If you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) yesterday, you'll know that I mentioned being blessed.
Hopefully, you'll know how I was blessed a couple of times, when I shopped at Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM). Yes, I saved a lot of money.
While driving home, I thanked God over and over, and over again.
Then, I found it was beginning to rain. Drops were falling on my windshield.
Sigh...
This made me feel rather upset.
Why?
Because I have more than one vehicle. And, I needed to go to the other vehicle to drop off some items I had purchased.
With it beginning to rain, I felt sick in my heart. I didn't want to get soaking wet.
Not just because I needed to place items in the other vehicle I have. But, also because I couldn't just carry everything upstairs to my apartment, after parking in the garage.
It meant I needed to go to the front door area, and bring out a shopping cart that we have in the lobby, so I could easily bring everything else I purchased, up to my apartment.
Sigh...
Once again, I prayed.
I prayed and asked God to please... stop the rain from happening. I asked Him to stop it from raining until I was able to go and park in the garage.
Within less than a handful of seconds, the rain stopped.
Yes, it stopped raining!
Believe me when I say I thanked God! I did. Over, and over, and over again.
I did everything I needed to do. Then, as I began to drive towards the garage entrance, the rain began again.
Wow! Hallelujah!
God truly answered my prayer, again! Thank You, Lord!
Thinking about how God was happy that I requested Him to answer my prayer request, I thought about Philippians 4:6, "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God."
Yes, I believe God was truly happy that I requested Him to answer my prayer request. He was definitely happy I prayed to Him, and requested what I needed done.
Just as today's Bible verse says. We need to be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, we need to let our requests be made known unto God.
Just as I had done!
Again, all I can say, is that I thank Him!
Thank You, Lord!
You have truly blessed me.
Until next time...
