Thou Goest...

As you will understand, if you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) yesterday, I felt blessed having been able to spend time with members and other brothers and sisters in the Lord, while enjoying fellowship time, and lunch, after the worship service at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, on Sunday.

I'd like to say that even though I worship at a Baptist church, I truly enjoy worship at Presbyterian churches, as well.  You may not know this, but my great-grandparents from Northern Ireland, were married at Trinity Presbyterian church, in Ballymoney, Co. Antrim.  A church that I've actually attended and worshipped at.

During the fellowship time in the gym, as I mentioned, I spoke with some people I knew.

Some were people I spent time with during their Friendship group gatherings.

Others were those who attended the speaking event I was invited to do.  Some had even purchased copies of the book I wrote:  Love Never Fails You...

Many were actually on the prayer team, who prayed for healing for me.

My sister in the Lord, K... who was the leader of the prayer team, spoke with me.  We enjoyed our conversation together.

K, let me know that even though it was humanly sad that their church building was shutting down, she was happy that St. Andrew's had been a blessing to many people.  For this, I praise God!

K proved that she was one of many St. Andrew's members who were not afraid concerning the closing of their church building.

Thinking of this, brought to mind Joshua 1:9, "Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."

Yes, those I spoke with seemed strong.  And, of good courage.  They were not afraid, nor dismayed.  They realized that the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

Seeing this being felt by many brothers and sisters in the Lord, truly touched my heart.  In a good way.

Where those people will actually go to attend worship, is unknown to me.  But, God will lead them.  Just as He always leads each of His family members.

Are you a family member of God's?

Do you know how to become a family member of God?

It's simple.  And, easy.

All you have to do, is trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ and you will be saved (Acts 16:31).

When you have done this, and gained salvation, you will be led by Him, throughout your life.

And, when your physical life here on earth ends, you won't spend eternity in Hell, separated from God, with no chance of escape.  You will spend eternity in Heaven, with Him.

Hopefully, I'll see you, in Heaven.  Blessings...

Until next time...
