Today, on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'd like to let you know that Sunday wasn't the only day I spent time with my church family. Saturday morning, was time when we enjoyed time, together.
My friend, C joined me. We sat together during another seminar that we attended.
The seminar held by my pastor, was wonderful! It was a true blessing.
Afterwards, lunch was provided. Normally, we are able to have some time together. Not just to eat, but also to talk and pray.
Last Saturday was different, though.
I didn't stay for lunch. Nor, was I able to have conversation with my friend, C or other brothers and sisters in the Lord.
You see, another friend had asked me to take her to see some rental units in apartment buildings. This was so she could get an idea as to where she will want to live, once it becomes time for her to move after selling her condominium.
So, off we went.
We saw units in three (3) apartment buildings. Even so, there was only one (1) building, where my friend, A felt comfortable.
I must admit, I truly liked that building, as well.
This week, we'll be seeing other complexes. Finding places where A feels comfortable about moving into, will help her to have an idea where she may move into.
Of course, prayer is needed.
A, knows this. And, so do I.
So, we both prayed. And, will continue to pray.
Because, we both realize that we need to approach God, and have Him provide for her need.
Thinking of this, brought to mind, Jeremiah 33:3, "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."
We both realize that when we call unto Him, He will answer us. And, will show us great and mighty things... even things we don't know about.
We don't know where A will live, once she needs to move.
Just as He knows everything that will happen in our lives. And, will show us great and mighty things that we aren't aware of.
We need to trust Him... for everything.
Have you gained salvation?
Hopefully, you have. For if you have, you'll be provided for by Him, in the best of ways.
If you haven't, then you'll suffer for eternity. For without gaining salvation, you'll be separated from God, and will spend eternity in Hell, with no chance of escape.
My friend, I pray that you have gained salvation. After all, it's not hard. It's easy.
All you need to do is trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, and you will be saved (Acts 16:31).
Until next time...
