Celebration #2...

If you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) yesterday, you'll know that I used an evening last week, to celebrate Jesus' birth... with some family members.

Then, with Saturday, December 24th being CHRISTmas Eve, I was able to attend church at the evening service.  It was lovely celebrating the birth of Jesus!

Seeing people sing was wonderful. 

Not just a choir group.  But, also individuals.  Some of whom also played instruments!

Of course, we also sang CHRISTmas carols!

Prayer time was wonderful, also. 

After all, we need to be able to thank Him, for everything He did for us.  For He came to earth.

Just as we read, in John 1:14, " And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."

Yes, the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us.  We beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

How wonderful it was to be able to attend the church service.

How wonderful it was to be able to glorify our Lord.

How wonderful it was to thank God the Father, for sending Jesus to us.

For this, I will always be thankful.
