Together...

If you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) recently, then you'll know about the love I saw on a video.  And, what I had to say about it.

In any case, if you know me, and/or read LwL on a regular basis, you'll be aware that in addition to worshipping on a day like today... our Lord's Day, I enjoy worshipping through music.

Yes, I realize that Christian music is good to use.  However, sometimes music that isn't Christian relates in my heart, as does Christian music.

I've decided to share a song with you.

The music used by the dancers was entitled, On The Wings Of Love, by Jeffrey Osborne. 

Not only did the couple who were dancing, touch my heart... so did the music.  So, I've decided to share it with you.

Amen... on the wings of love, the two of us who fly together, fly high.

While this relates to a man and woman who love one another, this truly touched my heart.

After all, many of us do not have someone to love us, in a relationship here on earth.

Much like I don't, because my deceased husband, Gordon, is no longer with me, here on earth.

I must say that even though this music is not Christian music, I truly related to it.  Not just in a human way.

It made me think of the two of us, flying high... meaning Jesus... and me.

The two of us fly high together, because we love each other. 

Yes, I love Jesus.  But, I only love Jesus, because He loved me, already.

Just as we read, in 1 John 4:19, "We love him, because he first loved us."

Yes, Jesus loved us.

Jesus came to earth, to fulfill God the Father's plan of redemption for us.  To provide us with salvation.

Jesus paid the price of the sin of the world, of all who would believe upon Him, when He was crucified on the cross.

For this, I am truly grateful.

For He proved His love for us.

So, please, if you do not yet have a relationship with Jesus, come to Jesus, today.
