At some point, here on LwL, I need to tell you about me leaving Lake Havasu City, Arizona, USA, and returning to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
After all, that is where I needed to be, to return the rental car, and fly back to Detroit, Michigan, USA.
Saying goodbye to my family isn't easy. And, wasn't that day.
Still, it had to be done.
I drove north on Arizona Hwy #95, then drove west on I-40. After entering California in Needles, I was able to once again head north on Hwy #95.
Eventually, I made it to Bullhead City, Arizona, once again. Then, I crossed over the bridge leading to Laughlin, Nevada.
Leaving Laughlin, I drove west to where I turned onto Nevada Hwy #95. And, headed north until I was able to access Las Vegas.
On the way, I drove past an area called... Christmas Tree Pass. In this area are desert-type trees topped with a floral-type look, that sort of resembles the top of Christmas trees. Take a look!

After doing some shopping, I made my way to where I had to return my rented car. Then, I was transported to the airport.
It was sad, yet happy to fly to Detroit. After all, no one would probably stay away from home, forever, after travelling for a while.
At least, not me.
I like to enjoy life, travelling. But, I also like to enjoy life, as God provides, even at home.
Yes, He provides. He is my Lord, who is always there for me.
Much like we read, in Deuteronomy 7:9, "Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;"
God keeps His covenant and mercy for me. And, for all who love Him and keep His commandments. He will do this for a thousand generations, just as we read in today's Bible verse.
Yes, He provided mercy for me. Travelling mercy, as a safe trip back to not just Detroit, Michigan, USA. But, He also brought me back home to Windsor, Ontario, Canada, safely!
