Faithful in Christ...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I am sharing something with you that I feel is important.  At least, it is to me.

Being CHRISTmas Eve, it's a very special day.

Maybe not to everyone, because there are some people who do not want to celebrate Jesus' birth on December 25th.  Some people are against it, because no one truly knows the exact date of His birth.

However, to me... knowing that so many people celebrate CHRISTmas, it's important.  For, it gives us a special seasonal time to help people become faithful in our Lord, Jesus Christ.

This is why I've decided to share this CHRISTmas carol, with you.  It's entitled, O Come All Ye Faithful.  Here is a link for you to click on, to listen to and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-SIYcNnJA20.  The lyrics are below.

O Come All Ye Faithful

O come, all ye faithful, joyful and triumphant!
O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem;
Come and behold him
Born the King of Angels:
O come, let us adore Him,

O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
Christ the Lord.

Yea, Lord, we greet thee, born this happy morning;
Jesus, to thee be all glory given!
Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing!
O come, let us adore Him,

O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
Christ the Lord.

O come, let us adore Him,
Come, let us adore Him.
Christ the Lord!

As the lyrics tell us, we need to adore Christ the Lord.

By doing so, we are faithful.  And, we need to be.

Just as we read, in Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast."

By grace we are saved through faith; and not of ourselves, for it is the gift of God.

The birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ... is so very important.

God, our Father... sent His Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ... to earth.

By doing this, Jesus fulfilled the plan of redemption that God our Father had for us.

Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for the sin of the world... for all who would believe upon Him.

I'm so grateful that God our Father had this plan of redemption for us.  And, I'm thankful our Lord, Jesus Christ came to earth to fulfill the plan of redemption for us.

By doing so, God created a way for us to gain salvation.  A way for us to spend eternity with Him, in Heaven, after our life ends, here on earth.

All we have to do is to trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ... and we'll be saved.

I have gained salvation.

Have you?

If you have you'll be blessed... forever.

Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...
