evil people, but truly by everyone, at various times in their lives.

Just as we read, in Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"

Amen!  There is no one on this earth who has not sinned, and come short of the glory of God, for all have sinned.

How can we pay for the sin we've experienced?

Well, since our Lord, Jesus Christ came to the earth, and gave His life to pay the price of sin for the world, of all who would believe upon Him, everyone needs to trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.  And, when we gain salvation, our sin has been paid for by Jesus, so we won't have to pay for our sin.

If you haven't come to Christ, do it today.

Tomorrow, may be too late.

Until next time...

Hatred?

There's something I feel I need to discuss, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

Back in December, I saw a couple articles that I thought were very important.

What are they referring to?

Islam.

Here is an article by neveragaincanada.ca entitled, Muslims demand banning of female workers from construction sites near mosqueshttp://www.neveragaincanada.ca/muslims-demand-banning-female-workers-construction-sites-near-mosques/.

The article stated (I copied/pasted):

Montreal, Quebec: The leaders of two mosques pressured an entrepreneur to ensure that there were no women on construction sites near the places of worship during Friday prayers, reported Quebec’s TVA New on December 12, 2017.

The management of the mosques located in the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighbourhood of Montreal, first asked the contractors not to do any work on Friday so as not to harm the day of prayer. Their request was refused because of delays that would have resulted from work stoppage.

The contractor has instead committed not to make noise on Friday, a clause that was written into the contract.

The mosque leaders then claimed the women would not be visible on Fridays in the construction sites near the two mosques, which the contractor says he can prove.

The measure targeted five women –four signalers and one engineer – who had to be reassigned elsewhere, according to information obtained via the TVA News Facebook account.

Sigh...

Here is an article by conservtribune.com entitled, Catholic University Criticized by Muslims Determined to Push Out Christmashttps://conservtribune.com/catholic-college-muslim-christmas/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=PostSideSharingButtons&utm_content=2017-12-14&utm_campaign=websitesharingbuttons.

The article stated (I copied/pasted):

Christmas is supposed to be a festive time of year, a celebration of hope and joy as winter closes in.

At a university in Chicago, however, Muslim students are now protesting that the college is too festive, and Christmas celebrations are overshadowing Islam.

To make the complaint even more bizarre, this objection is happening at Loyola University — a private Catholic school.

Yes, Muslims who willingly enrolled at an obviously Christian school are now upset to find out that… er… it actually celebrates Christmas.

A student journalist named Sajedah Al-khzaleh is one of the voices fanning the outrage. She wrote a piece in the campus newspaper essentially complaining that Islamic Ramadan and Eid celebrations just aren’t as popular as Christmas. In Chicago. At a Catholic university.

Sigh...

This shows me that Christians are not acceptable to Muslims.  Just as I've mentioned, before.

Of course, Jesus did tell us that we Christians would not be acceptable to everyone.

Just as we read, in John 15:19, "If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you."

Amen!  If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Just as today's Bible verse states, because we born again Christians are not of this world, we are hated.

Not just hated by Muslims.  But, also hated by anyone who doesn't belong to Jesus.

I belong to Jesus.

Do you?

Hopefully so, for even if you may not be loved by many people in this world, you would be loved by God.  And, blessed.

Come to Christ, today.  Trust in/believe upon Jesus, and you will gain salvation, and will belong to Him.

Tomorrow may be too late.

Until next time...

Tolerable?

There's something I feel I need to let you know about, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

It's about an article I read.

The article was by msn.com and was entitled, Canada Attacks US Tariffs by Taking Case to World Wide Organizationhttps://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/canada/canada-attacks-us-tariffs-by-taking-case-to-world-trade-organization/ar-BBIdWDP?li=AAadgLE&ocid=spartandhp.

Did you click on that link, and read the article?  I hope you did!

I decided I would share a little bit of what was stated, since I can't share the entire article (I copied/pasted):

WASHINGTON — Canada has filed a sweeping trade case against the United States at the World Trade Organization, lobbing a diplomatic grenade at the Trump administration’s “America First” approach amid an increasingly embattled trade relationship between the longstanding North American allies.
The trade case could exacerbate tensions between the two nations, which have frayed in recent months as the countries wrestle with trade disputes and attempts to renegotiate the North American Free Trade Agreement. Canada’s case challenges the United States’ use of tariffs to punish unfair trade practices and protect its markets, saying those actions violate World Trade Organization rules.

It also stated this (I copied/pasted):

The United States argues that these appeals compromise its sovereignty, while Canada has refused to entertain the idea of eliminating their ability to appeal decisions.
Canada has not been targeted as frequently by the United States’ anti-dumping and anti-subsidy tariffs as some other nations, notably China. But they often become major public issues in Canada and a significant source of irritation between the countries.

Sigh...

This issue truly upsets me.  I am referring to how Canada is acting against USA, regarding the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

If you looked at the article, you would have seen a photo with various Liberals, in various parts of Canada, including our Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau and our Province of Ontario's Premier, Kathleen Wynne.

Just so you know, it's not surprising to me that Liberals here in Canada, don't like USA's President Donald Trump... after all, he is not Liberal in nature.

To me, it's absolutely awful that Canada is going against USA, regarding the NAFTA situation that may be changing.

Why?

I realize that if USA changes the NAFTA situation, Canada will probably be able to re-use the laws we had in the past, before NAFTA was arranged... and literally almost destroyed the city I live in.  After all, some companies that were here in Windsor, Ontario, Canada were here only because our Canadian law insisted that if they wanted to sell products here in Canada, then they had to operate their companies, here as well.

This meant that many Canadians were employed by those companies!

However, once NAFTA was created, that changed, and many of those companies, left Canada... and left many, many, many people here in my city... unemployed.

Yes, many people here in my city... were hurt.  Not just because of becoming unemployed.

Many other people were hurt, because some businesses that were owned/operated by people who lived here in Windsor, had reduced incomes, due to many other businesses being moved away.  So some people lost their employment, also!

To me, this meant that our government didn't care about us at that time.

And, now that our Liberal governments are doing what they are doing, I believe we'll be hurt, again.

To me, this means that God may deal with those Liberals.  After all, to me... it's rather sinful to do what they are doing to hurt us.

Much like what we read, in Matthew 11:24, "But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee."

Amen!  It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom (who was extremely sinful back then), in the day of judgement, than for thee.

Yes, God will deal with those Liberals, who care more about themselves than anyone else.

For this, I'm thankful.

Thank You, Lord!

Defile & Prayer Request...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), there's something I feel I need to discuss.

It's not something that everyone would feel badly about.  But, I do.  And, I believe that other born again Christians would also feel badly, like I do.

What is it?

Well, I'll share a couple of articles with you, that you can read.  Then, you'll know what the issue is.

Libertyheadlines.com wrote an article entitled, Canada Rewrites Anthem to Be 'Gender-Neutral'https://www.libertyheadlines.com/canada-rewrites-anthem-gender-neutral/.

Hopefully, you clicked on the link I shared with you.  If you did, then you would have read what I am sharing with you (I copied/pasted):

A Senator critical of the measure didn’t have an opportunity to speak against it…

(Grace Carr, Daily Caller News Foundation) The Canadian Senate passed a bill Wednesday to change the lyrics of its national anthem so that they will be “gender-neutral.”

The bill would replace the lyrics “in all thy sons command” with “in all of us command,” according to CBC News. Former member of the Canadian House of Commons Mauril Bélanger first introduced the legislation in 2016.

Plus...

CNN.com wrote n article entitled, Canada moves to make its national anthem gender-neutralhttp://www.cnn.com/2018/02/01/americas/canada-gender-neutral-national-anthem-trnd/index.html

Did you click on that link, to read what was stated:  I'm sharing it with you (I copied/pasted):

(CNN)Canada's Senate has passed a bill making the country's national anthem gender-neutral.
If you're not familiar with the words to "O Canada," here's how the first few lines of the English version originally read: O Canada! / Our home and native land! / True patriot love in all thy sons command.

The bill changes the phrase "in all thy sons command" to "in all of us command."
It must now receive "royal assent" from the governor general before it becomes law.
The move, sponsored by late politician Mauril Bélanger, was praised by prominent Canadians, including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and "The Handmaid's Tale" author Margaret Atwood.

Sigh...

Unfortunately, our Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and many other Canadians are in support of that.  Even though it is sinful.

After all, I believe it's dirty and sinful to support Gender-neutral... just like has been done so that men and women can use the same washroom, instead of having women only in women's washrooms, and only men in men's washrooms.

Talk about evil.

Thinking of this evilness, made me think of Matthew 7:20-23, "And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.
21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man."

Amen... our Canadian government seems to be evil.  And, what they sometimes do, they spoil and violate items that are important to Canadians.

Like our Canadian national anthem.

Please know that I pray for those sinful people.

I pray that they'll come to Christ and gain salvation, by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.  For if they do, they won't spend eternity in Hell, separated from God, with NO chance of escape.

And, I believe they will then, work hard to prevent evilness from happening within Canada.

Please join me in prayer.

Thank you for praying.

If you pray, I believe God will bless you.

Important Information!

Today, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll let you know about what I did last Thursday, February 1, 2018.

Since it was the first (1st) Thursday of the month, I went to a meeting at 6:30 pm.  Where did I go?  To the Injured Workers meeting!

We didn't have speaker for this meeting.  And, we didn't have everyone from the group attend.

However, those of us who attended the injured workers meeting, all discussed some issues.  Some of which you'll find out about in the future.

However, something was given to us.  Here's a photo of what it was!

Wow!

Spinal Nerve Function information was truly a good thing to have.  Especially, since each of us who attended the meeting also know other injured workers who have also suffered affliction.

Thinking about afflictions made me think of, Psalm 34:19, "Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all."

Amen!  Even though not everyone who has become an injured worker, is righteous, God has told us that even us who are righteous, can become afflicted with injury.

We are righteous when we belong to God.  And, He will deliver us out of the affliction... in His time.  Either here on earth, or later as we spend eternity in Heaven with Him.

How does this happen?  It's when we gain salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.

I have.

Have you?

If you have, then I know we will spend eternity in Heaven, with Him!  And, we'll no longer have pain, or suffering.

For this, I'm thankful.  And, always will be.

Thank You, Lord!
