Midnight Cry & Rapture...

As I've said before, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), today is our day of worship.

Do you worship?

I do.

As I've said before, in addition to worshipping with fellow Christians, I enjoy worshipping though music.  So, I'm sharing with you some music!

The music is entitled, Midnight Cry.  Here is a link for you to listen to and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3xu5U__n3U&feature=youtu.be.  The lyrics are below.

Midnight Cry

I hear the sound of a mighty rushing wind
And it's closer now than its ever been
I can almost hear the trumpet
As Gabriel sounds the chord
At the midnight cry we'll be going home

When Jesus steps out on a cloud to call His children
The dead in Christ shall rise, to meet Him in the air
And then those that remain will be quickly changed
At the midnight cry (at the midnight cry)
When Jesus comes again

I look around me, I see prophecies fulfilling
And signs of the times they're appearing everywhere
I can almost hear the Father and He says, "Son go get Your children"
And at the midnight cry
The bride of Christ shall rise
When Jesus steps out on a cloud to call His children
The dead in Christ shall rise, to meet Him in the air
And then those that remain will be quickly changed
At the midnight cry (at the midnight cry)
When Jesus comes again

And then those that remain will be quickly changed
At the midnight cry (At the midnight cry)
When Jesus comes again

At the midnight cry (at the midnight cry)
When Jesus comes again
When Jesus comes again

Amen!!!

This song's lyrics speaks regarding the rapture that will happen.

Some people don't believe rapture will happen.  But, it will.

Just as we read, in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17, "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."

I realize that some people don't understand why we call this the rapture.  It's basically what we call it, in today's world.  Much like we call God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, the Trinity.

Yes, those words are not in the Bible.  But, what they refer to, are accurate as to what we know, today.

If you clicked on the link, and watched the music video as you listened to it, you'll know that at the end, a Bible verse was stated.

It's the verse that I have referred to, so very often.  And, is already located on the gravesite of my deceased husband, and where I'll be buried, eventually.

The verse is Acts 16:31, "...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved..."

If you haven't done it yet, come to Christ, and do it, today.

Tomorrow... may be too late.

Until next time...
