I will. Hopefully, you will also.
Of course, I will not just honour, worship and pray, like everyone does with church family. I will also use music to worship.
I decided to share with you, something I only recently heard and sang. This happened when I worshipped with a church group near where a daughter of mine, lives.
The music Lord, I Need You, is sung by Matt Maher. Here is a link for you to listen to and/or sing along: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gS9e0nxHP-w. The lyrics are below.
Lord, I Need You
Lord, I come, I confess
Bowing here I find my rest
Without You I fall apart
You're the One that guides my heart
Bowing here I find my rest
Without You I fall apart
You're the One that guides my heart
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
Where sin runs deep Your grace is more
Where grace is found is where You are
And where You are, Lord, I am free
Holiness is Christ in me
Where grace is found is where You are
And where You are, Lord, I am free
Holiness is Christ in me
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
To teach my song to rise to You
When temptation comes my way
When I cannot stand I'll fall on You
Jesus, You're my hope and stay
When temptation comes my way
When I cannot stand I'll fall on You
Jesus, You're my hope and stay
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
I am thankful I have Him... because, I truly need Him.
I have Him, because I have gained salvation by trusting in/believing upon Him, our Lord, Jesus Christ.
He hears me, always. He helps me... and others who belong to Him.
Just as we read, in Psalm 34:17, "The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles."
Even though I am righteous, I sometimes feel sad and cry, much like some of you might do. The Lord hears me, and delivers me out of my troubles. And, helps me through the trials in my life.
He loves me.
For this, I am thankful. And, always will be.
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...
