If you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) yesterday, you know why I am feeling upset.
Not hateful. But, definitely hurt.
By our Provincial and Federal governments doing all they can to hurt us as Canadians, and to change our lives by no longer allowing Freedom of Speech concerning Islam, I feel truly torn apart.
You're probably wondering why I feel this way.
Well, when I think of my life as a child, I recall how it was not easy. In many ways... that I won't discuss here, today.
Both my parents had trouble dealing with life, mainly due to the fact that they both were members of the Canadian army, during WW2.
When I say they had trouble dealing with life, I am not saying they were depressed. Although, they may have been. I can't say for sure.
What I am referring to, is how difficult it was for them to deal with daily issues in life, after putting their lives at risk. More so for my dad than my mom.
After all, even though my mom was stationed in Washington, D.C., USA only a couple blocks from the White House, during WW2, she didn't have to fight or shoot anyone, in a way of protecting herself.
My dad did have to fight, and shoot people in a way of protecting himself. In a way of not just protecting himself, but also those affected by Hitler and the group (which I won't name here), who worked with him in the effort to take over Europe.
It couldn't have been easy for my dad to have fought during WW2 over in France, and in Belgium.
To be honest, my parents weren't really dealing well with life, after the end of WW2. Even so, they didn't hate anyone.
And, our Canadian government and provincial governments made sure that our Freedom was maintained. After all, those who fought WW2 deserved to have this maintained by our government.
For this, I am sure they were happy. I know I was, ever since I realized the situation.
Well, at least... was. Until my provincial government changed our Freedom, last week.
By taking away our Freedom of Speech, I found it upsetting, as I'm sure you know.
Someone who is supposed to be a true Christian, who I knew when I was young, commented on one of my Facebook (FB) postings that he thought I was hateful.
I wasn't hateful. If he truly read LwL's entry from yesterday, he would know this was true. Unless, he doesn't believe anything I say.
Like I said yesterday on LwL, I truly feel hated. And, am suffering from feeling the hatred that is done on me, by my government.
Do you think that by me being hated, I feel shocked? I'm not.
After all, God told us in several verses in the Bible, that we may be hated... if we are truly related to Him, as a born-again Christian. After all, He was hated.
Just as we read, in John 15:23, "He that hateth me hateth my Father also."
Yes, anyone who hates Jesus, hates His/my Father, also.
Please understand. Don't be confused.
It's not referring to... my human dad. This Bible verse is relating to God our Father.
So, if anyone hates Jesus, they also hate God.
This also means that His children (like me) will be hated by those who are not truly His children.
Just as I'm being hated, now.
For this, I feel sick in my heart. It's not easy to deal with.
But, I am forgiving of anyone who hates me.
May God bless and have mercy upon anyone who has been hateful.
Yes, hopefully you can tell that I've forgiven, already.
Hopefully, you will also.
Until next time...

Discrimination... Hatred... Persecution...
There's something I need to tell you about, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).
It's about what our Ontario provincial government has done.
Toronto.ctvnews.ca posted an article that is truly upsetting to me. It's entitled, Anti-Islamophobia motion unanimously passes Ontario legislature: http://toronto.ctvnews.ca/anti-islamophobia-motion-unanimously-passes-ontario-legislature-1.3298401#_gus&_gucid=&_gup=Facebook&_gsc=wWnEnOP.
If you read the article, you'll know that the article states (I copied/pasted): The motion from Nathalie Des Rosiers called on the legislature to "stand against all forms of hatred, hostility, prejudice, racism and intolerance," rebuke a "growing tide of anti-Muslim rhetoric and sentiments" and condemn all forms of Islamophobia.
Our Ontario government approved it.
Unfortunately, our Premier of Ontario, Kathleen Wynne is also Liberal. Just like our Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau is. So, she's obviously been in support of him.
Our Ontario Premier, Kathleen Wynne said the following (I copied/pasted): Premier Kathleen Wynne said, as a lesbian, some people had tried to discourage her from running in a riding with a large Muslim population. She disagreed and said when she spoke to community members they discussed their differences but also what binds them together, such as values about health, education and family.
"It's those commonalities that make it possible for us to create this country, to create this province, and that's why it enrages me -- it enrages me that we still have to have this conversation globally," she said.
It breaks my heart that those people have thought that those of us who spoke truth about Islam were discriminating.
I haven't been. I've been speaking truth, in a way to try and teach people about what they truly need to know.
Plus, the links/articles/videos etc. have all shown truth about what is happening in the world, and what may happen here in Canada, in the future. Yet, our Liberal governments seem to want to not care or accept the truth.
I must admit, I am now being discriminated against.
Yes! I am!
To be honest, I am being hated, now. And, am being persecuted.
Thinking of this, isn't surprising, for our Lord told us it would happen.
Just as we read, in John 15:19, "If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you."
My Lord has chosen me out of the world, so I am not of the world, therefore the world hates me. Just as today's Bible verse tells us.
Even though I have loved living in Ontario, and have loved being Canadian, I must admit that I do not feel our governments are good.
To be honest, I feel I may need to move away.
Not sure, to where. But, I will definitely pray about it.
My friend, please pray.
Not just for me, but also for everyone who is being persecuted against.
Thank you.
May God bless you.
Until next time...

Come!
With today being our Lord's Day, I'll be doing something, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL). It's something that I usually do.
I'll be sharing some music with you, that I enjoy worshipping God with!
The song is by Rob Mathes and is entitled, Come Let Us Worship And Bow Down. Here is a link for you to click on to listen to and/or sing along: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NEK9u51ofZE . The lyrics are below.
Come Let Us Worship And Bow Down
Come let us worship and bow down,
Let us kneel before the Lord
Our God our Maker.
Come let us worship and bow down,
Let us kneel before the Lord
Our God our Maker.
For he is our God
And we are the people of his pasture,
And the sheep of his hand,
Just the sheep of his hand.
Come let us worship and bow down,
Let us kneel before the Lord
Our God our Maker.
Come let us worship and bow down,
Let us kneel before the Lord
Our God our Maker.
For he is our God
And we are the people of his pasture,
And the sheep of his hand,
Just the sheep of his hand.
For he is our God
And we are the people of his pasture,
And the sheep of his hand,
Just the sheep of his hand.
Yes. He is our God our Maker.
Let us worship.
Thinking of worshipping, made me think of Psalm 95:6, " O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker."
I praise God for letting us worship and bow down. After all, He is our Lord, our God, our Maker.
We need to honour Him.
My friend, I pray you also worship.
If you do, you'll be blessed by Him. Always.
Until next time...

H.B. N! & Guess?!
Before I begin today's Life with Lynnie (LwL) entry, I would like to wish my grandson, N... Happy Birthday! I'm looking forward to seeing you to celebrate. Happy Birthday, N!
Guess what I'll be doing today, here on LwL? I'll be doing something I do fairly often.
I'll be telling you about movies I've watched!
Here are some:
* Only When I Laugh, starring Marsha Mason, Kristy McNichol, James Coco and other actors. To check out this comedy-drama film, click on this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Only_When_I_Laugh_(film). I must admit, I had more tears, then chuckling. Even so, I enjoyed the movie.
* Blame It on Rio, starring Michael Caine, Demi Moore and other actors. If you'd like to check out this romantic-comedy film, click here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blame_It_on_Rio. To be honest, I didn't find this movie to be comedy in nature, or even romantic. Still, I watched it.
* Boy, Did I Get A Wrong Number, starring Bob Hope, Phyllis Diller and other actors. Want to check out this American comedy film? If so, click on this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boy,_Did_I_Get_a_Wrong_Number! I enjoyed this movie, even though it wasn't always funny.
* The Mouse That Roared, starring Peter Sellers, Jean Seberg and William Hartnell. Click on this link if you'd like to check out this British satirical Eastman Color comedy film: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mouse_That_Roared_(film). Even though this movie seemed to be weird in some ways, I enjoyed watching it.
* The Awful Truth, starring Irene Dunne and Cary Grant. If you click on this link, you'll be able to check out this American screwball comedy film: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Awful_Truth. Even though some of this movie wasn't truly comedy to me, I enjoyed it. Especially, the ending!
You might be wondering why I didn't seem to laugh much, even though these movies were supposed to be basically comedy films.
In the movies, even though they were supposed to be comedy films, they contained sin.
Of course, if you know me I'm sure you'll understand that it's mainly due to the fact that I'm a born-again Christian... who doesn't find anything funny about sin.
Just as we know from, Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Yes, the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord!
Sin leads to death.
Death without salvation, leads people to spend eternity in Hell, separated from God... with NO chance of escape.
However, once we've gained salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, we will be saved (Acts 16:31). And, once we've become saved, read God's Word, the Bible, and live as a born-again Christian... we do not want to sin.
My friend, hopefully you have become gained salvation and become born-again, just as God's Word, the Bible tells us we need to do.
If so, I'll enjoy spending eternity with you and with God, in Heaven.
Until next time...

Grace! Truth! Justin Trudeau!
If you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) yesterday, you'll know that I discussed how I believe that our Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, is doing what he can to change Canada, so that in the future he can separate the province of Quebec from Canada, and make it into a new country.
In case you didn't read the important information I shared yesterday, I thought I would share it with you again, today. Here is the part I want to share with you (I copied/pasted):
Here is an article by theglobeandmail.com entitled, Would Justin Trudeau separate from Stephen Harper'sCanada? 'Maybe': http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/ottawa-notebook/would-justin-trudeau-separate-from-stephen-harpers-canada-maybe/article536445/.
If you read the article, you'll know that in the article Justin Trudeau said (I copied/pasted): “I always say, if at a certain point, I believe that Canada was really the Canada of Stephen Harper – that we were going against abortion, and we were going against gay marriage and we were going backwards in 10,000 different ways – maybe I would think about wanting to make Quebec a country.”
Another part of the article says this (I copied/pasted): "(Trudeau) grew up hearing about a strong, united Canada, but just last week he said he would favour Quebec independence," Tory MP Merv Tweed said in Parliament, adding that Trudeau should recant or further clarify his comments.
Are you wondering why I shared this information again? I'll let you know!
As you can see, Justin Trudeau said in the article: “I always say, if at a certain point, I believe that Canada was really the Canada of Stephen Harper – that we were going against abortion, and we were going against gay marriage and we were going backwards in 10,000 different ways – maybe I would think about wanting to make Quebec a country."
Hmm... there's something Justin Trudeau said that I believe opened the door for me to write about this issue. Did you see it?
Justin Trudeau said he didn't like the Canada of Stephen Harper. Stephen Harper was a Christian. So, obviously Justin Trudeau doesn't like Christians.
Plus, Justin Trudeau said that he was upset that due to Stephen Harper's Canada, Canada was going against abortion, and gay marriage.
Gay marriage?!
Justin Trudeau is not against GAY MARRIAGE? He's in support of GAY MARRIAGE?!
If he is truly in favour gay marriage, like he said he is... he would NOT be in support of Muslims.
After all, Muslims are taught through their Islamic Emams (ministers/pastors) and their holy books, that they cannot be in support of gay marriage.
Yet, Justin Trudeau is in support of Islam? Even though Muslims, like Christians are not in support of gay marriage?!
Yes, Justin Trudeau is. For he showed us where he stands, by what he said.
This shows us that there has to be another reason why Justin Trudeau is in support of Muslims.
He not only told Muslims he would give them more rights, during the election time, but he has been giving them more rights. And, having more and more Muslims enter Canada.
Even though they are also against what he likes? Gay marriage.
This information tells me that he is not truly in support of Muslims, even though he is doing all he can to turn Canada into an Islamic nation in the future.
So, why would he be doing all he can to make this happen?
As I said in yesterday's LwL entry, I believe it is because he wants to change Canada enough, so that he can have the province of Quebec separate from Canada, and become it's own nation. Just as the province of Quebec has tried to do several times in the past.
Even though this could weaken me and/or others, I know I am trusting in my Lord. I appreciate the love and grace He gives us.
Just as we read, in 2 Timothy 2:1-2, "Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also."
We need to be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And, the things that we have heard among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
I believe this is why God revealed to me that it is possible that Justin Trudeau is doing what he can to hurt Canada in the future.
So, I will continue to be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And, will speak up/out... not just to speak possibility of future situations, but also to teach others.
Teach them about what is truly happening. And, what may happen in the future.
Please don't think I am against our Canadian Province of Quebec.
I'm not against our Canadian Province of Quebec.
In fact, that is where I was born.
Again, I will ask you dear friend... pray.
Thank you for praying for Canada.
May God bless you.
Until next time...

Possible Separation of Quebec from Canada
There's something I need to discuss, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL). It's regarding our Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau.
When this article was updated, and when other articles that I saw online were updated, they tried to support Justin Trudeau as loving Canada.
However, if this was truly the case, I don't believe he would ever have made the comment he did, about being in support of separating Quebec from Canada.
In fact, I would have to tell you that I believe that Justin Trudeau realized that it would hurt him to be elected if he continued to be in support of separating Quebec from Canada. So, I believe that he tried to have everyone not accept what he truly meant.
Accepting this whole situation isn't easy.
Think about it. Hopefully, you realize that our future is at risk, here in Canada.
Not much different than it is currently, in Sweden, and in various places in Europe, involving Muslims who are doing what their god commanded them to do.
I must admit, it's not easy to accept it happening to us, here in Canada. At least, not for me.
Do you think I am alone in my thinking regarding our Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau? I am not. Click on this link by israelvideonetwork.com who posted the article/video entitled, Is Canada Being Led by a Fool or Terror-Supporter?: http://www.israelvideonetwork.com/new-canadian-pm-offers-lame-excuse-for-doing-this/.
If you read this and/or watched the video, you'll know that I am not alone in my thinking. Other Canadians also realize that we are in a situation that can hurt us terribly.
But, I will trust in our Lord. And, continue to stand for Him.
Much like we read, in 2 Timothy 2:3, "Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ."
We need to endure the hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. And, I will.
Will you?
I pray you will speak up/out. Speak truth. and, endure the hardness that we are beginning to experience.
As a good soldier in Jesus Christ, carry on.

By doing so, you'll be blessed.
Until next time...

M & D... & Merciful Healing...
Before I begin today's Life with Lynnie (LwL) entry, I wanted to mention that if my parents were still alive, it would be their wedding anniversary. I truly miss them, and miss celebrating with/for them.
If you read LwL yesterday, you'll know that I believe God answered my prayer.
As I had mentioned yesterday, the prayer I was doing, was to be healed from the Abscess Surgery I received in London, Ontario, Canada, on November 17, 2016. Hopefully, you read that the healing took me about two and a half (2 1/2) MONTHS.
Okay, you may think this was easy, but I must say, it wasn't. After all, the treatment I had was daily and sometimes twice daily.
What do I think happened?
Well, after finding out that I wasn't healed, and that I had a tunnel inside me of about three (3) inches still, it didn't make me happy. After all, it was already February, 2017!
I do need to tell you that God did something for me, to help me. I believe He answered my prayer for healing.
What happened?
On the day I found out that my daughter, B was missing, I was highly stressed. And, did not do much else than pray. Well, other than be upset and cry.
That evening, I asked God to keep my daughter alive. I asked Him that if He felt He needed to take one (1) of us home, that He would take me, and not my daughter.
When I was in the kitchen about to fill up my kettle with water, I talked with Him.
I asked Him to please... remove all the infection inside me, that had caused the abscess, and was preventing me from healing, because of the tunnel inside me, and the draining that was constantly happening.
Just as I finished filling up the kettle with water, I all of a sudden thought that maybe I had spilled water on me. I felt wet down my legs.
I looked at the floor and saw all this fluid. It was shocking!
At first, I asked myself... did I urinate? I knew I hadn't. But, then I realized that it was infection draining out of me... all over the floor.
Even though it weakened in volume, I continued to drain for a couple of days. Yes, I had to use items to protect me from draining on my floor and furniture, but God helped me!
Plus, I asked my nurse if the drainage happened due to the stress I was experiencing, or if she thought my God (not her god) might have done this to answer my prayer.
She let me know that it could be either. I trusted Him, that He was having this happen to heal me. Especially, since my daughter was found the next day!
Yes, I still was draining. Just so you know, the fluid being drained from within me, was infection. But, eventually, it stopped.
This was when I began healing, quickly! I felt like it was a miracle He provided for me.
All I could say then, was thank You, Lord!
Just as we were told to do, in Psalm 107:1, "O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever."
Yes, I gave thanks unto the Lord, for He is good: for His mercy endureth forever!
I will NEVER be unthankful to Him.
He has been so merciful to me. His mercy for me was truly extreme!
For this, I thanked Him... over, and over, and over again. And, always will.
Thank you, Lord!
Until next time...

Unspeakable Gift!
Lately, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I've discussed love on many occasions. After all, February is the month when people celebrate Valentine's Day!... and love.
As I've spoken about in the past, I feel so very loved by God.
Every now and then, I let you know how I was suffering physically. Especially, from the Abscess Surgery I had done in London, Ontario, Canada... on November 17, 2016.
The surgery wasn't the only way I suffered, painfully.
Every day, I had nursing care. Every time a nurse came to give me treatment, she had to unpack the abscess, clean it, and repack it, again.
I went through a terribly hard period of time, when the packing would fall out. Then, I had nursing care done, more than once in a day!
Believe me when I let you know that it's painful being packed for an abscess healing. More painful that what some people might ever think.
A few times, I even screamed at the top of my lungs. Not just at home, but also when the surgeon here in Windsor, who was taking care of me for the surgeon in London, who had done the surgery, examined me.
One time when this happened, my nurses had been telling me I was almost healed.
But, then one (1) evening when I had a nurse come to repack me for the second (2nd) time that day, she examined me and caused me terrible pain. After doing this, she let me know I was not almost healed. She let me know I had a tunnel.
Then, a few days later, the surgeon examined me the same way. This caused me the most pain I had ever had, regarding this medical care. Yes, I truly suffered.
Even so, I looked to God to help me. To heal me. I asked Him to provide a miracle healing, so that I wouldn't have to receive anymore medical care, that caused me terrible pain and suffering.
Believe it or not, He answered my prayer!
The surgeon had told me it would probably take a long time to heal me, because the tunnel seemed to be about three (3) inches deep, at that time.
Within three (3) weeks, I was healed!
Believe me, when I say I was... thankful!
Thinking about being thankful made me think of, in 2 Corinthians 9:15, "Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift."
Being thankful is so very important. Not just to me/us. But, also to Him.
After all, His gift of answering our prayer request, is truly an unspeakable gift. Unspeakable by Him... to me/us.
As I said, if ever God helps us, and/or answers our prayer requests, we need to be thankful!
I am thankful. And, always will be!
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...

Family Day.
Family is so very important.
Just as we read, in
God's Word,
the Bible.
Like we do,
in
1 Timothy 5:8,
"But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel."
Provide for your own family.
Treat them in a

Glad Heart!
Ahh... today is another day when I will share with you here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), the fact that today is our Lord's Day. Our day of worship!
As you're probably aware, I enjoy worshipping through music, too.
I'd like to share with you I Come to the Garden Alone. Here's a link for you to click on, to listen to and/or sing along: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHhZJMANLC0 . The lyrics are below.
I Come to the Garden Alone
I come to the garden alone
While the dew is still on the roses
And the voice I hear falling on my ear
The Son of God discloses
And He walks with me and He talks with me
And He tells me I am His own
And the joy we share as we tarry there
None other has ever known
He speaks and the sound of His voice
Is so sweet the birds hush their singing
And the melody that He gave to me
Within my heart is ringing
And He walks with me and He talks with me
And He tells me I am His own
And the joy we share as we tarry there
None other has ever known
This hymn truly touches my heart. After all, we who belong to Him, experience joy and know we are loved... and have hope.
Just as we read, in Psalm 16:9, "Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope."
My heart is glad.
I rejoice.
My flesh rests in hope.
Does yours?
I believe that if you are trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, you'll gain salvation... and this will make you feel the way we read in today's Bible verse.
If you haven't yet come to Christ, please... do so today.
Tomorrow, may be too late.
Until next time...

Yes, We Need To...
I'll be sharing things with you, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), today.
What will I be sharing?
Movies!
Here are some I recently watched:
* Poor Little Rich Girl, starring Shirley Temple and many other actors. To check out this musical film, click on this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poor_Little_Rich_Girl_(1936_film). Even though I adore the music and dancing in this movie, I realize there is both situations of love and unlove.
* Breakfast at Tiffany's, starring Audrey Hepburn, George Peppard and other actors. Click here, to check out this romantic comedy film: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breakfast_at_Tiffany's_(film). If you know me, you know I adore this movie and have watched it, many times!
* Annie, starring Albert Finney, Aileen Quinn and other actors. Want to check out this musical comedy-drama film? Click on this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annie_(1982_film). I must admit, I've seen this movie a couple of times, previously; but, adore it, so I watched it, again.
* The Blue Lagoon, starring Brooke Shields, Christopher Atkins and other actors. If you'd like to check out this romantic, adventure, romantic film, make sure you click on this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Blue_Lagoon_(1980_film). I must admit, I truly enjoyed this movie.
* Return to the Blue Lagoon, starring Milla Jojovich and Brian Krause. Please click on this link, if you'd like to check out this American romance and adventure film: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Return_to_the_Blue_Lagoon. Like the original version of The Blue Lagoon, I adored this movie.
As you can see, some of these movies I've seen in the past. Others, I saw for the first time.
Since this is still February, which I believe is a month relating to love, I thought I'd let you know that even though each movie I mentioned is varied in nature, I could feel love in them... even though some parts of the films contained problems that can break our hearts.
Of course, God loves us. And, wants us to love others.
Just as we read, in 1 John 4:10-11, "Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another."
Love is so very important.
God loved us so very much, that He sent His Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ, to earth, to be the propitiation for our sins.
Yes, Jesus paid the price for the sin of the world, of all who would believe upon Him.
Have you believed in Jesus?
Are you trusting in Him?
If so, then you will be saved (Acts 16:31).
If you have, then I'll see you in Heaven, after our lives here on earth, end.
Until next time...

Love...
Today, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll be discussing something that I think is important to everyone. Love.
With this week having Valentine's Day, I thought it was a good time to discuss... love.
To me, love is very important. I believe love is also very important to many others.
Being human, and thinking only in human ways, many people would think that I have no love. In the human aspect, I believe this is true.
After all, I am no longer married, because my husband, Gordon... passed away more than seven (7) years ago. I have never once gone out on a date, with anyone. So, you can see that I have no one in my life that I could fall in love with.
In another human way, I can say that I'm not important to many people.
In fact, there's very few that I'm important to. Even though I love them.
Yes, I'm referring to real life friends... and even some family members.
Some real life friends and family members avoid me.
Some have even 'unfriended' me on Facebook (FB), if they are members on FB. Why? I can't say for sure, but I believe that they have not liked the fact that I post mainly for God, on FB.
Has this made me not love them?
No.
Absolutely, not.
If there have been circumstances where I was hurt by what anyone did to me, I have done what God would have me do. I've forgiven whoever has hurt me.
By forgiving them, it clears my heart and mind of being hurt. And, I've continued to love them. Even if they don't love me.
I know that this has been part of me, because of my relationship with God.
Just as we read, in 1 John 4:16, "And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him."
Yes, love remains inside me, because of knowing and believing the love that God has for us.
God IS love; and as today's Bible verse tells us... he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. In other words, love is in me.
For this, I am truly grateful. And, always will be.
For I always feel love.
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...

Wake up Canada & USA...
Now, I need to address some issues here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), that you may not like to see. But, I think are important.
As I've said in the past, I believe that Canada needs to wake up. And, so does USA.
Wake up? Regarding what?
Islam.
Our doors have been open for more Muslims to come. People who claim to be refugees. And, some who are lying, and are truly terrorists.
Of course, in the past I've tried to get people to understand that all Muslims are taught exactly the same thing, through their Islamic teachings.
The only difference between some and others, is... if they are ready and willing to do what they learned Allah wants them to do. Allah, being their god... Satan.
To me, it is wonderful that some countries in Europe are accepting what I've said in the past, and are doing what they can to protect their countries and people in it.
Here is a YouTube link entitled, Orban's historic speech puts Hungary on war footing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbINrdyAXlE.
How wonderful it is that Viktor Orban, the Prime Minister of Hungary wants to shut the door to Muslims. And, by doing so, will protect their country, as much as possible.
I believe our Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau is hurting Canada, by opening the door for Islam to have more rights, here.
After all, Muslims are doing all they can throughout the world to take over, wherever they can.

In December 2016, in Berlin, Germany a truck driver was murdered; then, the truck was driven by a Somali Muslim. Yes, ISIS confirmed that it was responsible for the 12 people murdered and about 50 people injured, who were hit by the truck at a Christmas.
How peaceful is Islam?
Is it peaceful? Absolutely, not! Just as you would know if you watched all the video links on today's LwL entry, and this one coming up.
Shoebat.com posted an article entitled, 14-year-old Pakistani Christian Boy Dies After Being Set On Fire By Muslims Because He Was A Christian: http://shoebat.com/2015/04/18/14-year-old-pakistani-christian-boy-dies-after-being-set-on-fire-by-muslims-because-he-was-a-christian/.
How awful was that?!
Would you want this to happen to your child? I wouldn't.
Was this done by a Muslim group that people claim to be different than normal Muslims, like ISIS, or other groups? NO!!!!!
It was done by Muslims.
Were these Muslims being good to people? No.
Were these Muslims doing what our God would have us do? No.
We know this, by reading Ephesians 4:32, "And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."
God expects everyone in the world who belongs to Him, to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
Yes, He wants us to be forgiving, and loving to others. Not hurtful, and terrorist in actions.
My friend, please realize that I am not being nasty regarding Islam. I'm speaking truth, as God would have us do.
He's shown us that our world is in trouble.
Please, pray about our protection from Islam. And, speak up/out!
If you do, I know God will bless you.

Do It... Today!
If you read what I wrote on Life with Lynnie (LwL) on Monday, February 13th, 2017... you'll understand why I am addressing this same issue, today.
Tomorrow, our Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau and his government representatives will be trying to remove our Freedom of Speech.
Please... if you are Canadian, e-mail each person on the list shown on Monday's LwL entry. Well, I'll share it with you again, in case you need the information today:
Your local MP –
Hon Jody Wilson-Raybould, Minister of Justice:
I'm now sharing with you what I wrote, when I sent e-mails to each of those people; just so you know, I copied/pasted the message onto every e-mail I set up to send, then posted the e-mail address and sent them:
Please... do NOT remove our Freedom of Speech.
Bill M-103 will be voted on next Thursday. (Meaning, Thursday, February 16th, 2017)
Here is a list of people to write to, if you don’t have such a list, passing this on might make things easier for your contacts to do the necessary.
Regards,
(Sorry, I won't give the name of the person who e-mailed me!)

Pierre Nantel, Vice-Chair Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage:
Please... do NOT remove our Freedom of Speech.
God provided for our freedom during many wars in the past, when people fought for us to be protected and keep our freedom. Just as both my parents did during WW2.
My dad was in the Canadian army and participated in the Normandy Invasion. My mom was in the army (CWAC) and was stationed in Washington, DC, USA. Both did all they could to help keep other countries and our country in place, and freedom for them, and for us.
If you remove our Freedom of Speech, I believe you will hurt our country... and people who live here in Canada.
I pray God will bless you, if you keep our Freedom of Speech.
Lynn McKenzie
(gave my address)
Why did others and I do this? Why did we speak up/out?
I can only say that I spoke up, so that those I e-mailed would understand how important it is for them to vote and ask others to vote to keep our Freedom of Speech. By edifying them with what is truly needed, I am praying that they will do what is truly needed for us, here in Canada.
After all, we want our government to continue giving us the grace of having Freedom of Speech.
Thinking of this, brought to mind, Ephesians 4:29, "Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers."
Just as we read in today's Bible verse, we need to let no corrupt communication proceed out of our mouths, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
I pray that the hearers who received my e-mail, and others who find out about it, will do what is truly necessary... by doing whatever is available to keep our Freedom of Speech, here in Canada.
If you are Canadian and have not yet e-mailed, please... do so NOW! Tomorrow will be too late!
If you aren't Canadian, please... pray.
Thank you. May God bless you for doing what is necessary.
Until next time...

H.B. K! & Happy Valentine's Day!
Before I begin today's Life with Lynnie (LwL) entry,
I'd like to wish my
family member, K
...Happy Birthday!
I'll look forward to seeing you,
with my daughter and family,
who all love you!
Love is so very important.
Not just on birthdays,
or on special days,
like today...
Valentine's Day!
Thinking of this
made me think
of
1 John 4:7, "Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God."
Love people you know.
Love your family.
Love your friends.
Love others.
But, there's something
I feel everyone
truly
needs to do.
Love God!
And,
thank Him,
always...
for
He loves you!
Happy Valentine's Day!
Until next time...

Please... Do It!
Like in the past, I'll be sharing something with you, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL). It's regarding an e-mail message I've received.
The person I received the e-mail message from, is someone I do not know in person. The message was from someone who read LwL.
While I won't copy and paste everything written, I will share with you part of what was sent to me. Here is part of what I received (I copied/pasted):

Why am I sharing this with you?
It's because the person who sent this information to me, thinks the way I do.
Our freedom of speech, should not be removed from us, here in Canada.
Our freedom was provided by those who fought in wars, not just for others, but for our own freedom.
God provided then.
He'll provide for those of us who belong to Him. Even during rough times. Times, when people stand before us claiming to be caring, even when they aren't; like false prophets.
Just as we read, in Matthew 7:15, "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves."
Please, don't let anyone come to you in sheep's clothing. Speak up/out.
Do what you need to do, to stand up for our God.
After all, we only have a couple more days to stand up and speak up to those who will vote to keep or remove our freedom of speech.
My friend, if you are Canadian, please contact everyone on the list that was e-mailed to me, for you also need the ability to speak up/out. Just as I do.
Thank you.
If you do so, God will bless you.
Until next time...

Close...
As I've said in the past, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), today is SONday! Our Lord's Day!
It's a day when we worship. And, honour our Lord!
There is a hymn that I feel is important. It's entitled, Close to Thee. Here is a link for you to listen to and/or sing along: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umEg3gUQOgc. The lyrics are below.
Close to Thee
Just as we see/hear in the lyrics, we need to be close to our Lord.
We need to walk with Him.
We need to gain eternal life.
We need to be close to Him, because we will toil and suffer... due to being sinful.
Even so, He loves us. So very much.
Thinking of this, brought to mind, 1 John 4:10, "Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins."
Herein is love... not that we loved God, but that He loved us... and sent His Son, to be the propitiation for our sins!
It's so wonderful that God loved us so much. Even though none of us are perfect!
He provided for us, so that even though we are sinners, we will gain salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Enter Heaven when your life ends here on earth.
How? Do what was discussed, just now. Trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ... and you shall be saved (Acts 16:31).
Hallelujah!
Until next time...

Close to Thee
Thy my everlasting portion, more than friend or life to me,
All alone my pilgrim journey, Savior let me walk with Thee.
Close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee;
All alone my pilgrim journey, Savior let me walk with Thee.
All alone my pilgrim journey, Savior let me walk with Thee.
Close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee;
All alone my pilgrim journey, Savior let me walk with Thee.
Not for easy worldly pleasure, Nor for fame my prayer shall be,
Gladly will I toil and suffer, Only let me walk with Thee
Close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee;
Gladly will I toil and suffer, Only let me walk with Thee.
Gladly will I toil and suffer, Only let me walk with Thee
Close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee;
Gladly will I toil and suffer, Only let me walk with Thee.
Lead me through the veil of shadows, Bear me o'er life's fitful sea,
Then the gate of life eternal, May I enter Lord with Thee.
Close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee;
Then the gate of life eternal, May I enter Lord with Thee.
Then the gate of life eternal, May I enter Lord with Thee.
Close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee, close to Thee;

Loving...
If you've been reading Life with Lynnie (LwL) for quite a while, you'll know that there's something I do very much.
I watch movies!
Here's some I've watched:
* About Last Night, starring Rob Lowe, Demi Moore and many other actors. Please click on this link, to check out this American romantic comedy-drama film: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/About_Last_Night_(1986_film). I enjoyed this movie, even though I didn't find it truly funny.
* Mister 880, starring Burt Lancaster, Dorothy McGuire, Edmund Gwenn and many other actors. If you'd like to check out this American comedy film, please click on this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mister_880. I must admit, I enjoyed this film, because even though it wasn't of love, people cared and helped him.
* Let's Make Love, starring Marilyn Monroe, Yves Montand and other actors. To check out this musical comedy film, click on this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Let's_Make_Love. Even though this movie isn't truly about making love physically, I enjoyed that it was about loving someone.
* Surrender, starring Sally Field, Michael Caine and other actors. Click on this link, if you'd like to check out this American comedy film: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surrender_(1987_film). Even though this is a comedy film, I didn't really laugh. But, I enjoyed some of the love.
* The Prince and Me, starring Julia Stiles, Luke Mably, Ben Miller and other actors. Feel free to click on this link, to check out this romantic comedy film: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Prince_and_Me. Even though I didn't find it funny, I enjoyed the romance.
As you've probably realized, each of these films, contained caring and love. Definitely, in a human nature, but not necessarily as the Bible teaches.
After all, we are to love God. And, love others as ourselves.
Just as we read, in Mark 12:30-31, "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these."
Do you love thy neighbour as thyself? Hopefully, so.
Do you love God?
I do.
If you do, then we both have gained salvation by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ (Acts 16:31)... and will spend eternity in Heaven together, once our lives end here on earth.
Hopefully, I'll see you, there!
Until next time...

Do It! It's Important!
There's something I'd like to say, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL). It's about something I do each and every year. And, have for many years.
It's the last thing I'll discuss about being on the cruise my friend and I enjoyed together, in October 2016.
I finished reading the Bible on October 28th. This was the last day on our cruise ship, before we returned to Tampa, Florida, USA and flew home to Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
As I've said in the past, every year I read the Bible. The whole Bible. Not just parts of it.
Once I've finished reading the entire Word of God, I usually just choose parts that I want to re-read.
Then, on January 1st of each year, I begin reading the Bible, again. And, begin reading in Genesis, like I do, always.
Just as I did, again this year!
Reading the Bible, is so very important.
Just as we read, in 2 Timothy 3:16, "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"
All scripture is given by inspiration of God... and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. Just as we read in today's Bible verse.
God provided His Word, for us.
Yes, people wrote the books of the Bible. But, God inspired the writers.
This was done to help us understand what God wants us to know.
Hopefully, you do as I do.
Do you read the Bible? The whole Bible?
If you haven't, please... do so.
Learning from God, has made me truly thankful. And, I feel truly blessed.
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...

Cozumel, Mexico
If you've been reading Life with Lynnie (LwL) lately, you'll know that my friend and I went on a cruise. Plus, you'll already have read that we visited Grand Cayman Island.
The other place we visited on the cruise, was... Cozumel, Mexico!
I feel I should let you know that when my now deceased husband Gordon was alive, we had visited Cozumel, Mexico a couple of times.
The first time we arrived on a cruise, we went ashore.
A fairly new shopping area had been built. There were only a few stores, that were not next to each other. They were a fair distance apart. But, we enjoyed it!
The second time we arrived there, we and another couple paid to have a taxi drive us around the area. We saw some beautiful places... including beaches!
However, when my friend and I arrived on the cruise we were on, everything seemed very different!
When we went ashore, we walked a very long walkway. This led us into a building that contained duty-free products.
It was shocking to me, to walk through there!
Why? Because it was another extremely long place to walk. And, it was filled with so many people, it was hard to get through!
We did get through. Then, we went through customs and found ourselves in the shopping area.
Was it the same as when Gordon and I had been there in the past? Absolutely, not!
There were so many shops, restaurants and other companies there, that it seemed like a hundred places... or more!
My goodness! It wasn't just shocking to me. It kept us busy shopping!
We left that area and thought about going into town.
But, we stopped and sat for a few minutes before we were going to move on. Then, my friend suggested that we truly didn't need to do any travelling in town, and wanted to return onto the ship.
We did, even though I truly didn't want to go back, yet. It had been my desire to go and look around, together.
Even so, I agreed to do what my friend wanted, because I wanted to be loving to her.
Much like we read, in Hebrews 10:24, "And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:"
Yes, we need to consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works.
Loving my friend, we got aboard the ship and relaxed, for a while.
It truly touches my heart to spend time with someone I care for. So, I felt blessed.
And, thanked our Lord!
Until next time...

Hell, G.C.I.
As I mentioned here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), my friend and I went to Tampa, Florida, USA.
After being there a couple of days at the hotel, we headed for the cruise I had arranged for us.
Knowing I have not been well, I had arranged to be helped to board the ship by using a wheelchair. This actually helped both of us, and not just me, alone.
Why?
Well, we didn't have to line up behind several hundreds of people who were lined up waiting to board the ship! We only waited a short time, to be able to check in, and was given help to go onboard. Of course, our luggage was taken for us. I thanked God!
While my friend probably enjoyed the whole cruise, I wasn't truly happy. I had never before been on a ship for that cruise line.
They didn't do something that I knew they were supposed to do. Sorry, I won't discuss it. But, I will say that even now, my brother, B... thinks I should file a complaint with the USA Coastguard. I'll let you know I haven't done it. But, I'm still thinking about doing it.
In any case, I believe that both my friend and I enjoyed most of the cruise.
I should let you know that while we were on the cruise, we met two (2) couples, who actually live in Windsor, Ontario, Canada... where we live! One (1) of those couples were actually seated at our dinner table!
I won't tell you everything about the cruise, but I will let you know that on the evening before we went ashore at Grand Cayman Island, something happened that was funny.
While we were being served dinner, a couple at our table asked if we were going ashore onto Grand Cayman Island. We said we were.
They asked us if we were arranging a tour.
I replied that I had been on that island many years ago, with my now deceased husband, Gordon. And, wanted to go to Hell, with my friend. We weren't going to take a tour. We were going to take a local bus; just as Gordon and I had done.
Our server heard this... and looked shocked. He made a remark, asking us what we meant when we said we were going to Hell!
I explained that on the island, there is a location where there is something physically there that looks much like Hell would look like. And, that place is called... Hell.
Everyone was shocked! No one knew. But, I did. And, so did my friend, who I had told about it.
Here's a link for you to read about Hell on Grand Cayman Island: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hell,_Grand_Cayman.
The next day, when we went ashore, we couldn't find bus stops. :( So, I asked someone who looked like they lived there, where the bus stops were located.
The lady said they no longer have bus stops. Instead, all we had to do was to look at any/all vans driving there, and wave at them. If they were tour buses, they wouldn't stop. But, if it was a local bus, they would honk their horn, and stop.
We did exactly that.
Going on the local bus, there were people who joined us in the van and left the van at various places. When we arrived where Hell is located, we were alone on the bus, with the driver. Instead of him just dropping us off at the corner, he actually took us directly to the Hell area.
Wow! How amazing!
He also told us to walk to the corner, after we were done seeing the area. There is where we should only get on a bus #1 or #2. We thanked him, especially since it only took us about 15 or 20 minutes to get there, and would know how to return to the port area.
To be honest, the area was very different than when my now deceased husband, Gordon and I had been there, years ago. At that time, we entered the area on a walkway that was built over top of the rocks. There was boiling water; yes, the walkway was hot, but it didn't take long to walk to the end, even though it was curved and not strait.
When my friend and I were there, the walkway no longer existed.
I realized the rocks were much higher. The area looked different, but it still looked like a living Hell.
We did some shopping at the stores. We bought some postcards, wrote them, and mailed them from the post office located at Hell. The postal worker, took the postcards, and stamped them. The stamp said... Hell, Grand Cayman Island.
While we waited for the bus, to return to the port area, it began raining. Bus #3 arrived. My friend spoke with the driver, even though the previous bus driver told us to look only for bus # 1 or bus #2.
The driver told us to get on his bus. He would take us to the port area. So, we did.
In a way, it was a blessing going on bus #3. Why? Well, instead of taking only 15 or 20 minutes to drive to the port area, it took about an hour.
Even though it took longer, we felt blessed seeing more of the island! We realized that God showed us grace.
Thinking of this, I thought about 2 Corinthians 9:8, "And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:"
Yes, God is able to make all grace abound towards us; that we, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.
You may think this is strange to think of this, but I must say that we had actually done good work, during our dinner the evening before arriving at the island.
When we returned and had dinner after being at Hell, the server who heard us mention Hell the evening before, asked if we were now going to Heaven. lol I commented that when God decides when to end my life, I would definitely be going to Heaven. Many people chuckled.
The couple who asked us about going ashore the evening before, said they went and tried to find bus stops... and couldn't find any. So, they hired a tour driver, for a much lower cost than what was offered aboard the ship.
They told us they paid US$20 each for the tour, plus gave the driver a tip of US$5 each; this meant they paid a total of US$25 each to go to Hell. We heard they were happy it worked out well for them. :)
I whispered to my friend, to not say anything about what the bus cost us. Yes, we did tell the people that we found out how to get a bus ride. But, we didn't tell them that the return trip only cost us US$5 each.
Our good work, caused the couple to spend about half the money they would have, had they booked on the ship.
God blessed us, too. His grace helped us go to Hell, at a very low cost... with an excellent trip, where we heard about and saw places on the island.
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...

Long Time...
If you didn't read Life with Lynnie (LwL) yesterday, I would suggest you do so.
This way, you'll know that the first couple of days on my vacation weren't great. Yet, I felt blessed and thankful to God.
Before I tell you about my friend and I going on the cruise, I need to let you know that the airline we used did something that hurt both my friend and I.
We were flying from Windsor, Ontario, Canada to Tampa, Florida, USA.
In Windsor, while waiting to board the airplane, an airline representative came over and spoke with my friend and I. Plus a few other people.
We were told that the plane was going to be full. We were told that because of so many people on board, they didn't think there was enough room for everyone's carry-on baggage and wanted us to give them our carry-on baggage so they could place it with our checked baggage... without charging us any additional fee. So, we did that.
When we arrived in Tampa and got our baggage (luggage, I call it), we found that both my friend's carry-on bag and mine, were damaged.
My friend's carry-on bag was ripped open at a seam. Mine, was damaged in a different way. The handle system that allows anyone to pull it on it's wheels, was not just broken, it was missing!
We were told to go to the office, to do paperwork to notify the airline company.
When we arrived at airline's office, the male worker said he'd be ready to help us in about 10 minutes, because he had paperwork to finish, first. So, we waited.
Not just 10 minutes, though. We waited about two (2) hours!
Why?
Five (5) or six (6) men came to the office to file a complaint. They didn't wait after us. They were helped before us, women. Talk about stress!! This was tragic.
Afterwards, my friend and I went to the hotel that I mentioned about, yesterday.
On our way there, and on our way to the cruise ship, my friend helped carry my carry-on baggage that was unable to be pulled. For this, I thanked her. Just so you know, we repacked the checked in baggage so there wouldn't be more to carry.
Even though we worked it out, I must admit, this did not make me happy. Even so, I was thankful that together we made a way to deal with the problem.
I wish you knew how my heart was blessed, by being helped by my friend. After all, I felt that we dwell in our Lord, because we both love Him.
Thinking of this, brought to mind, 1 John 4:13, "Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit."
Amen! We dwell in Him, and He in us, because He hath given us of His Spirit.
Hallelujah!
His Spirit, helped us to figure out what to do. He led us to do it.
For this, I was truly thankful. And, always will be.
Until next time...

Live Life
Hopefully, you have read Life with Lynnie (Lwl) for the last few days. If so, you'll know that I'm discussing something that has happened in my life.
It's something, concerning... friendship.
If you have read LwL, then you are aware that I used my Airmiles.ca points to pay for my friend's cruise and airfare. Yes, we both paid for our taxes, fees, port charges, etc., but by using my airmiles points, I saved her between $1,000 - 1,100.
You'll also know that before I booked the cruise and the air flight, she agreed to do things I suggested. But, after I booked the cruise, she changed her mind, which was why I arranged the airfare.
After arranging the airfare, my friend let me know she changed her mind about sharing a car rental fee for a couple days, in Florida.
She made it clear that she didn't want to do anything I wanted to do. And, told me that she would only do what she wanted to do.
She wanted to just be in the pool, or sit in the sun beside the pool. Which is what she did, when we were in Tampa, Florida, USA.
What did I do?
To me... nothing, really.
Okay, I walked from our room, to sit in the open area where the front desk was located.
I would sometimes use their computer. I would sometimes just take my Bible, and read it. And, sometimes, I just took a deck of cards, and sat at a table where I could play Solitaire.
Sometimes, I would have a cup of tea.
All this was done in between times when I had to lay down, in our room.
Yes, it was upsetting to me that my friend knew I could not go into the pool, due to my health problem. Plus, she knew that I couldn't sit out in the sun for a long time.
Even so, I forgave her. And, didn't treat her badly.
Why? Because, I loved her. And, wanted to show her love.
After all, that's what God wants us to do.
Just as we read, in 1 John 4:8, "He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love."
In my heart, I always want to love people. Even if they hurt me.
Why?
Because just as we read in today's Bible verse, He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
And, I wanted to make sure I loved my friend. Even though I felt she was not loving me.
Was this easy?
Not really.
But, God showed me love from someone else, at that hotel.
The male desk clerk worked at the desk on both days. He saw that my friend did everything she wanted to do. And, he saw that I could not do much of anything.
On both afternoons, while I was seated in the area having tea, he came up to me, and asked if I would like to have a muffin.
This was shocking! You see, after breakfast time, there is no food, there. Everything is removed.
Yet, he felt badly that I was there spending all my time... alone. Doing nothing... that would seem to be what people would do while on vacation.
For this, I thanked him, and agreed. Both afternoons, he gave me muffins.
Believe me when I say, I prayed for him. And, praised him... to God.
Yes, I thanked God for touching that fellow's heart. For, I felt that he showed me a form of love.
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...

Go and Say...
With today being SONday, I'll be sharing something with you, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL).
As I'm sure you're aware, I enjoy worshipping through music!
Today, I'm sharing with you a hymn that is entitled, I'll Go Where You Want Me To Go. Here is a link for you to listen to and/or sing along: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XS17lrLxxrg. The lyrics are below.
I'll Go Where You Want Me To Go
It may not be on the mountain’s height, or over the stormy sea;
It may not be at the battle’s front my Lord will have need of me;
But if by a still, small voice He calls to paths I do not know,
I’ll answer, dear Lord, with my hand in Yours,
I’ll go where You want me to go.
Perhaps today there are loving words which Jesus would have me speak;
There may be now, in the paths of sin, some wanderer whom I should seek.
O Savior, if You will be my Guide, though dark and rugged the way,
My voice shall echo the message sweet,
I’ll say what You want me to say.
There’s surely somewhere a lowly place in earth’s harvest fields so wide,
Where I may labor through life’s short day for Jesus, the Crucified.
So, trusting my all to Thy tender care, and knowing Thou lovest me!
I’ll do Thy will with a heart sincere,
I’ll be what You want me to be.
As I'm sure you're aware, I enjoy worshipping through music!

But if by a still, small voice He calls to paths I do not know,
I’ll answer, dear Lord, with my hand in Yours,
I’ll go where You want me to go.
I’ll go where You want me to go, dear Lord,
O’er mountain, or plain, or sea;
I’ll say what You want me to say, dear Lord,
I’ll be what You want me to be.
O’er mountain, or plain, or sea;
I’ll say what You want me to say, dear Lord,
I’ll be what You want me to be.
Perhaps today there are loving words which Jesus would have me speak;
There may be now, in the paths of sin, some wanderer whom I should seek.
O Savior, if You will be my Guide, though dark and rugged the way,
My voice shall echo the message sweet,
I’ll say what You want me to say.
I’ll go where You want me to go, dear Lord,
O’er mountain, or plain, or sea;
I’ll say what You want me to say, dear Lord,
I’ll be what You want me to be.
O’er mountain, or plain, or sea;
I’ll say what You want me to say, dear Lord,
I’ll be what You want me to be.
I’ll go where You want me to go, dear Lord,
O’er mountain, or plain, or sea;
I’ll say what You want me to say, dear Lord,
I’ll be what You want me to be.
O’er mountain, or plain, or sea;
I’ll say what You want me to say, dear Lord,
I’ll be what You want me to be.
We need to say what He wants us to say.
We need to do what He wants us to do.
Just as we read, in Jeremiah 1:7, "But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak."
To me, it was wonderful that at the end of the hymn, today's Bible verse was there.
Why?
It confirms that we need to go to all that He sends us, and whatever He commands us, we shall speak.
Much like what we saw/heard in the lyrics.
He wants us to commit ourselves to Him, by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ. By doing this, we gain salvation.
I have.
Have you?
If so, then some day I'll see you in Heaven. And, together, we'll be blessed spending eternity with Him.
Until next time...
