Such Is!

Much like I've done in the past, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll be letting you know about how I enjoyed worshipping yesterday, with my church family.

I must admit, I truly enjoyed being with my church family.  But, also with my family!

Well, not my whole family.  However, my granddaughter, A was with me, again!

Thank You, Lord!

You see, even though I have many grandchildren, A is the only grandchild I have been able to bring to attend SONday School, on a regular basis.

Yes, I did bring a couple of her brothers years ago, but it wasn't continuously.  They only joined me a few times.

As for A, this is different.  Every Sunday, for the last few weeks, I have driven to her home, picked her up and had her join me, to worship.

By doing this, it means I haven't been able to attend the Adult Sunday school/Bible study class.  But to me, this is even more important being able to bring along my granddaughter!

You see, in my heart, it is important for every child to come to know Jesus.  And, begin to love Him.

Not just due to the sake of learning.  But, also because Jesus said to let the little children come unto Him.

Just as we read, in Mark 10:13-14, "And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
¹⁴ But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God."

Yes, many... if not all, who attend Sunday school as a child, come to know and love Jesus.  It's for this reason that such is the kingdom of God!

It is what God would have happen for each of us.

It is sad to me, that NOT each and every one of us... as a child, attend Sunday school at a Bible-believing, Bible-teaching church group/family of brothers and sisters.  Even so, I am truly grateful this is happening to my granddaughter, A.

For this I am thankful.  And, always will be.  Especially, since A will be able to come to know and love Jesus.
