If you read yesterday's Life with Lynnie (LwL) entry, you'll know that I mentioned that I didn't just spend time with my church family, only on Sunday.

Well, at least not this past weekend.  You see, on Saturday morning we had a seminar scheduled to happen.

The topic of the seminar was The Trinity.

Just like the last time we had a Saturday morning seminar, a couple of friends decided to join in.  There's something I should mention.

At 9:00 a.m., while I was still at home, my cell phone rang.  It was my friend C, who had driven our friend S to where we were to meet at our church building.

C wondered why the building's front door was still locked.

When I realized she and S were there, it made me chuckle.  :)  Why?  Because the seminar wasn't due to begin until 10:00 a.m.

Even though our conversation was a light-hearted laughing situation, I felt badly that they arrived an hour before the scheduled time.

When I arrived, both C and S were already there.

They were seated in the same seats they sat in the last time we participated together for the seminar, about Regeneration.  This meant I was able to sit in the same seat as previously used, also!  :)

When the seminar ended, we all enjoyed lunch, together.  It seemed that we all liked the meal we had.

Unfortunately, S wasn't feeling well.  So, C took her home.

Knowing that C wanted to do what was needed by S, made me think about how she always thinks about other people.  And, their needs.

This brought to mind, Philippians 2:4, "Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others."

Yes, we need to not look always at our own needs.  But, we need to look on the things, or needs of other people.

Knowing that C has a loving heart and a caring attitude, made me feel happy for her.  For she truly fulfills God's Word, in many ways.

While I'm not perfect, I know that I do what I can to help others.  Whenever I can.

Hopefully, you do also.  May God bless you, if you do.

Until next time...
