Thank You!

Like I've mentioned before, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), today is a day of worship.  It's our Lord's Day!

Worshipping in spirit and in truth is so very important.  So is worshipping through music.

A hymn I thought I would share today, is by Sovereign Grace Music and is entitled, Jesus, Thank You.  Here is a link for you to listen to and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCLprO_x82s.  The lyrics are below.

Jesus, Thank You

The mystery of the cross I cannot comprehend,
The agonies of Calvary.
You, the Perfect Holy One, crushed Your Son,
Drank the bitter cup reserved for me.

Your blood has washed away my sin,
Jesus, thank You.
The Father's wrath completely satisfied,
Jesus, thank You.
Once Your enemy, now seated at Your table,
Jesus, thank You.

By Your perfect sacrifice I've been brought near,
Your enemy made Your friend.
Pouring out the riches of Your glorious grace,
Your mercy and your kindness know no end.

Your blood has washed away my sin,
Jesus, thank You.
The Father's wrath completely satisfied,
Jesus, thank You.
Once Your enemy, now seated at Your table,
Jesus, thank You.

Your blood has washed away my sin,
Jesus, thank You.
The Father's wrath completely satisfied,
Jesus, thank You.
Once Your enemy, now seated at Your table,
Jesus, thank You.

(recorded lyrics are used)

Lover of my soul
I want to live for You!
Lover of my soul
I want to live for You!
Lover of my soul
I want to live for You!
Lover of my soul
I want to live for You!

Your blood has washed away my sin,
Jesus, thank You.
The Father's wrath completely satisfied,
Jesus, thank You.
Once Your enemy, now seated at Your table,
Jesus, thank You.

Like the lyrics quote, I feel I want to live for Jesus.

He's my Saviour.

I love Him.

And, I know He loves me.

He loves me so much that He gave His life to pay for the sin of the world, of all who will believe upon Him.

Just as we read, in John 3:16-17, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."

Yes, God so loved the world that he sent His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

God didn't send His Son to condemn the world and everyone in it, but rather that the world through Him might be saved.

Thank You, Lord!

Please know that I pray for every person who reads LwL, that they will gain salvation... since God provided provided a way for them to do so.

If you have not yet gained salvation, all you need to do is trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ... just as you read, today.  If you do, you become part of God's family.

May you become my brother or sister in the Lord!

Prayer for you, will continue.  Blessings...

Until next time...
