It's a day, when I mention how I honour God by worshipping. After all, it's SONday!
We need to worship in spirit and in truth. Amen!
Of course, as I've said in the past, we can also worship through music. So, I'll share with you some music, today!
The song I'm sharing with you, is by Randy Travis and is entitled, I'll Fly Away. Here's a link, for you to click on, so you can listen to and/or sing along: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEhdQKRH620. The lyrics are below.
I'll Fly Away
Some glad morning when this life is o'er
I'll fly away
To a home on God's celestial shore
I'll fly away
I'll fly away, oh glory
I'll fly away
When I die, hallelujah, by and by
I'll fly away
When the shadows of this life have gone
I'll fly away
Like a bird from prison bars has flown
I'll fly away
I'll fly away, oh glory
I'll fly away
When I die, hallelujah, by and by
I'll fly away
Just a few more weary days and then
I'll fly away
To that land where joy shall never end
I'll fly away
I'll fly away, oh glory
I'll fly away
When I die, hallelujah, by and by
I'll fly away
I'll fly away, oh glory
I'll fly away
When I die, hallelujah, by and by
I'll fly away
I'll fly away
When I die, hallelujah, by and by
I'll fly away
When I die, hallelujah, by and by
Amen! I can relate to what the lyrics say.
Why? Well, when my life ends, I'll fly away!
This will happen either when my life ends here on earth through death, or when the rapture happens. For even though the Bible doesn't contain the word... rapture... it is what we call it today, when Jesus will open the door and take us to Heaven.
To me, it's so very important.
Much like we read, in 2 Corinthians 5:8, "We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord."
Amen! We who are saved, are confident and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord!
If you want this to happen to you, please come to Christ today, by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ..
Tomorrow, may be too late.
Until next time...
