From time to time, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I discuss and share with you e-mail messages I receive.  I'll be doing that, today.

On March 8th, 2016, I received an e-mail message from the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ).  Here is what I received (I copied and pasted it):

Christians are beheaded. Children are sold into sex slavery.

They are abducted, raped, and massacred throughout the Middle East.

It is our solemn duty to protect them.

At the ACLJ, we won't allow the Gospel to be buried with the bodies of our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Yesterday we presented an oral intervention at the United Nations (U.N.) to expose and stop rampant child rape and torture.

At the European Court of Human Rights, U.N., and State Department, we've filed testimony, briefs, and legal documents defending Christians from genocidal jihadists. Key bills - incorporating our recommendations to recognize the genocide, protect Christians, and fight the sexual torture of children - are moving in Congress.

In just three days, we are presenting another critical oral intervention at the U.N. to protect Christians from genocide.

We need your voice now.

Sign Our Petition: Stop the Sexual Torture of Children.
Sign Our Petition: Call it Genocide; Protect Christians.

I thought that most people knew what ACLJ was.  However, recently on Facebook (FB), a FB friend who claimed to be extensively educated, had no idea what ACLJ is.

Just so you know, it is a Christian organization.  It's set up to help our brothers and sisters in the Lord, who are being persecuted for their faith.

Do you think that we Christians suffer persecution?

Yes.  It happens.

Just as we read, in 2 Timothy 3:12, "Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution."

My friend, please... do what you can to help those who are being persecuted.

Sign petitions.  Speak up.  Speak out.

And, of course... pray.

If you do, God will bless you.

Until next time...
