Hallelujah!

Every now and then, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I discuss important issues.  Like I will, today.

Facebook (FB) friends share postings with me, from time to time.  Well... okay... daily.

One of my FB friends shares postings regarding Muslims.

I won't say who this FB friend is.  But, I will say that I appreciate receiving the postings he shares.

Many of the postings show what is happening to Christians throughout parts of the world.

Most of the postings he shares with me, show the fact that Islam is hurting others.  Both Christians, and sometimes of Muslims who are of different Islamic groups.

What he shared with me recently was a horrible situation.  However, it was also a blessing.

If you read the article, you'll know that a 15 year old girl from northern Iraq was kidnapped, raped and sold into sex slavery.

After being abused and even after having a child, she was able to get away.  She was able to return home.

For this, I praise God!

After all, those who do not belong to our God, even in this day and age sometimes commit violence.

Like we read, in Genesis 6:11, "The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence."

While this verse in Genesis applied time wise before God was there for them, it sort of applies even today.

After all, not everyone belongs to our God.

Some belong to other gods.

Do you belong to God?  My God?

Do you know how to belong to Him?

It's simple.

All you have to do is trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ and you shall be saved (Acts 16:31).

Once you've done this, you then belong to God.  And, will spend eternity with Him in Heaven.

For this, be thankful.  Always.

Until next time...
