We Shall... He Will!

If you read Life with Lynnie (LwL) yesterday, you'll know that I discussed how my church family worshipped and honoured students and dads, this past SONday.  Father's Day.

After our worship service, we all went into our fellowship room.

There, we all enjoyed time together.  And, shared a pot-luck luncheon.

I must admit, it was truly delicious!  And, it was a wonderful time, spent with my brothers and sisters in Christ!

Thank You, Lord!

Before heading home, I did a couple of errands.  Then, headed to my daughter P's home.

It was nice to see her and spend a few minutes with her.

It wasn't a long visit, but it was a true blessing to me.  I must admit, I truly enjoy seeing her, even if I don't see all her family, at times.

After arriving home, I parked my van, and made my way up to my apartment.  While in the elevator, people talked about the weather.  And, talked about the pool.

Hmmm... :)

Thinking about the pool, I decided I would get changed and head down to our deck, where the pool is located.

We're not supposed to swim, unless there is a minimum of 2 people inside the fenced-in pool area.  So, I prayed.

When I opened the gate to enter the enclosed pool area, I was surprised to see no one.  Not a single person.

At first, I thought I should change my mind and go back upstairs to my apartment.

Instead, I prayed, again.

Just as I began to do this, the gate opened.  Four people entered the pool area!

Out loud, I praised God!  Thank You, Lord!

After all, He answered my prayer!

Much like we read, in Jeremiah 29:12, "Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you."

Yes, I called upon Him.  And, I prayed.

Then, He listened.

And, He answered my prayer.  In a positive way.

All I can say, is... thank You!

You see, even concerning the smallest things in life, God listens to His children.

I am His child.

Are you?

In order to be part of His family, all you need to do, is trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ.  Then, you gain salvation.

God will hear you.

He will listen.

And, He will provide for you.

My friend, if you have not yet become saved, come to Christ, today.  Tomorrow, may be too late.

Until next time...
