Again...

Every now and then, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I let you know about music.  Today, is one of those days.

A song that seems to have been important to me, was sung by Carly Simon.  It's entitled, Coming Around Again.  Here is a link for you to listen and/or sing along:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eb3nqhz5VOU.  The lyrics are below.

Coming Around Again

Baby sneezes
Mommy pleases
Daddy breezes in

So good on paper
So romantic
But so bewildering

I know nothing stays the same
But if you're willing to play the game
It's coming around again

So don't mind if I fall apart
There's more room in a broken heart

You pay the grocer
You fix the toaster
You kiss the host goodbye

Then you break a window
Burn the souffle
Scream a lullaby

I know nothing stays the same
But if you're willing to play the game
It's coming around again

So don't mind if I fall apart
There's more room in a broken heart

And I believe in love
But what else can I do?
I'm so in love with you

I know nothing stays the same
But if you're willing to play the game
It will be coming around again

(Love)
Baby sneezes
(I believe in love)
Mommy pleases
(I believe in love)
Daddy breezes in
(I believe in love)

(Love)
I know nothing stays the same
(I believe in love)
But if you're willing to play the game
(I believe in love)
It will be coming around again
(I believe in love)

(Love)
I do believe, I do believe
(I believe in love)
I believe in love
(I believe in love)
I believe in love
(I believe in love)
Coming around again, coming around again

(Love)
Nothing stays the same
(I believe in love)
But if you're willing to play the game
(I believe in love)
It will be coming around again
(I believe in love)

I believe in love
(Love, I believe in love)
I believe in love
(I believe in love)
And it's coming around again
(I believe in love)

(Love, I believe in love)

Yes, I believe in love.

I believe I have lost human love.  After all, my husband Gordon, is no longer alive, here on earth.  And, he truly loved me.

However, the best love of all comes from God.

Just as we read in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

God loved the world so much, that He gave His only begotten Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ, so that whoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Everlasting life.  How wonderful is that?!

In my opinion, there is no greater love than this.

Knowing that Jesus will be coming to earth again, it's like the lyrics of today's song says... it's coming around again.

For this, I am truly grateful.  Thank You, Lord!

Until next time...
