P & B...

If you read yesterday's Life with Lynnie (LwL) entry, you'll know that I discussed an issue that everyone in the world needs to understand.

Today, I'm sharing with you an e-mail I received, yesterday... after I had already posted LwL's entry.  It was from the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ).

I copied/pasted the e-mail message to share it with you:

Two Christian pastors on trial face possible death.

In Sudan, there is a deadly crackdown on Christians.

Two Christian pastors - Rev. Hassan Abduraheem and Rev. Kuwa Shamal - have been arrested and imprisoned by Sudan's Islamist Security Services on trumped-up national security charges because of their Christian faith.

They're on trial, facing possible death sentences because they are Christians.

At the ACLJ, we're launching a massive international legal advocacy campaign, mobilizing our global resources - including our offices in the region - demanding these innocent Christians be freed.

They could be sentenced to hang for their faith if the world is silent.

Christian Pastors Hassan and Kuwa need your voice now. Time is of the essence, as the trial continues. Our silence could be their death.

Other Christians facing death in Sudan are now free because you spoke out. Be heard now for these persecuted Christians.

Sign Our NEW Petition: Save Christian Pastors from Death.

Jay Sekulow
ACLJ Chief Counsel

After reading this, hopefully you realize that we truly need to be helping other people.  Especially fellow Christians who are facing death, due to the persecution they are experiencing.

Even though they are suffering, they are blessed.  By our God.

Just as we read, in Luke 6:22, "Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake."

Yes, for the Son of man's sake, our fellow Christians who are being persecuted by Muslims are blessed... even though they are separated from those who care for them, by being imprisoned by Muslims, simply because they are Christian.

You don't need to live in USA to sign the petition, even though that is where ACLJ is located.

Please, sign the petition.  I did, even though I live in Canada.

Do whatever you can to help those being persecuted.

And, pray.

May God bless you for what you do.

Until next time...
