Fully!

There's something that I feel I need to discuss, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

It's something that I've mentioned in the past.  And, something I feel I need to mention again.

What is it?

It's something that I've experienced from someone who was a friend, since I was a child.

Yes, it's the person who was the first one to find me on Facebook (FB), and became my FB friend.  And, later unfriended me.

Off and on, I was blocked.  Unblocked.  Blocked.  Unblocked.  Over and over, and over, again.

Even though we weren't FB friends, the ONLY time I ever heard from him, was when he wanted to make nasty comments about me, on FB.  NEVER, EVER... did he ever make a nice comment.

As I've said in the past, I forgave him.  And, have forgiven him, again.  Over and over, again.

This fellow claims to be a Christian.  Yet, he works for a group, where people are taught that it is okay to have sin in their lives.  And, marries people of the same sex.  Even though it is against what God tells us in the Bible.

To me, it is obvious that even though he thinks I am wrong in my thinking, and writing here on LwL, it is actually he who is not following God... and His Word, the Bible.

When I read part of the Bible, I thought of this fellow and his situation.

It was what Jesus said, in Luke 8:9-15, "And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be?
10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.
11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.
13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.
14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.
15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience."

Amen!  Some people seeing may not see.  And, some people hearing, may not understand.  Those by the wayside are they that hear, then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.  They on the rock, when they hear, receive the Word with joy, and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.  And, that which fell among thorns are they, which when they have heard, go forth and are chocked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.  But, that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the Word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

Amen!

What we just read, shows me that there are some people who sometimes accept God's Word, the Bible, while others do not fully accept it.

To me, that's what that fellow who continuously does things to hurt me, is like.  He hasn't accepted God's Word, FULLY.

If he had, then he would have not worked where he does, and would not teach people sinfulness.

Was he happy when I said this to him?  No.

But, God is.  And, always will be.

For what I said to this fellow, was truth.

I have forgiven this fellow, again.  And, will always pray for him.

I believe that at some point in his life, God will reveal the truth to him, about his being sinful.

Now, even though I've discussed this trouble, this fellow has now unblocked me.

For this I'm thankful!  Hopefully, God is touching his heart and mind.  If this is what's happened, I'm truly thankful.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...
