Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'd like to say that I hope you had a wonderful New Year's Eve... and New Year's Day

I thought I'd let you know about what I did on New Year's Eve.

On New Year's Eve... Sunday, December 31st, I attended the worship service with my church family.  Normally, I would stay afterwards and have dinner with all my brothers and sisters in the Lord!

However, on that day, I wasn't able to do that.

Well, as you may have read on LwL that day, it was my grandson, S's birthday!  So, I went to my daughter, P's home to spend time with my family.

I had a lovely time with my family, and enjoyed having dinner with them.  Thank you, P!  It was a delicious meal!  And, wonderful time, together!

Of course, after dinner, we also sang Happy Birthday!... to S, and enjoyed birthday cake!  Plus, we got to see him open up his birthday presents!

Yes, I must admit, it was a wonderful time with my family!  Thank You, Lord!

Afterwards, I returned to meet up with some of my church family.  You see, there was an evening of playing games, together!

Not everyone was there, but I enjoyed spending time and playing games with some of my church family.  Thank You, Lord!

Talk about grace!

God provided me with so much grace!

Thinking of this, made me think of 2 Corinthians 9:8, "And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:"

Amen!  God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having al sufficiency in all things, may abound to ever good work.

He made all grace abound towards me.  Always having sufficiency, is given to me, due to good work.

I must admit, that I am truly thankful for the grace given to me.  God has obviously blessed me, for all I do for Him!

This meant I was able to spend much time with family and friends.  And, enjoyed being together.

After all, being a widow isn't always easy.  But, God is good!

For this, I'll always be thankful.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...
