Hopefully, you've read Life with Lynnie (LwL) for a long time.
If you haven't, then please understand that today, is special. At least, to me.
Years ago, I drove a school bus in the Brampton, Mississauga and Toronto areas. Something happened that totally changed my life.
Today, is the anniversary of the day when a tractor-trailer driver hit the school bus I was driving.
This happened only a few minutes after I had dropped off about 53 children in Mississauga. I had just returned to Brampton, to go and park the bus.
Just so you know, I wrote a chapter about it, in the book I authored entitled, Love Never Fails You...

While I don't really want to discuss this collision, I must admit that the driver of that truck was truly sinful.
Isn't it funny that I would say that? I feel that way, since I have written lately much about sin, here on LwL.
But, in my mind, it is true.
Why do I think this?
Because, what that truck driver did was not good. And, was not what he was supposed to do.
What happened was not good to me, or my daughter who was on the bus with me. Or, even for my other daughter and other family members who were affected by what happened.
Even though that truck driver knew what he should have done, he didn't do it.
This made me think of James 4:17, "Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin."
Yes, to he that knows to do good, and doesn't do it, to him... it is sin.
Did I like this sin that happened?
Please know that I have forgiven that truck driver.
I must admit that even though my life totally changed, God helped me.
For this, I am thankful. And, always will be... for He has helped me, every day of my life.
Thank You, Lord!
Until next time...
