Blessed...

Being our Lord's Day, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL) I'll be sharing something with you.  Music.

Yes, it's our day of worship.

We'll worship in spirit and in truth.  And, through music.

A hymn came to mind.  So, I decided to share it with you.

It's entitled, Blessed Be the Lord God Almighty.  Here's a link for you to listen to and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAcq6wOuLlc.  The lyrics are below.

Blessed Be the Lord God Almighty

Father in heaven how we love You We lift Your name in all the earth.
May Your kingdom be established in our praises,
As Your people declare Your mighty works!

Blessed be the Lord God Almighty Who was and is and is to come.
Blessed be the Lord God Almighty Who reigns forevermore.

Father of mercy be exalted, may Jesus' name be lifted high
For His sacrifice of love has won my pardon
And His resurrection power gives me life.

Blessed be the Lord God Almighty Who was and is and is to come.
Blessed be the Lord God Almighty Who reigns forevermore.

Blessed be the Lord God Almighty Who was and is and is to come.
Blessed be the Lord God Almighty Who reigns forevermore.

Who reigns forevermore
Who reigns forevermore
Who reigns forevermore...

(This portion was not recorded:
Oh God most Holy we adore You, We lay our all before Your throne.
May the fragrance of Your presence be about us
As we purpose to worship You alone!

Blessed be the Lord God Almighty Who was and is and is to come.
Blessed be the Lord God Almighty Who reigns forevermore.)

Yes... blessed be the Lord!

That's something I do.  I bless Him, in good times.  I bless Him also in not such good times for me.

But, I bless Him.

Thinking of blessing the Lord, brought to mind Psalm 103:22, "Bless the Lord, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul."

Bless the Lord!

We truly all need to do this, because all His works are in all places of His dominion.  And, we are blessed through and by... Him!

My friend, hopefully you also bless the Lord.  Just as I do.

If you do, you'll also be blessed!

Until next time...
