See It!

If you know me personally, or if you've read Life with Lynnie (LwL) for a long time, you'll know that today is a special day.

Well, at least I could say that in the past.

However, now... even though my deceased husband, Gordon... isn't with me here on earth anymore, I still think of him.

If Gordon was here, I would wish him... Happy Birthday

Plus, I would encourage him and celebrate the anniversary of the date he was born.  For, I was truly happy he was born.

Now, I can't do that.  Even though I love him, and always will, no matter what happens in my life in the future.

What I can say, is that I am glad he became a born again Christian.

Praise God!

Hallelujah!

Thinking of Gordon being a born again Christian, made me think of John 3:3, "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."

Today's Bible verse makes me feel very happy.  For, because Gordon became a born again Christian, he is in Heaven... the Kingdom of God.

Thank You, Lord!

I'm also a born again Christian.

Are you?

If so, I'll some day see you in Heaven, where we will spend eternity with our Lord, Jesus Christ... and with each other.

If you are not yet a born again Christian, you'll spend eternity in Hell, separated from God... forever, and ever... with no chance of escape.

Please... trust in/believe in our Lord, Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved (Acts 16:31).

By doing this, you will become born again.  And, will spend eternity with Him.

Yes, forever... and ever.

Until next time...

Help Me...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I usually discuss about worshipping, on a day like today.  Our Lord's Day!

Of course, we need to worship.

Hopefully, you did.  Just as I did.

Usually, I share some music with you, for it is also a form of worshipping.

Thinking about something I wrote about here on LwL, I thought of other things as well.

A song kept coming into my mind.  It was actually... One Way or Another.  But, the lyrics didn't really come into my mind that way.

Instead, I kept feeling, hearing and singing... one day or another.  Even when I was in the shower!

Later, I got online and decided to check it out.  And, realized the difference in the lyrics.

However, something happened.  Something I didn't expect.

Another song showed up when I searched on Google.  And, it truly touched my heart, for I had actually been thinking about my deceased husband, Gordon... and had been thinking about one day, or another.

The song I found online was actually a Christian song entitled, One Day At A Time.  Here is a link for you to listen to and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBnZ8bmEOTM.  The lyrics are below.

One Day At A Time

I'm only human, I'm just a woman.
Help me believe in what I could be
And all that I am.
Show me the stairway, I have to climb.
Lord for my sake, teach me to take
One day at a time.

One day at a time sweet Jesus
That's all I'm asking of you.
Just give me the strength
To do everyday what I have to do.
Yesterday's gone sweet Jesus
And tomorrow may never be mine.
Lord help me today, show me the way
One day at a time.

Do you remember, when you walked among men?
Well Jesus you know if you're looking below
It's worse now, than then.
Pushing and shouting, that's crowded my mind
So for my sake, teach me to take
One day at a time.

One day at a time sweet Jesus
That's all I'm asking of you.
Just give me the strength
To do everyday what I have to do.
Yesterday's gone sweet Jesus
And tomorrow may never be mine.
Lord help me today, show me the way
One day at a time.

One day at a time sweet Jesus
That's all I'm asking of you.
Just give me the strength
To do everyday what I have to do.
Yesterday's gone sweet Jesus
And tomorrow may never be mine.
Lord help me today, show me the way
One day at a time.

Lord help me today, show me the way
One day at a time.

Just as the lyrics have said, I ask my Lord, to help me.  Not just for today.  But, always.

However, definitely... one day at a time.

Life isn't easy.  But God is good.

I look to Him for help, every day of my life.  And, He helps me.

Thinking of this, brought to mind, Psalm 121:2, "My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth."

Just as I said before, and what today's Bible vers says, my help cometh from the Lord.  Yes, He made heaven and earth.  And, helps us, every day and always.

Of course this only happens if we belong to Him.

I do.

Do you belong to Him?

If you trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, then you gain salvation, and belong to Him.

My friend, if you haven't done this yet, do it today.

Tomorrow, may be too late.

Until next time...

He Does!

Hmmm... do you know what I'll do today, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL)?

Maybe you do.  Maybe you don't.

In any case, I'll let you know that I'll discuss some movies I watched!

Here are some movies I watched:

Body and Soul, starring John Garfield, Lilli Palmer and other actors.  If you'd like to check out this American film noir, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_and_Soul_(1947_film).  Even though someone had a difficult life, as a boxer, I seemed interested in this movie.

Eight Men Out, starring John Cusack, Christopher Lloyd and many other actors.  To check on this sports drama film, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eight_Men_Out.  Even though this movie was stressful regarding baseball, I enjoyed it.

The Harder They Fall, starring Humphrey Bogart, Rod Steiger and Jan Sterling.  Click on this link, to check out this film noirhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Harder_They_Fall.  Even though I don't truly like boxing, I enjoyed watching this movie.

Requiem for a Heavyweight, starring Jack Palance, Keenan Wynn and other actors.  Would you like to check out this teleplay?  If so, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Requiem_for_a_Heavyweight.  I watched this movie, even though I truly don't care for boxing.

*  Rhubarb, starring Jay Milland, Jan Sterling and Gene Lockhart.  If you click on this link, you can check out this sports/comedy filmhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhubarb_(1951_film).  Even though this movie was about baseball, it involved a cat.  I enjoyed it.

As I'm sure you noticed, each of these films were based on sports.

Am I interested in sports?  Yes.  And, no.

Truly, I don't often watch sports.  Mainly because it brings up thoughts in my heart and mind, regarding people I loved, who are no longer alive.

Meaning... my dad, my brother and my now deceased husband, Gordon; family members.  Loved ones, that I've lost.

Even though I've lost those loved ones, and have felt broken-hearted, God has always helped me.

Thinking of this, made me think of Psalm 147:3, "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds."

Amen!  He healteth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

He does this for all who belong to Him.

Has He done it for you?

Do you belong to Him?

If not, you may be left to suffer with severe grief, without having any help to deal with it.

If you belong to Him, because you've gained salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, you'll be helped.  He'll be with you, each and every day... helping you.

So, if you haven't yet done this, do it, today.

Tomorrow, may be too late.

Must...

I'll be addressing an issue, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

I am not using this to refer to Canada.  I am using this, to help my friends and relatives who live in the United States of America (USA).

The article is a blog entry, shared by a fellow Christian.

The blog entry is posted by slantedright2.blogspot.ca and is entitled, An Enemy Allied With The Seditious Lefthttp://slantedright2.blogspot.ca/2017/03/an-enemy-within-allied-with-seditious.html#.WMnxgOQ2zIU.

Hopefully, you noticed that the article wasn't written by the blogger.  It was shared by the blogger.

Even thought the article was written for USA, I thought I should share it.

If you read the article, you'll know what is determined happening by some people in this world.  And, you'll see what some people have commented.

Yes, we have enemies in our world.

Many are living in various countries that they haven't been born in.  While others, are living in countries they were born in.

We don't have control over what they are doing.  We need to look to God.

After all, our world seems to be filled with wars at this time.  Not necessarily wars between countries armies.  Although some are happening.

God told us things like this would happen.

Just as we read in various Bible verses, including Matthew 24:6, "And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet."

We shall hear of wars and rumours of wars:  see that we not be troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

It's amazing how God showed us in His Word, the Bible what would happen in the future.

Well, at least it is, to me.  Hopefully, it is to you, also.

After all, those of us who read the Bible know that end times will occur.  Just like many of us believe are happening, now.

Even so, the end is not here, yet.

I know that when the end happens, I'll be taken to be with my Lord, Jesus Christ.  It will happen quickly.  And, at a time when no one knows it will happen.

Will this happen to you?

The only way it will happen is if you have gained salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ (Acts 16:31).

Hopefully, you will have gained salvation.  If you have I will look forward to seeing you at that time.

If you haven't yet, then please come to Christ.  For you must gain salvation.

Do it today.

Tomorrow, may be too late.

Until next time...

Final 2 Words...

Like before, I'll be sharing an article with you, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

The article I want to discuss isn't new.  It's from May 12, 2016.  So, it's slightly over a year ago, when it was posted online.

The article is by faithit.com and is entitled, Christian Girl Is Burned to Death by ISIS but Her Final 2 Words Prove That God Winshttp://faithit.com/christian-girl-burned-to-death-by-isis-final-2-words-forgive-them/.

I hope you clicked on the link, to read the entire article.

If you didn't, I'll share with you some information that was quoted in the article.  Here it is (I copied/pasted):

In America, we’re often shielded from the terror that ISIS inflicts on Jesus followers, but the Middle East is no stranger to Christian persecution, as one young girl’s account of sacrifice clearly shows.
While acts of religious terrorism by radical Muslims are tragically becoming more common, her story in particular is gaining widespread attention because of her final power-packed words.

According to a report by the Catholic News Agency, one Christian mother from Mosul answered her door to a group of ISIS militants who said she must flee or pay a jizya tax, a penalty imposed by many Islamic states on their non-Muslim subjects. She only requested a few seconds to retrieve the payment, but they refused to give her the time. Instead, they immediately torched the woman’s house while her daughter was in the shower, “burning and eventually killing her,” reported the CNA.

The young girl died in the arms of her mother, but the final two words she spoke just before she passed have resonated with the world.

“Forgive them,” she said as she took her last breaths.

Sigh...

Reading this article made me both sad... and happy.

Even so, tears arose in my eyes.

To me, it is very upsetting about what happened to this girl.  And, her family.

After all, Muslims who are in a group of ISIS, truly hurt the family, and not just the girl.

Their home was burned down.  And, the girls life ended, after being burnt to death.

Yet, it truly touched my heart what the girl's last two (2) words were.

Forgive them... is what she said.  Just what God wanted her and each and every Christian to do.

Just as the article quoted, regarding Ephesians 4:32, "And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."

As Christians, we need to be kind to one another.

We need to be tender hearted.

We need to be forgiving of one another.

Even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

Yes, it breaks my heart that Muslims killed that girl, and destroyed the family's home.

As I've said in the past, Muslims are taught to do this, to any/all unbelievers of Islam.  Just as the ISIS members do, who are totally committed to doing what their sinful, god... Satan, wants them to do, unlike many other Muslims, who always claim they aren't to do things like this.

However, the Christian girl did what her/our God wanted her to do.

Forgive.

Even though you may not like what is being done to people who are not believers of Islam, it is so very important for us Christians to forgive.

I do.

Yes, I forgive.  Even though some people think I'm hateful because I speak truth about Islam, even though I am not hateful.

Do you?

Do you forgive, whenever you are hurt by other people?

Hopefully, so.

For if you forgive, you will be blessed by our God.

Thank You, Lord!

H.B. B! & In Agreement?

Before I begin today's entry, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I would like to take a moment, to wish my brother, B... Happy Birthday!  May God bless you on this, your special day... and always!  Happy Birthday!

There is something I feel I need to discuss, here on LwL.  It's rather personal, but also heartbreaking... due to sin.

Whenever I think about some of the people and ideas they have that are contrary to God's Word, the Bible, I wonder how this phenomena came about.

A Facebook (FB) ex-friend from Africa, wanted to marry me, even though he was already married!

Where did this sinful idea come from?  And/or other sinful ideas?

I'm referring to people who say it is okay to live contrary to the Word of God.

One might think possibly this friend wasn't really Christian.  Not really a born-again believer.

Hmmm... possibly.  Since there are many people out there in the world, who try to con others and misrepresent themselves.

After all, we are living in Satan's domain.  The world is his.  All who do not belong to Christ, are of this world and are lead by their father, the devil.

In Luke, chapter 4, we read that once Jesus Christ had been filled with the Holy Spirit, He was led into the wilderness and tempted for 40 days, by the devil.  Satan.

We read in Luke 4:5-7, "And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.  And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.  If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine."   This clearly shows that Satan has dominion over all the earth.

Verse 8 is glorious, "And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve."

This is how we too, are expected to live our lives.  Just as Jesus did.  Resisting the devil and living the way God would have us live.

Of course, there could be another explanation, with regards to the livestyle and attitude of this wayward friend.  He may have been misled.

The only thing I can think of, if in fact this FB friend thought he was truly saved, a born-again believer, is that wherever he worshipped, he was receiving false Bible teaching/preaching.

Does this happen?  Of course it does!

Not just in Africa, either.  It happens right here, in Canada, USA and in fact, all over the world.

Some people don't believe that doctrine is important.  I do.

Doctrinal statements of church groups state clearly what they believe.  What they stand for.

By reading any church groups doctrinal statement, the reader should be able to see whether the group's belief is in agreement with the Word of God, or not.

Do you read the Bible?

I do.

If you don't, please begin reading it, today.

If you read the Bible, truth will be revealed to you.

And, God will bless you.

Another Deed!

If you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) yesterday, you'll know that I mentioned being blessed.

Hopefully, you'll know how I was blessed a couple of times, when I shopped at Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM).  Yes, I saved a lot of money.

While driving home, I thanked God over and over, and over again.

Then, I found it was beginning to rain.  Drops were falling on my windshield.

Sigh...

This made me feel rather upset.

Why?

Because I have more than one vehicle.  And, I needed to go to the other vehicle to drop off some items I had purchased.

With it beginning to rain, I felt sick in my heart.  I didn't want to get soaking wet.

Not just because I needed to place items in the other vehicle I have.  But, also because I couldn't just carry everything upstairs to my apartment, after parking in the garage.

It meant I needed to go to the front door area, and bring out a shopping cart that we have in the lobby, so I could easily bring everything else I purchased, up to my apartment.

Sigh...

Once again, I prayed.

I prayed and asked God to please... stop the rain from happening.  I asked Him to stop it from raining until I was able to go and park in the garage.

Within less than a handful of seconds, the rain stopped.

Yes, it stopped raining!

Believe me when I say I thanked God!  I did.  Over, and over, and over again.

I did everything I needed to do.  Then, as I began to drive towards the garage entrance, the rain began again.

Wow!  Hallelujah!

God truly answered my prayer, again!  Thank You, Lord!

Thinking about how God was happy that I requested Him to answer my prayer request, I thought about Philippians 4:6, "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God."

Yes, I believe God was truly happy that I requested Him to answer my prayer request.  He was definitely happy I prayed to Him, and requested what I needed done.

Just as today's Bible verse says.  We need to be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, we need to let our requests be made known unto God.

Just as I had done!

Again, all I can say, is that I thank Him!

Thank You, Lord!

You have truly blessed me.

Deeds...

Believe it or not, I'll be discussing about being blessed, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

Actually, I was blessed in a couple of ways.  And, I'm truly grateful to God, for He answered my prayer requests!

Several weeks ago, I visited my grandson, T and his family.

When I was there, T showed me a new laptop computer he had purchased; it was smaller sized and was detachable.  This means that they could either use it as a laptop to type, or use it as a tablet  Apparently, he got it on sale for just under Canadian dollars (CAD) $300.00.

When I saw this, I thought I would like to have a similar laptop in the future.  I didn't expect to find one at that price, anytime soon... since it was no longer available at that sale price.  Plus, I prefer a brand that was different than what T had purchased.

In the past, I've only seen them advertised occasionally.  And, the prices were higher.

I prayed.  I asked God to provide for me, and let Him know that I would receive it in His time, not mine.

On Thursday, April 27th, my daughter, P let me know that Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM) was going to allow people to use some of their collected points to make purchases, on the upcoming weekend.

In the past, whenever this was done, I usually looked online to see what was going to be on sale.  The only time I purchased something I truly wanted was a few years back, when I used my points to help obtain a television.

However, when I looked at the flyer online, I saw that SDM actually had a smaller type laptop that was detachable; plus, it was the brand I wanted!

The sale price was $379.99.  Of course, they add fees plus taxes.  However, by using some of my points, I was able to purchase it with receiving $200.00 off the purchase price.

Wow!  I was so very happy!  Especially, since the SDM salesperson let me know I received the only one they had.

My goodness!  This showed me that God truly answered my prayer.

You see, after praying even when I was on my way to the SDM store, I had asked Him to make sure they had one that I could purchase.

After I completed that purchase, I asked the sales person if I could actually make another purchase of other items, and use points to help reduce the purchase price.  He took my points card, and checked it out, because he wasn't sure if it was allowed to be done.

When the salesperson returned my points card to me, he let me know I could.  So, I made another purchase.

Yes, I knew I would receive some products free, since my daughter, P had given me coupons that actually gave me the items free.  Thank you, P!

However, with all other items I purchased, I also received a discount of CAD $100.00, so I only paid a few dollars for that whole second purchase.

This meant I actually had savings of over CAD $300.00 regarding both purchases!

I was so very thankful.  And, thanked Him, over and over, and over again.

Thank You, Lord!

Psalm 105:1, "O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people."

Amen!  I give thanks.  I gave thanks.  And, I called upon His name... and always will.

The purpose of telling you about being blessed is because I wanted to let you know about the deed He did for me.

Of course, that's not the most important deed that He has done.

The absolutely most important deed my Lord ever did, was to give His life, to pay the price for the sin of everyone in the world, for all who trust in/believe upon Him... Jesus Christ.  By doing this, He provided salvation for all who will do this and become a member of His family.

I've done this.

Have you?

If not, when your life ends here on earth, you may spend eternity in Hell, separated from God, with no chance of escape.

But, if you do trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, you'll not just receive salvation.  You'll also spend eternity with Him, in Heaven.

If you haven't yet done this, come to Christ, today.

Tomorrow, may be too late.

Together...

If you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) recently, then you'll know about the love I saw on a video.  And, what I had to say about it.

In any case, if you know me, and/or read LwL on a regular basis, you'll be aware that in addition to worshipping on a day like today... our Lord's Day, I enjoy worshipping through music.

Yes, I realize that Christian music is good to use.  However, sometimes music that isn't Christian relates in my heart, as does Christian music.

I've decided to share a song with you.

The music used by the dancers was entitled, On The Wings Of Love, by Jeffrey Osborne

Not only did the couple who were dancing, touch my heart... so did the music.  So, I've decided to share it with you.

Here is a link, for you to listen to and/or sing along: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmK91G_NfUA.  The lyrics are below.

On The Wings Of Love

Just smile for me
And let the day begin
You are the sunshine
That lights my heart within

And I'm sure that you're
An angel in disguise
Come take my hand and
Together we will rise

On the wings of love
Up and above the clouds
The only way to fly
Is on the wings of love

On the wings of love
Only the two of us
Together flying high
Flying high up on the wings of love

You look at me
And I begin to melt
Just like the snow when
A ray of sun is felt

And I'm crazy about ya
Baby, can't you see
I'd be so delighted if
You would come with me

On the wings of love
Up and above the clouds
The only way to fly
Is on the wings of love

On the wings of love
Only the two of us
Together flying high
Flying high up on the wings of love

Yes, you belong to me
I'm yours exclusively
Right now we live
And breathe each other

Inseparable it seems
We're flowing like a stream
Running free traveling
On the wings of love

On the wings of love
Up and above the clouds
The only way to fly
Is on the wings of love

On the wings of love
Only the two of us
Together flying high
Together flying high

On the wings of love
Up and above the clouds
The only way to fly
Is on the wings of love

On the wings of love
Only the two of us
Together flying high
Flying high up on the wings of love

Amen... on the wings of love, the two of us who fly together, fly high.

While this relates to a man and woman who love one another, this truly touched my heart.

After all, many of us do not have someone to love us, in a relationship here on earth.

Much like I don't, because my deceased husband, Gordon, is no longer with me, here on earth.

I must say that even though this music is not Christian music, I truly related to it.  Not just in a human way.

It made me think of the two of us, flying high... meaning Jesus... and me.

The two of us fly high together, because we love each other.

Yes, I love Jesus.  But, I only love Jesus, because He loved me, already.

Just as we read, in 1 John 4:19, "We love him, because he first loved us."

Yes, Jesus loved us.

Jesus came to earth, to fulfill God the Father's plan of redemption for us.  To provide us with salvation.

Jesus paid the price of the sin of the world, of all who would believe upon Him, when He was crucified on the cross.

For this, I am truly grateful.

For He proved His love for us.

So, please, if you do not yet have a relationship with Jesus, come to Jesus, today.

Tomorrow, may be too late.

We May...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll be doing something I have done for quite a while, now.

I'll be discussing movies I've watched!

Here are some movies I've watched:

Angel and the Badman, starring John Wayne, Gail Russell and other actors.  To check out this American western film, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angel_and_the_Badman.  Even though this film had troubles in it, I enjoyed watching it.

Silverado, starring Kevin Kline, Scott Glenn and many other actors.  If you'd like to check out this American western film, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silverado_(film).  Even though there was a lot of danger in this movie, I enjoyed watching it.

*  Comanche Moon, starring Val Kilmer, Steve Zahn and many other actors.  If you want to check out this television mini-series that I thought was a movie when I watched it, click on this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comanche_Moon_(miniseries).   Knowing this focused on many years ago, I enjoyed watching it.

Big Jake, starring John Wayne, Richard Boone and other actors. Click on this link, if you'd like to check out this Technicolor western filmhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Jake.  Even though this was filled with sinful things happening, I enjoyed watching the ending.

Nevada Smith, starring Steve McQueen, Karl Malden and other actors.  To check out this American western film, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nevada_Smith.  Even though this movie was based on an old era filled with danger, I enjoyed this movie.

As you've read, these movies were good to watch, but were filled with danger, troubles/trials and sinful things.

I believe they were done by wicked people.  People who didn't know God.

Thinking of this, made me think of 2 Thessalonians 3:2, "And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith."

We need to look to God, that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men, for all do not have faith.  All do not trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, so they haven't gained salvation and/or look to God, for they have not any faith.

Do you?

I do.

Hopefully, you came to Christ and gained salvation.  If you have, you'll be blessed... forever.

So, if you haven't yet come to Christ, do it today.

Tomorrow, may be too late.

Educate!

I'll be discussing something, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

While the information is different than I knew and mentioned in the past, I felt I need to let you know.

A fellow blogger of slantedright2.blogspot.ca posted an article/blog entry I feel you need to read.  The article/blog entry is entitled, CAIR Legal Jihad Going to Trialhttp://slantedright2.blogspot.ca/2017/05/cair-legal-jihad-going-to-trial.html#.WRCcmIWcHmJ.

If you clicked on that link, and read the article, you'll be aware that two (2) items were discussed there.

The first (1st) item discussed is regarding a book the blogger read.  I decided to share with you a bit about what was said (I copied/pasted):

One of the best books I have EVER read is “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America”. The book is the result of the private undercover work of Chris Gaubatz who transmitted info Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) did not want to be made public. The CAIR-info demonstrates the Muslim-American organization is an agent of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB). The MB is a transnational Islamic organization designated a terrorist group by numerous nations (including the MB home nation Egypt), but for some beyond reason decision not by the USA.

In addition, another item was discussed.

This part of the entry was entitled, TRIAL TO EXPOSE RADICAL ISLAMIC AGENTS EMBEDDED IN U.S.

I decided to share with you part of the article (I copied/pasted):

A former federal investigator enlists his son to infiltrate a Muslim front in the nation’s capital that had routinely collaborated with the White House and federal law-enforcement agencies as a “civil rights” group.

The daring undercover operation results in the capture of 12,000 pages of incriminating internal documents along with audio and video recordings, attracting the interest of the FBI and congressional investigators.

The evidence is compiled in one volume that draws the praise of a member of Congress who declares: “Now we have proof – from the secret documents that this investigative team has uncovered, coupled with the ones recently declassified by the FBI – that [radical Islamic] agents living among us have a plan in place, and they are successfully carrying out that subversive plan.”

But the Muslim front group, funded by wealthy Saudi donors and other foreign sources, files a lawsuit against the investigators, charging its “reputation” was damaged. Lacking any grounds to rebut the overwhelming evidence that it actually is a Muslim Brotherhood front, the group amends it complaint then prolongs the case through frivolous motions until finally, after eight years, a trial is set to be scheduled.

While it might sound like a Hollywood script, it’s the true story of a WND Books co-author and his son who have been sued by the Washington, D.C.-based Council on American-Islamic Relations in a case that has moved to a trial likely to begin this fall in the nation’s capital.

If you didn't click on the red comment that says, "Help defend the First Amendment..." you wouldn't have known that the blue link below is what you could reach, to do what you can to help defend.

Wow!

To me, it's wonderful that in addition to what I do, another blogger is doing what he can to educate people.  And, speaks truth.

Just as we are told to do, in Zechariah 8:16-17, "These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:
17 And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the Lord."

We need to speak truth to neighbours, execute the judgement of truth and peace in our gates: and let none of us to imagine evil in our hearts against our neighbours, and love no false oath, for all these are things that our Lord hates.

Do you do this?

I do.

I don't hate, but I do what I can to help educate people as to the reality of what is happening to affect us.

Hopefully, you feel the same way and do what you can to educate others.

If not, please begin to do this.

If you do, I believe God will bless you.

Woe!

There's something I feel I need to discuss, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

Unfortunately, it has to do with our Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau.  Plus, some other issues.

Debatepost.com posted an article on Thursday, March 28th, 2017.  It's on the internet and is entitled, Trudeau "Christians are the worst part of Canadian Society":  http://debatepost.com/2017/03/28/trudeau-christians-are-the-worst-part-of-canadian-society/.  Please, make sure you watch the video on this article.

Christians are the worst part of Canadian Society???

Why did Justin Trudeau say this!!!

Here's something you need to read.  It was posted by news.nationalpost.com and is entitled, Immigration minister defends legislation that prevents convicted dual nationals from losing citizenshiphttp://news.nationalpost.com/news/canada/canadian-politics/immigration-minister-defends-legislation-to-prevents-convicted-dual-nationals-from-losing-citizenship.

If you read that article, you'll know that it said this (I copied/pasted):

Immigration Minister Ahmed Hussen doubled down Wednesday on Liberal legislation that, along with several major changes to immigration law, would reinstate the citizenship of a convicted terrorist.

Plus, you will have seen it said (I copied/pasted):

The minister said an individual whose citizenship was already revoked will have it reinstated. He did not name the individual, but the National Post had previously reported that Zakaria Amara, a ringleader of the “Toronto 18” that plotted terror in Toronto in 2006, would be regaining his citizenship under the legislation.

My friend, do you realize that Justin Trudeau is in favour of Islam?

Hopefully, you realize Justin Trudeau is in favour of Muslims.  After all, Justin Trudeau is allowing Muslim terrorists to regain Canadian citizenship.

How could Justin Trudeau be in favour of Muslims?  Doesn't he know about their prophet Muhammad?

If you don't know about Muhammad, please click on this link by thereligionofpeace.com entitled, The Life of Muhammad: An Inconvenient Truthhttp://www.thereligionofpeace.com/pages/muhammad/life-of-muhammad.aspx.

Maybe Justin Trudeau knows... and doesn't care.

Do you realize that Justin Trudeau is trying to hurt Canada, just as I've said in the past?

Here's something else you need to see.  It is a video on YouTube entitled, Pakistan air force F35 new fighter planes in near Futurehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1eGXsn2bXw.  The video shows us what the F35 fighter planes look like.

Why was this important to see?

Well, Justin Trudeau previously said he would cancel our Canadian air force from obtaining the F-35 fighter planes, since he believed they weren't good.

Here is a link for you to see that was posted on September 20th, 2015 by cbc.ca that is entitled, Justin Trudeau vows to scrap F-35 fighter jet programhttp://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/canada-election-2015-trudeau-scrap-f35-halifax-1.3235791.

Even though Justin Trudeau said he would cancel the order of the F-35 fighter planes, because he felt they weren't good, he didn't cancel.  Here is a link posted on November 24th, 2016 by news.nationalpost.com entitled, Trudeau government to contribute another $36 million to F-35 fighter jet programhttp://news.nationalpost.com/news/canada/trudeau-government-to-contribute-another-36-million-to-f-35-fighter-jet-program.

Sigh...

Justin Trudeau is truly hurting Canada, just as I've said before, and will always say, again.

He's in favour of the group of people who have been trained to be terrorists, and who have terrorists in many countries of the world.  Islam.

He says they are good.  Yet, he hates Christians, as we read on today's LwL entry.

Thinking of this, brought to mind Isaiah 5:20, "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!"

Woe to them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!  Just as we read on today's Bible verse.

That is exactly what Justin Trudeau is doing to Canada.

Sigh...

I believe he should never have been elected, especially since he promised drug users that marijuana would be made legal.  Just as he's planning to have accomplished by 2018.

I also believe he should never have been elected, since he promised Muslims that he would give them more rights, here in Canada.  Just as he's doing, as you read about here on LwL.

Don't worry, Canadians.

Even though Justin Trudeau is calling evil good and good evil, and even though he is putting darkness for light, and light for darkness, and bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter... God will deal with him.

In the meantime, we must speak up/out.  We must speak truth.

People need to become aware of truth.

And, we need to pray.

I pray.

Do you?

Will you, if you haven't yet prayed?  Please pray.

If you pray, God will bless you.

Until next time...

V.P. Pence Remarks...

Every now and then, I share with you, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), a message/video that I've seen.  I'll be doing that, today.

C-span.org posted a message/video entitled, Vice President Pence Remarks To Persecuted Christians Summithttps://www.c-span.org/video/?428356-1/vice-president-says-isis-guilty-genocide-christians.

If you clicked on the link, you'll see the short message (I copied/pasted):

May 11, 2017

Vice President Pence Remarks to Persecuted Christians Summit Vice President Mike Pence spoke at a summit on persecuted Christians hosted by the Billy Graham Evangelical Association. He was introduced by Franklin Graham. He said ISIS is guilty of genocide of Christians.

I hope you watched/listened to the video.

If you did, you'll know that Vice President Mike Pence said many things.  Hopefully, I will have written properly what was said by Vice President Mike Pence:

President Trump sees these crimes for what they are... vile acts of persecution, animated by hatred... hatred for the gospel of Christ.  And, so too, does the President know those who perpetrated the crimes.  They are the embodiment of evil in our time.  He calls them by name... Radical Islamic Terrorists.

Vice President Mike Pence said... he believes ISIS is guilty of nothing short of genocide against people of the Christian faith, and it is time the world called it by name.

Vice President Mike Pence told us... in Syria, the Christian population has plummeted from one and a quarter (meaning 1.25) million to only 500,000 in just the past six (6) years.

He also told us that...  in Iraq, followers of Christ had fallen by 80% in the past decade and a half (meaning 15 years) due to the violence and extremism, and acts against Christian communities.

Vice President Mike Pence said... President Trump rightly said that not long ago, that of the Christian church, nobody has been treated worse in the Middle East.  He's made it clear that America will stand by followers of Christ in this hour of need.

Vice President Mike Pence also said... the President knows that terrorists will not stop... until we stop them.... and under President Donald Trump, we will stop them.

Vice President Mike Pence, said... persevere in prayer for those who are in the informed, who are in this fight.  Carry them (meaning armed forces) in your prayers.

Vice President Mike Pence, spoke about how he and his wife have a bible verse hung up at home.  The verse is Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV), " For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Amen... He knows the plans He has for us, to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future.

For this, I praise Him!

I also am thankful for the American President Donald Trump, and the American Vice President Mike Pence.

Why?

They are standing for the American citizens.

They are standing for Christians, even though Vice President Mike Pence made it clear that they are also standing for any/all other religions that are being affected, in addition to Christianity.

And, mostly, they are standing for Christ.

Thank You, Lord!

Praying...

Today, I'm sharing something with you, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

While it is related to USA, I feel that it is no different than what we experience here in Canada.

So, I decided to share an article posted by yesimright.com that is entitled, This MSNBC Host Went Off Script And Admitted The Truth That No Trump-Hater Wants To Admithttp://www.yesimright.com/this-msnbc-host-went-off-script-and-admitted-the-truth-that-no-trump-hater-wants-to-admit/.

Please click on that link.  If you do, you'll not just read the article, but you'll also be able to watch a video.

Here's some of what was stated in the article (I copied/pasted everything I'm sharing with you):

We all know the liberal mindset: don’t have conversations, yell your own opinion so it looks like you’re winning an argument, be intolerant of people who think differently that you, and shun everyone who does and call them all racists and bigots. That’s the dangerous, echo chamber, group think that is tearing this country apart.

It also stated:

This is 100% correct. The liberal garbage that has taken over college campuses to the point where conservative students are shunned by the student body and the college itself must stop and this is the first step in making that a reality.

Stop the intolerance towards Christians and conservatives, engage us in conversation, debate us, and maybe we’ll all learn something. Shouting and calling us all racists only makes you look foolish and stupid.

To be honest, I found the article wonderful and truthful. Plus, the video was excellent!  Especially since what is happening to those being educated, was included.

In case you didn't click on the link and watch the video, I'm sharing a link for you to see it on YouTube entitled, Did the MSM acknowledge far left intolerance?:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZ4VFjiJhlA.

Hopefully, you watched the video.

To me, it was so important.  And, so truthful.

Of course, God wants us to be truthful.  But, He also wants us to pray.

Thinking of this, made me think of Ephesians 6:18, "Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;"

Yes, we need to pray always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.

Amen...

We truly need to pray always for all saints.

What are saints?  Believers.  People who have gained salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.

I have.

Have you?

If you have, I know you will pray.  And, when your life ends here on earth, you'll spend eternity in Heaven with God.  And, with me.

If you haven't, I realize you won't be praying.  And, when your life ends here on earth, you'll spend eternity in Hell, separated from God... with NO chance of escape.

Please, do it today.  Come to Christ.  Gain Salvation.

Then pray.

If you do, God will bless you.

Love...

Like in the past, I'll be sharing something with you, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

My friend, V shared it with me, on Facebook (FB).

Even though I'm sharing the YouTube video, it's something I didn't truly understand.  Verbally.

After all, I am not from the Philippines.  And, do not speak Filipino, in any way, even though I know many people who do.  Nor, do I understand what is being said.

However, I'm sharing the video with you entitled, Pilipinas Got Talent Season 5 Auditions: Power Duo - Dance Duohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-0v015hTbM.

Even if you don't understand the language, I'm sure you'll see and understand what I did, if you click on the link, and watch the video.

Wow!

The dancing done by the couple, was absolutely wonderful.  Unique!

So was what happened near the end of the video.

The people watching them, adored what they did.  So, they were accepted onto the television (TV) show: Plipinas God Talent, the way many people in USA get accepted on America's Got Talent.

However, if you watched until the end, you'll wonder at first what was happening... just the way I did.  But, hopefully... you'll agree with me in what I believe happened.

The male dancer proposed to the female dancer, while they were still on stage.

Sigh...

This brought tears to my eyes.  It made me feel so happy.

It truly touched my heart.

For, it showed there was love between this couple.

Thinking of how God wants us to love, made me think of John 13:34, "A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another."

Yes, we are to love one another, as He loved us, that we also love one another.

Believe me when I say that I prayed that this couple would become born again Christians, by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.  Of course, I don't know if they will... or even if they already are.

But, God knows.

Still, the thought of loving one another, made me think of it in a human way, as well.

It seemed that this couple not only loved each other as fellow dancers, they loved each other... in a human way.

All I can say, is that I pray God will bless their relationship, and be in their relationship... with them.

Until next time...

Amazing...

Being SONday, there's something I'll be doing, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).

Do you know what it is I'll be doing?

You may realize that since we worship today, I'll share with you some music to worship through.

The music is by Phil Wickham and is entitled, This is Amazing Grace.  Here is a link for you to listen to and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgsbaBIaoVc.  The lyrics are below.

This Is Amazing Grace

Who breaks the power of sin and darkness?
Whose love is mighty and so much stronger?
The King of Glory, the King above all kings

Who shakes the whole earth with holy thunder
And leaves us breathless in awe and wonder?
The King of Glory, the King above all kings

This is amazing grace
This is unfailing love
That You would take my place
That You would bear my cross
You laid down Your life
That I would be set free
Oh, Jesus, I sing for
All that You've done for me

Who brings our chaos back into order?
Who makes the orphan a son and daughter?
The King of Glory, the King of Glory

Who rules the nations with truth and justice,
Shines like the sun in all of its brilliance?
The King of Glory, the King above all kings

This is amazing grace
This is unfailing love
That You would take my place
That You would bear my cross
You laid down Your life
That I would be set free
Oh, Jesus, I sing for
All that You've done for me

Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
Worthy is the King who conquered the grave
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
Worthy is the King who conquered the grave
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
Worthy is the King who conquered the grave
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
Worthy, worthy, worthy
Oh

This is amazing grace
This is unfailing love
That You would take my place
That You would bear my cross
You laid down Your life
That I would be set free
Oh, Jesus, I sing for
All that You've done for me

All that You've done for me

Amen!

He paid the price for the sin of the world, for all who would believe upon Him.

By trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, we gain salvation.  By doing this, we've received His amazing grace.

Thinking of this, made me think of Ephesians 2:8, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:"

Amen!  The grace we receive is truly amazing.

We're saved by grace... alone, through faith... alone, in Christ... alone.

And, it's truly the gift of God.

For this, I am thankful.  And, always will be.

Thank You, Lord!

Everyone!

Guess what I'll be doing, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL)?

Wanna know?

I'll tell you!

I'll let you know about movies I've watched.

Here are some movies I've seen:

St. Elmo's Fire, starring Rob Lowe, Demi Moore and many other actors.  If you'd like to check out this coming-of-age film, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Elmo%27s_Fire_(film).  Seeing how sinful these young people were, didn't make me happy about seeing this movie.

The Rose Tattoo, starring Anna Magnani and Burt Lancaster.  To check out this film adaptation, please click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rose_Tattoo_(film).  The stress of this movie, didn't make me feel good about watching it.

Stand by Me, starring Kiefer Sutherland, River Phoenix and other actors.  Click on this link, to check out this coming-of-age drama filmhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stand_by_Me_(film).  I need to say that the horribleness about what happened in this movie, didn't make me happy.

The Boost, starring James Woods, Sean Young and other actors.  Please, click on this link, if you'd like to check out this drama filmhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Boost.  To be honest, with people using drugs, it didn't make me like the movie.

All the Way Home, starring Jean Simmons, Robert Preston and Pat Hingle.  Would you like to check out this drama film?  If so, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_the_Way_Home_(film).  Even though this was a grief-filled movie, and I cried, I was happy with the ending.

Can you tell that life isn't easy on these movies?

People sinning, doing drugs, having horribleness, stress and dealing with grief, surely didn't make me smile.

Of course, life isn't always easy... through sin and grief.  Much like people experienced in those movies.

To me, it's sad to know that in those movies, the Lord wasn't important.  Even though He truly is.

Thinking of this, made me think of Psalm 9:9, "The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble."

Amen!  The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.

He's there for anyone/everyone who suffers in life.

If you're suffering in life, begin to read God's Word, the Bible.  Begin reading the New Testament.  This is where you'll read most about Jesus.

By reading the Bible, you'll learn how God loves you, and truly provides for you, even in terrible times of life.

By doing this, you'll be blessed.

Communication...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I feel it's important to discuss something with you.

It's something regarding USA.  Plus, any/all countries in the whole world.

You can find out about it, by reading an article posted by beforeitsnews.com entitled, DHS Chief Issues Urgent Warning To Americans... What Does He Know That We Don't?:  http://beforeitsnews.com/alternative/2017/05/dhs-chief-issues-urgent-warning-to-americans-what-does-he-know-that-we-dont-3516306.html.

Hopefully, you clicked on the link, and read the article.

If not, you'll be able to read what I'm sharing with you (I copied/pasted):

Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly has issued a warning we must never forget! While in conversation with Steve Doocy, Fox News host, he made a bold statement about terrorism each and every American should take to heart.  Not only did he send out a warning but also a message for America. I believe his words are powerful.

Sigh...  It also said (I copied/pasted):

For More Information See:
http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/335272-dhs-chief-youd-never-leave-the-house-with-my-terror-info

Yes, you can check it out.

If you didn't get to read the article, you wouldn't have known that there was also a video available to be watched.

Here's a link for the YouTube video entitled, DHS Chief Issues Urgent Warning To Americans... What Does He KNOW That We Don't?:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WIvJiqb5zlc.

If you can, please listen to and watch that video.  If you do, you'll know that the DHS Chief definitely does issue an urgent warning to Americans.

Plus, how people in other countries are also mentioned.

This truly makes me feel sick in my heart.  Yet, happy.

Sick in my heart, because there are some people who haven't ever believed anything I've mentioned regarding terrorism.  Happy, because what I've said in the past, is truly just as what was said by the DHS Chief.

This proves that I have not been corrupt in what I've said.  And, have done what God wants us to do.

Just as we read, in Ephesians 4:29, "Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers."

Amen!  Whatever I have spoken about has been truthful... and not corrupt.

What I've said isn't just good to use, but I did use it to edify/educate others, who do not know the truth about Islam.

By me speaking truth, whoever has heard and now understands the truth, will have received grace from God.

For this, I am happy.  And, thankful.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...

Criticizm? Truth!

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I want to discuss something with you.

It's something that some people may not like.  Others will.

It's concerning our Canadian government.  Plus, another issue.  Islam.

Here is a YouTube video from The Jim Bakker Show entitled, The Church Woke Up - Dr. Billye Brim, that a Facebook (FB) friend shared with me:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_aee2nrBy6c&feature=share

If you watched it, you'll know that a Muslim, who converted to Christianity, spoke about prophecy.  And, it is known to everyone that it happened.  Praise God!

That same FB friend shared with me by messaging me another YouTube video.  It's entitled, Muslims Revived From Death Tell Chilling Truth Behind Allah & Islamhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMr7qH7kf_A&feature=youtu.be.

Hopefully, you watched and/or listened to it.  If so, you'll know how our God has helped some Muslims to know that they needed to become Christians, and led them to gain salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.  Hallelujah!

Even though this is happening to some people, there are so many who need to understand that Christianity is very important.  Including some who are in our Canadian government.

Why do I say this?

Another FB friend shared an article with me on my FB wall/timeline, by prophecynewswatch.com entitled, Canadian Government Preparing To Silence Anyone Who Criticizes Islamhttp://www.prophecynewswatch.com/article.cfm?recent_news_id=1000.

In the past, I've spoken about this being in the process of happening.  And, it truly is happening, now.

If it is completed within our government, people like me will be abused and possibly arrested and imprisoned for speaking truth regarding Islam.

Why is this happening?

Our Canadian government is not caring about the truth about Islam.  So, our Canadian government is helping Muslims gain more rights, just as our Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau said he would do, during the election time last year (2016).

Though I speak up, I realize I am not accepted by everyone.

Even though what I say is the truth.

I'm not a prophet, but there is a Bible verse that I am able to relate to.  It's Luke 4:24, "And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country."

Just as Jesus was not fully accepted within His country when He was alive, I'm not accepted fully, either.

Even though it can be heart-breaking, it truly doesn't matter to me.

Why?

Because God is the first and most important person in my life.

Even if my government chooses to abuse me and hurt me, it won't truly matter.

Why?

Because God will bless me.  Maybe not here on earth, but He will when I am in Heaven.

For this, I will always be thankful.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...

Happy Orangemen's Day!

I'll be letting you know here on Life with Lynnie (LwL),
that today is a special day.

Well, at least in
Northern Ireland,
where
some of my family is from.

Here's a link for you to read about
The Twelfth:

The Twelfth,
is also known as
Orangemen's Day.

There are some other places
where
Orangemen's Day
is also celebrated,
like here in...
Canada!

Yes, several cities hold
parades
just like are done in
Northern Ireland,
U.K.

Why is this done?
It relates to
sovereignty
of
God!

Meaning,
God
is in control
of
everyone and everything.

Just as we read,
in
1 Chronicles 29:11,
"Thine, O Lord is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all."

Amen!
He is in the
greatness,
power,
the glory,
the victory
and the
majesty:,
for all that is in Heaven and in the earth,
is thine;
thine is the Kingdom, O Lord
and thou are exalted
as
head above all.

Praise God!

Hallelujah!

So, I will wish you
Happy Orangemen's Day!

Memory & Peace...

If you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) a while ago, you'll know that I attended the funeral of Rolly Marentette.  You'll also know that Rolly was an important person for injured workers.

If you didn't read it, please do.  For if you do, you'll know a lot about him.

Not as much as I know.  Or, recall.

While my now deceased husband, Gordon was alive, there were many times when both Rolly and Gordon did things together, at meetings for injured workers.

I won't give details about the problem at a meeting that was held outside Windsor, Ontario, Canada, in a nearby town of Belle River.  Some people may recall, while others may not... since it happened many, many years ago.

However, I will let you know that there was such anger at that large meeting, that both Rolly and Gordon, along with another fellow, S... were threatened to be arrested.  They were threatened by someone who was actually hurting some of the injured workers at that meeting.

No.  They did not get arrested.  Nor, had they done anything to hurt anyone.  But, they had spoken up/out, and then were threatened.

Remembering some of the things they did and/or talked about together to help others, made me cry.  :'(

It truly touched my heart.  And, made me sad to realize that they are both no longer alive.

Yes, it's truly grief.

Sigh...

The thing that makes my heart feel good about both Rolly and Gordon, is that they both truly had loving hearts.

And, they both did whatever they could, whenever they could, to speak up/out to help other people.

This truly brought peace to anyone who suffered and heard or saw both Rolly and Gordon do what they could.

Peace.

It's so very important.  Not just to me... or other injured workers.

Peace is important to everyone.  And, it's something God wants for us.

Just as we read, in Romans 15:33, "Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen."

Amen.

May the God of peace be with you... all.

Reducing, Abusing & Hurting...

I'll be discussing something, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).  Even though it is heartbreaking to me, I feel I need to let you know.

What is it about?

Well, thestar.com posted an article on the internet, that I feel you need to read.  It's entitled, WSIB cutting costs at expense of workers' health, report sayshttps://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2017/05/24/wsib-cutting-costs-at-expense-of-workers-health-report-says.html.

Please, click on the link.  Read the article.

In case you couldn't, I decided to share all the information stated on the article (I copied/pasted):

Study, based on freedom of information requests to worker compensation board, notes there’s been a significant cut in prescription drug benefits affecting thousands of injured workers a year.

Ontario’s worker compensation board is saving money by reducing spending on drug benefits for workplace accident victims and by providing financial incentives to their health-care providers to limit treatment time, a new report compiled by a Toronto-based legal clinic says.

The study released Wednesday, which is based on a series of freedom of information requests to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, says there has been “a significant cut in prescription drug benefits that affects thousands of injured workers per year” since a cost-cutting drive initiated at the board in 2010. It also found a shift toward “services that are structured to drive down the cost of benefits paid to injured workers.”

“For injured workers, the WSIB’s historic ‘transformation’ has resulted in substantial, harmful cuts to health-care benefits,” says the report, which was conducted by the Industrial Accident Victims Group of Ontario (IAVGO) and Toronto lawyer and worker compensation specialist Antony Singleton.

“Injured workers need to be able to trust WSIB to provide the health care they need, but this report shows that the WSIB is abusing that trust and unfairly reducing claims costs at the expense of workers’ health,” said Jessica Ponting, a community legal worker with IAVGO.

Since 2010, the WSIB has sought to reduce its $14 billion unfunded liability, but maintains that health outcomes are improving amongst injured workers. When it comes to health benefits, it says the falling price of drugs and a board-wide strategy to limit the prescription of harmful narcotics has saved money.
Article Continued Below

WSIB has responded to past criticisms of its health services, including a formal complaint to Ontario’s ombudsman by injured worker advocates, by saying it has “confidence in the integrity of Ontario’s health-care professionals” and that it “acts quickly to ensure workers receive timely, specialized medical care.”

The IAVGO study, entitled “Bad Medicine: a report on the WSIB’s transformation of its healthcare spending,” claims the organization slashed spending on prescription drugs by one-third between 2010 and 2015, and reduced the number of claimants it provides drug benefits to; in 2010, 38 per cent of successful claimants were allowed drug benefits but by 2015, the figure was 27 per cent.

“This reduction has exceeded the decline in the total number of allowed claims entering the system,” the report says.

Oh... be still my heart.

It truly makes me feel sick in my heart, to hear more about how the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) is hurting and abusing people.  Especially, people who have been hurt while working at their jobs... for they are being hurt, more... and more.

I believe WSIB and their workers shouldn't be doing this.  For, God has told us to help people be healed.

Just as we read, in Hebrews 12:12-13, "Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;
13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed."

See, we are to help people become healed.

But, WSIB isn't doing all it should.  And, it's now doing even more to hurt those who need to be healed.

WSIB and the people who work for them, are definitely NOT doing what God would have them do.

Please, pray.

Pray for those who are sinfully working for WSIB, and hurting injured workers.

Pray that anyone hurt, will forgive WSIB and those working for them.

Pray that injured workers will become healed.

Please... pray.

May God bless you.

Footprints...

As I've said in the past, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), today is our Lord's Day.  Sunday.

It is our day of worship.  When we gather with church family to worship.

Of course, we can also worship with music.

A while ago, I came across some music I had never before heard.  And, liked it.

So, I decided to share it with you.

It's sung by Leona Lewis and is entitled, Footprints in the Sand.  Here is a link, for you to listen to and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtube_gdata_player&v=aHSz0S2qfRM&app=desktop.  The lyrics are below.

Footprints in the Sand

You walked with me
Footprints in the sand
And helped me understand
Where I'm going

You walked with me
When I was all alone
With so much unknown
Along the way

Then I heard you say

I promise you
I'm always there
When your heart is filled with sorrow and despair
I'll carry you
When you need a friend
You'll find my footprints in the sand

I see my life
Flash across the sky
So many times have I been so afraid
And just when I
I thought I'd lost my way
You gave me strength to carry on

That's when I heard you say

I promise you
I'm always there
When your heart is filled with sorrow and despair
And I'll carry you
When you need a friend
You'll find my footprints in the sand

When I'm weary
Well I know you'll be there
And I can feel you
When you say

I promise you
Oh, I'm always there
When your heart is filled with sadness and despair
I'll carry you
When you need a friend
You'll find my footprints in the sand

When your heart is full of sadness and despair
I'll carry you
When you need a friend
You'll find my footprints in the sand

How wonderful!

Why?

These lyrics show us how He's with us, and helps us.

This made me think of Isaiah 41:10, "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."

Amen!  We need to fear not, for He's with us.  We need to not be dismayed, for He is our God.  He will strengthen us, and help us. Yes, He will uphold us with the right hand of His righteousness.

Much like what the lyrics tell us today, we'll find His footprints in the sand.  For He walks with us, always.

Hallelujah!

Thank You!  You've truly blessed those of us who belong to You.

Thank You, Lord!

Time...

Hmmm... today, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll be discussing something.

Well, sort of like I've done before.

I'll tell you about some movies I've watched!

Here are some movies:

The Bridge at Remagen, starring George Segal, Robert Vaughn and other actors.  Please, click on this link to check out this war filmhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Bridge_at_Remagen.  Even though this movie shows us what happened during WW2, I enjoyed seeing it.

From Here to Eternity, starring Burt Lancaster, Deborah Kerr and other actors.  If you'd like to check out this drama film, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/From_Here_to_Eternity.  Even though this was about the attack of Pearl Harbour, I enjoyed seeing this move.

Castle Keep, starring Burt Lancaster, Peter Falk and other actors.  Want to check out this war film?  If so, click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castle_Keep.  Even though this movie referred to WW2, it wasn't truly historical.  Even so, I enjoyed it.

Pork Chop Hill, starring Gregory Peck, George Peppard and other actors.  To check out this Korean War film, click on this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pork_Chop_Hill.  Even though this is a war movie, I enjoyed it, knowing it was historical.

A Prayer for the Dying, starring Mickey Rourke, Bob Hoskins, Alan Bates and Liam Neeson.  Would you like to check out this IRA film?  If so, please click on this link:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Prayer_for_the_Dying.  Even though this was a sad Irish movie, I watched it, because of it being historical.

Even though each of these movies describe what life was life during different eras, they truly touched my heart.

After all, life isn't always the same.

Just as we read, in Ecclesiastes 3:8,"A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace."

Yes, we actually read in Ecclesiastes many ways of how life is different, but it reminded me of how there is not just war in our lives.  There can also be times of hate.  Times of love.  And, times of peace.

What do you think we are living in a time of, now?

Some people think there isn't war, but there truly is.

Some people think it's a time of love, but there isn't truly love happening everywhere in the world.

Some people think it's a time of hate, because there is some true hate happening in the world, where people are being murdered because of hate for others.

Some people think we're living in a time of peace.

What do you think?

Whatever you think, please just take the time to pray..

Thank you.

If you pray, I believe God will bless you.
